"This are many good things that I like and one thing that can break the deal.  I like the room because it is bright. It has many lights. It is big too. I like the virtual assistant whereby you can control the curtain , the lights, the air conditioner and the VA is also smart enough to reply ‘yes’ in different way. The air conditioner however seems to have one temperature setting. It is always too cold or it keeps on blowing air and doesn’t have a thermostat.  The room however has no shelf space. No closet, no rack to place your luggage. The bathroom its translucent so a person taking shower , one can see a figure. I like the sofa and the table but the chair doesn’t like stable.  The breakfast is buffet style. It has quite a bit of variety and it changed on the 2 mornings that I ate there. There is a snack after 9 pm . I waited 25 minutes for a simple bowl of noodles. There were 5 people ahead of me and each bowl of noodles required time to heat up.  The staff has cold bottle waters in the lobby. There is no fridge inside your own room.  There is a washing machine and laundry that one can use for free. The staff said it would take out my laundry from the washing machine and put it in the dryer and they did. However , one inconsiderate guest took out my clothes from the dryer when they weren’t completely dried. He had 4 or 5 things to wash and he used 2 washing machines. I think because it is free and the guest wanted to maximize the usage of the free things. The hotel cannot control this kind of behavior. It is better if the laundry room is behind lock doors and only the staff can access it and of course, wash the clothes for the guests.  The toilet is something that I didn’t like. The moment you sit down, it flushes water and then if you move, it flushes again. But the problem that I had was the water was so strong that my buttocks were wet. I told the staff and he came to reduce the water flow which solved the problem.  One my last night there, I went to the bathroom 4 times and the last time I  was shocked to see a cockroach on the floor. It wasn’t moving but I wasn’t sure so I killed it. I dislike cockroach in any hotel. If I see this comment ( about cockroach sighting )  , I wouldn’t have stayed there because I am afraid there is an infestation and there will be cockroaches crawling all over me and enter my packing cubes , my clothes and my luggage. I was thinking it would be best not to write it in the comment if the hotel staff said they will would fix the problem. I spoke to the woman who welcomed me the first day. She was very nice and positive up to that point. When I told her about this issue , she said 沒辦法, it is impossible to resolve or there is no solution. Granted, this hotel has 8 stories and it is big. Eradicating pests and cockroaches, ants is not a simple thing but it is certainly not impossible. If China can collect samples from the moon and send astronauts to their own space lab, why is exterminating cockroaches be 汲辦法? Instead of taking a systematic approach to prevent further potential infestation , she said it is not possible.  I like this hotel. It has a lot of potential. The staff was helpful and always eager to help. The room is the best that I stayed in for my  trips and one of the best. ( the one in Pu’er is even better because the staff took my clothes, wash it, dried it, fold it and return it plus there was no cockroach problem ).  I hope the staff will take note of the opportunities presented to them by the guests , and make improvement. If I were to give a score, it would be 8/10 . 2 big points taken out because of the cockroach. "

"Outstanding location and service! The hotel is very clean, modern, and well maintained. The rooms are spacious, bright, and spotless, with a beautiful view overlooking the old city and the pagoda. Breakfast is rich and varied, offering something for everyone. The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful, making the stay even more enjoyable. I truly liked everything about this hotel. They offered Starbucks coffee (2 cups of any drink and fruits). If anything, I only wish they had a larger gym along with a spa or pool—but overall, everything was excellent."

"這次入住亞朵直接被圈粉，從進門的暖心奉茶開始，全程都被細節裏的温柔打動。前台辦理入住高效又貼心，耐心講解了竹居借閲、深夜粥道的細節，還主動提醒了周邊的出行路線。房間裏的床品軟乎乎的，裸棉質感親膚又舒服，躺上去瞬間卸下旅途疲憊，燈光調調柔和，加濕器、無線充電的小配置超貼心，衞生間乾濕分離打掃得一塵不染，連洗漱台的邊角都沒有污漬，阿芙洗護的香氣也很治癒。酒店隔音超讚，窗外的車流聲完全聽不到，一夜睡得特別安穩。早餐種類超豐富，現煮的麪條搭配爽口小菜，熱飲點心樣樣齊全，工作人員還會及時補餐，全程笑臉相迎。閑暇時在竹居翻幾本書，氛圍感拉滿，洗衣房和健身房的設施也很新，使用起來特別方便。離店時前台還貼心遞上瓶裝水，這份恰到好處的温暖，讓出行多了份歸屬感，以後出差旅行，亞朵一定是我的首選！"

"The hotel was really nice we enjoyed the breakfast but unfortunately, they did not provide any toothpaste or toothbrushes. There was no blow dryer, and the bathroom was a bit unclean and the bathroom door was not closing very well. It kept opening whenever we tried to close it. "

"when I first received my room it was not very clean especially in the shower and bathroom, after the first night the room was much better. service in the breakfast restaurant could have been much-much better. everything else was good, I will come back despite these issues"

"Very close to train station so very convenient if travelling by HS railway or train. Lots of restaurants around the hotel so although not much 'amenities' with the hotel, not a problem. The room I was staying was of reasonable size but smelly for some.reason as if it hadn't been used for a long time. Staff friendly. Breakfast quite poor but can't complain too much for the price."

"出遊很久了一路從中山到上海自駕行，金華是最後一站停留地，因為帶着狗狗一起玩所以在網上找了這家寵物友好酒店，到了以後感到非常的可以。設施完善，服務也很好，然後早上早飯給你送到房間。而且這裏的地理位置很方便，出行自駕或者叫車都很好，周圍也有很多酒店。而且這裏停車有專屬的停車場是免費的，一定要推薦給朋友們。覺得住的很好我們續住了一天。"
