"酒店相當不錯，位置也很好，前面有人説崇左像縣城，那是太不懂崇左了，它是中國對外口岸最多的地方，處處風景如畫，這是舊區，劃成市之後發展就會非常快，友誼大道已經建成紐約大道，卻比紐約更寬敞清新綠色有無限發展空間；對太平府的重新打造也已基本完成，一旦招商引資完成之後，就是附近最大的休閑娛樂旅遊度假城！何況，從前的中心在離它不遠的龍州，那裡才是千年古城，城市規模建設比崇左強大太多，龍州自己就有兩個對外通商口岸，而且是廣西最早的對外通商口岸，距離友誼關從前也叫鎮南關口岸衹有55公里，從前還有龍州機場，説是被日軍毀了！相當厲害的地，你可以看看越南人民是怎麼略施小計搞一衹雞的！整個的崇左地區處處風景如畫，有萬母糧田，物華天寶啊！"

停車方便，地面停車場可以停車，負一層還有停車場。遺失房間的東西，我電話聯繫前台後很快幫我找回寄出。感謝！
缺點：
設施設計考慮不周，無法單側控制閲讀燈，淋浴間往外大量溢水。
最大的不滿在於，洗衣房。這麼大的酒店，衹有3台洗衣機三台烘乾機，從晚上8點一直到11點，忙活洗衣烘乾這些事，夜裡11點，六台機器都在工作，三個年輕人守在洗衣房等候。真是令人失望這樣的服務安排。看到差評中，去年8月就有住客投訴洗衣房。
一個企業，官僚作風！要不加機器，要不加服務人員。這麼簡單的問題，解決不了？"

"這家酒店在麗呈系裡麪算是很好的了。新酒店，裝修風格和用材較為豪華，房間設施齊全，送了果盤和温馨問候卡片，早餐挺豐富。靠近高鐵站，開車10分鐘之內可到。
硬件沒毛病，軟件服務需要提升，例如1.洗手間沒有垃圾桶，小雜物垃圾每次要去衞生巾丟，很麻煩；2.配送的小管潤膚霜應當是一次性的，但是卻沒有封口，像是上一個客人留下來而服務員沒有更換的；3.浴缸可能不常用，疏於打掃，自己用濕巾紙擦拭的時候發現挺臟，水龍頭也有灰塵，嚇得不敢用了。
另外，前台推薦的自助晚餐（不屬於房費服務範圍內）餐品吃完了就不再增加，比如牛肉、活蝦、甜品等，且品種不豐富，品質很一般，不建議享用。"

For example, had a wechat set up last minute with the hotel butler Peter, while I was stressed coz I didn’t book anything except the room, my China flight was delayed as usual (for over four hours), but Peter was super helpful and took care of everything from spa appointment to excursions and suggested more ideas.

AArio73This hotel is a wonderful place to unwind for anyone looking to escape the stress of city life. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptionally attentive every member of staff welcomed us warmly and always greeted us with a genuine smile.
The rooms are beautifully designed in a timeless style. What stood out to me most was the high level of cleanliness and the excellent amenities. The view is absolutely breathtaking, and you hardly want to leave your balcony. We also had a private whirlpool, which was perfect for this time of year and made our stay even more relaxing.
I would especially like to praise the housekeeping staff. The ladies did an outstanding job—everything was spotless, hygienic, and cleaned very thoroughly.
Another true highlight was the incredible food experience. Every afternoon we were treated to attentive afternoon service with desserts that were clearly prepared with love and care.
The breakfast deserves special mention. I have stayed at some of the best five-star resorts, and I can honestly say that the quality of the breakfast buffet here was outstanding. While it is smaller than those of large resort chains, it clearly follows the philosophy of quality over quantity, and nothing was missing. Many of the vegetables came from the hotel’s own garden, which made the experience feel even more authentic and fresh. The soup selection was excellent, and the beef soup was rich and generous—you could truly taste the passion and love the chef puts into their work.
The surrounding area offers several attractions, although some are unfortunately closed during the winter season. I would recommend arriving by car so you can visit places like the nearby waterfall and other sights. My only small criticism would be that the hotel could offer more excursion options for guests without a car. That said, we really appreciated that on our first evening we were kindly driven to the nearby small town for dinner.
The resort is also very family-friendly and offers a variety of activities for both adults and children, such as magnet crafting, fishing, and sports activities like yoga.
A very thoughtful gesture was made at checkout, when we were given rice from the hotel’s own cultivation. This was something I truly appreciated and found very meaningful.
I would definitely recommend this resort to everyone. My husband and I would love to return—next time in spring.

Aside from that disappointing response, the rest of the hotel was okay.
The breakfast was certainly a highlight, with the service staff prompt and the variety more than sufficient. Even non-chinese visitors will be okay with toast, yogurt, boiled and fried eggs, Chinese sausage, available. The porridge was not just rice porridge, but millet porridge. There was also soya bean with sweet and savory toppings.
The room was clean and not too small. The second electrical plug on the desk cannot be used as the wire will get in the way. It might as well be USB points so that one can work on the laptop.
The shower area is generously large, but needs to have a rack for clothes and to hang a towel so that one can finish the shower, dry off, and get dressed before emerging to the toilet area.
In a sense, the room is practically built, but functionality-wise, just misses the mark, because of these all oversights.
The room is clean, but in the corridors there is a pervading stench of old cigarette smoke which emanates into the room.
Finally, the doors did not close easily, however, there is a high pitched alarm that goes off. One has to push the door in order for it to close properly.

There are only a very few local restaurants around, but the Lu Lin restaurant in the middle of the two hotel buildings served us every evening with very good and delicious local food. A special thanks to the small family restaurant Lu Lin!

民宿地理位置超棒，就在碩龍鎮街上，門牌坊附近，交通便利，離德天瀑布、明仕田園這些景區也很近 ，輕鬆就能開啟遊玩之旅。而且民宿面向越南，能領略異國風土人情，背靠大山，能感受山巒疊嶂，自然風景絕佳。拍照超好看，輕鬆出大片。老闆老闆娘還有工作人員服務超級贊，這裏要特別贊民宿的廚藝，午餐晚餐精緻美味，度假氛圍感拉滿！房間乾淨整潔，佈置用心，床品柔軟舒適，住得超安心。
不管是家庭出遊、情侶度假還是獨自旅行，憶君民宿都是絕佳選擇，下次來崇左，我肯定還住這兒！

The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with a comfortable bed and a great city view. The amenities provided—such as high-speed Wi-Fi, bottled water, toiletries, and a work desk—made my business trip both productive and relaxing. Housekeeping was prompt and consistent throughout my stay.
One of the highlights was the breakfast buffet. It offered a wide selection of both local Chinese dishes and international options. Everything was fresh and well-prepared. The restaurant staff was courteous and ensured the dining area was always tidy.

EE. Ch.Great experience at the Pubu Qing hotel. The hotel exceeded my expectations for sure.
The location is great as mentioned by other reviewers. My room was on the 6th floor on the back of the building. It had a window overlooking another building (in a ”development” stage ;-). It was surprisingly quiet. The air conditioning was efficient and silent. The bed was comfortable and the room was large enough and had even a small table as well as a desk. No fridge. Enough power outlets to plug my devices. The toilet/bathroom is small but not tiny. There was a bit of a smell but that happens and it did not bother me. Closing the bathroom door was enough not to get the smell in the room.
The owner helped me recharge the electric motorbike and that was a great plus. Also he purchased the entry ticket to the price for me (as mentioned by other reviewers). Friendly, efficient and very helpful.
There are quite a few shops around and even if there is not a lot of food variety there are plenty of eating places to choose from. Prices are reasonable and I personally found the quality to be fine.
Should I be back to the Detian falls I will stay at the Pubuqing for sure. Simple. Wallet friendly and so convenient with great service.

MMisafir Kullanıcı辦理入住時候是一個人付款房費，已經付款兩間房兩個晚上，第二天另一人拿房卡續刷時候又收了一次房費，直到退房總枱也沒有發現，沒有主動退錢，直到下午再去總枱問，還態度不好，拖拉時間，也沒有主動給客人道歉，結果雖然把重複收的房費給退了，但以後不會再住這種酒店了。

The hotel is located in a beautiful park where you can take a walk and see the 100 doors (I think it was called) and walk all the way to the border post 3. It's was surreal. Across the river you can see Vietnamese house and people. we waved. a drone showed up we left. To go to the waterfall we walked from the hotel to the tourist center. About a 45 minute walk. Not bad once you get there.
The hotel is old and starting to show the tear. You can tell it was once great but no renovations have been made in forever. The carpet had stains on it. not tiny ones. The little mini balcony was dusty. The bed was big but on the hard side. The towels are frazzling it was unbelievable. The breakfast , if you are not full on on Chinese breakfast its a no no. AND no coffee EVEN though the COFFEE MACHINE looked like it had just been plugged off. sign sating being fixed. come on .It's a 4 diamond rating but it felt more like 2. It's also smaller than it links in the video and pics. There's an awesome restaurant at the entrance on the right. It made a whole lotta difference. Highly reccomend eating here. And we did!Twice. Food was not bad. definitely order the ribs. The staff is nice especially the restaurant lady.
