I’ve booked this hotel based on the review left by previous guests. It’s a quite nice hotel, offerred afternoon tea and breakfast. Rooms did not reek of tobacco smoke which was really good. Towels, bedsheets clean and white. Mattress is comfortable. Buffet breakfast had good selection. Front desk spoke english and mongolian. location is a bit far from everything but front desk will help you with taxi so no problem. A couple of feedback: - hotel did not provide bathrobes - make forks and knives (cutleries) available. Not every non-chinese is good with chopsticks Now, a few things for the hotel administration to fix: - we booked a family room. During the day it was quite nice until the night we wanted to sleep. A strip lighting under the hand wash sink was flashing on and off the whole night. The light will be on for around 30 seconds and turn off for 3 second and again turn back on 😭😭😭 and that continued the whole night!! That impacted our sleep quite badly. Hotel needs to fix that lighting! I told the front desk although not sure if it was taken into account as we were checking out. - afternoon tea seemed like a nice gesture. We were told it’s available from 2-8 PM. We went there around 4pm and snacks there were not refreshed. There were a some dried up cookie, a slice of cake that seemed like someone eaten a half of it, a couple of ripened tangerines nothing else. But had a good choice of tea, coffee and juices. Although offered for free, it seemed like we’re on someone’s leftovers and it didn’t feel nice.

Such a great hospitality ! The hotel itself is super clean, well designed and breakfast was amazing! But the lady on the reception was so kind and sweet to me, when the weather was bad, everything was closed and I couldn't find any restaurants open, she cooked for me noodles 🥹🙏 Highly recommend this place, they really made me feel home like and safe at their place, loved it so much ❤️

It's great to stay here & soo comfortable and clean for our family. We're so happy & will come back here.

This hotel offers great value for its price. Breakfast is not provided (as mentioned during booking), and I don’t think they have a restaurant. However, there’s a Mongolian restaurant right next door, and KFC — which also serves beef! burgers — is within walking distance. The room was spacious, and the beds were comfortable — not too soft, not too firm. I had a good night’s rest before continuing my trip. Essentials like toothbrushes, shampoo, bath gel, and towels were all provided. Oh, and the heated toilet seat… my bum was very happy! The hotel is just a few steps from the airport shuttle bus station. Be sure to check the departure times in advance — otherwise, you might need to negotiate a taxi ride, as I did. The only minor issue was a faint lingering smell of cigarette smoke. I kept the window open overnight, and by morning, the smell was gone. Closing the window warmed up the room again. I do wish the management would designate a non-smoking wing, if not an entire floor, to make things more comfortable for non-smokers. Overall, a good stay, and I’d be happy to recommend it.

This is my 3rd time staying here. I like it because it is clean and in a good location. But today when I checked out, they lied and said that the condom was opened. I didn't touch the condom. When I told the receptionist, they said okay but please write a good review instead. I was really surprised. This is a bad way of doing business. When you stay here, you should check the items in the room to make sure they are intact. To avoid paying for items you didn't touch

It's a nice hotel, but the staff is not especially helpful. When I asked where I find the bus station, she kindof ignored me. The first night three very drunk people were arguing after midnight in the corridor. It was a very unpleasant experience.

Excellent frontier hotel, clean, close to the station and in a convenient location for visiting the city. The city is famous for Dinosaur Square.

Well, rooms are not bad but i didn't like the reception. She is not kindly. Their breakfast is best and cheap

Instead of arriving on the same day of the booking I came to the hotel in the morning next day. A call ensured that they'd prepared and kept my room with a smooth check-in. The stay, however, comes for a deposit of a whopping 200 RMB. Unfortunately I had to discover later on, that there was a massive turd of **** neatly placed on the bedsheets, leaving a brown ring of wet sauce around it. Upon reclamation, the service desk replaced the bedsheet without further explanation, and let me stay in the same room despite the obvious smell and potential emotional damage : ) The paper in the bathroom was wrinkled from wetness and had a yellowish tint to it, which where it might have come from I will leave to imagination.

The staff were so kind and helpful. Big room on first floor, comfortable. Absolutely quiet, I had a great night of sleep. Across the road there is a huge covered market where I could change money easily.
