For example, had a wechat set up last minute with the hotel butler Peter, while I was stressed coz I didn’t book anything except the room, my China flight was delayed as usual (for over four hours), but Peter was super helpful and took care of everything from spa appointment to excursions and suggested more ideas. @ the hotel. Stunning lush views from every angle of the hotel, lots of gorgeous areas to hang out such as the rooftop cinema, extraordinary lobby & bar area. I blissed out at the spa with Miss Nóng for an aromatherapy treatment, the 35 metres infinity pool had a to die for view, there were also tons of activities to choose from Rooms 56 suites and villas to slow down and soak in the sweeping and ethereal views. I was in room 6302 where I woke up to a stunning sunrise my first morning. My second morning I spent the morning in the onsen style bathtub on the balcony Food & drinks. had long lazy meals sampling different cuisines at their casual second floor and serene third floor restaurant. There is also a more atmospheric steak house. I loved the breakfast noodles bar and I am still thinking about their rice, delicious and very different from the rice I’m used to Prices. This hotel is a wonderful place to unwind for anyone looking to escape the stress of city life. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptionally attentive every member of staff welcomed us warmly and always greeted us with a genuine smile. The rooms are beautifully designed in a timeless style. What stood out to me most was the high level of cleanliness and the excellent amenities. The view is absolutely breathtaking, and you hardly want to leave your balcony. We also had a private whirlpool, which was perfect for this time of year and made our stay even more relaxing. I would especially like to praise the housekeeping staff. The ladies did an outstanding job—everything was spotless, hygienic, and cleaned very thoroughly. Another true highlight was the incredible food experience. Every afternoon we were treated to attentive afternoon service with desserts that were clearly prepared with love and care. The breakfast deserves special mention. I have stayed at some of the best five-star resorts, and I can honestly say that the quality of the breakfast buffet here was outstanding. While it is smaller than those of large resort chains, it clearly follows the philosophy of quality over quantity, and nothing was missing. Many of the vegetables came from the hotel’s own garden, which made the experience feel even more authentic and fresh. The soup selection was excellent, and the beef soup was rich and generous—you could truly taste the passion and love the chef puts into their work. The surrounding area offers several attractions, although some are unfortunately closed during the winter season. I would recommend arriving by car so you can visit places like the nearby waterfall and other sights. My only small criticism would be that the hotel could offer more excursion options for guests without a car. That said, we really appreciated that on our first evening we were kindly driven to the nearby small town for dinner. The resort is also very family-friendly and offers a variety of activities for both adults and children, such as magnet crafting, fishing, and sports activities like yoga. A very thoughtful gesture was made at checkout, when we were given rice from the hotel’s own cultivation. This was something I truly appreciated and found very meaningful. I would definitely recommend this resort to everyone. My husband and I would love to return—next time in spring.

We asked for assistance to book transportation but were turned down, when clearly it is listed as an amenity. Aside from that disappointing response, the rest of the hotel was okay. The breakfast was certainly a highlight, with the service staff prompt and the variety more than sufficient. Even non-chinese visitors will be okay with toast, yogurt, boiled and fried eggs, Chinese sausage, available. The porridge was not just rice porridge, but millet porridge. There was also soya bean with sweet and savory toppings. The room was clean and not too small. The second electrical plug on the desk cannot be used as the wire will get in the way. It might as well be USB points so that one can work on the laptop. The shower area is generously large, but needs to have a rack for clothes and to hang a towel so that one can finish the shower, dry off, and get dressed before emerging to the toilet area. In a sense, the room is practically built, but functionality-wise, just misses the mark, because of these all oversights. The room is clean, but in the corridors there is a pervading stench of old cigarette smoke which emanates into the room. Finally, the doors did not close easily, however, there is a high pitched alarm that goes off. One has to push the door in order for it to close properly.

We extended our stay from before and we had another 3 days vey pleasant stay. As already mentioned in our recent review all was perfect. There are only a very few local restaurants around, but the Lu Lin restaurant in the middle of the two hotel buildings served us every evening with very good and delicious local food. A special thanks to the small family restaurant Lu Lin!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Jinhua Kokusai Hotel, and I must say it was a truly comfortable and convenient experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, professional, and attentive to every detail, making check-in smooth and hassle-free. The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with a comfortable bed and a great city view. The amenities provided—such as high-speed Wi-Fi, bottled water, toiletries, and a work desk—made my business trip both productive and relaxing. Housekeeping was prompt and consistent throughout my stay. One of the highlights was the breakfast buffet. It offered a wide selection of both local Chinese dishes and international options. Everything was fresh and well-prepared. The restaurant staff was courteous and ensured the dining area was always tidy. The location of the hotel is also ideal, with easy access to nearby shopping areas, restaurants, and transportation. Whether you're here for business or leisure, the hotel’s surroundings are lively and convenient. Overall, I highly recommend Jinhua Kokusai Hotel for its excellent service, comfortable accommodations, and great value. I would definitely return on my next visit to Jinhua.

酒店服務周到，員工熱情友好，服務態度專業。酒店休息區和房間都很温馨舒適，環境很好，大堂內禁止吸煙，但設有吸煙區。房間設施齊全，衞生乾淨整潔，床鋪舒適，床墊軟硬適中，洗漱用品很多，住的舒服，睡得也舒服，服務也全程貼心，細節到位，房間裏配備4瓶礦泉水，不夠還可以免費領取，周邊也有很多吃的，還給我們送了早餐，超讚。退房的時候，前台同樣細緻周到，怕我們路上渴，還贈送我們礦泉水，並詢問我們此次的入住體驗，認真記錄下我們的反饋。這一系列貼心的服務，讓我們深切感受到她們對工作的熱愛與負責，也讓我對這家酒店好感倍增。整體而言，是一家性價比很高的酒店，強烈推薦給需要出差或旅遊的朋友們。

辦理入住時候是一個人付款房費，已經付款兩間房兩個晚上，第二天另一人拿房卡續刷時候又收了一次房費，直到退房總枱也沒有發現，沒有主動退錢，直到下午再去總枱問，還態度不好，拖拉時間，也沒有主動給客人道歉，結果雖然把重複收的房費給退了，但以後不會再住這種酒店了。

Great experience at the Pubu Qing hotel. The hotel exceeded my expectations for sure. The location is great as mentioned by other reviewers. My room was on the 6th floor on the back of the building. It had a window overlooking another building (in a ”development” stage ;-). It was surprisingly quiet. The air conditioning was efficient and silent. The bed was comfortable and the room was large enough and had even a small table as well as a desk. No fridge. Enough power outlets to plug my devices. The toilet/bathroom is small but not tiny. There was a bit of a smell but that happens and it did not bother me. Closing the bathroom door was enough not to get the smell in the room. The owner helped me recharge the electric motorbike and that was a great plus. Also he purchased the entry ticket to the price for me (as mentioned by other reviewers). Friendly, efficient and very helpful. There are quite a few shops around and even if there is not a lot of food variety there are plenty of eating places to choose from. Prices are reasonable and I personally found the quality to be fine. Should I be back to the Detian falls I will stay at the Pubuqing for sure. Simple. Wallet friendly and so convenient with great service.

The hotel is a little far from Chongzuo but you can hire a Didi for about 380RMB from the chongzuo train station. The hotel is located in a beautiful park where you can take a walk and see the 100 doors (I think it was called) and walk all the way to the border post 3. It's was surreal. Across the river you can see Vietnamese house and people. we waved. a drone showed up we left. To go to the waterfall we walked from the hotel to the tourist center. About a 45 minute walk. Not bad once you get there. The hotel is old and starting to show the tear. You can tell it was once great but no renovations have been made in forever. The carpet had stains on it. not tiny ones. The little mini balcony was dusty. The bed was big but on the hard side. The towels are frazzling it was unbelievable. The breakfast , if you are not full on on Chinese breakfast its a no no. AND no coffee EVEN though the COFFEE MACHINE looked like it had just been plugged off. sign sating being fixed. come on .It's a 4 diamond rating but it felt more like 2. It's also smaller than it links in the video and pics. There's an awesome restaurant at the entrance on the right. It made a whole lotta difference. Highly reccomend eating here. And we did!Twice. Food was not bad. definitely order the ribs. The staff is nice especially the restaurant lady. Would I stay again? NO
