"Love this hotel!! The service staff at the breakfast restaurant were impeccable and so friendly. Made us feel like friends! Breakfast variety was extensive enough. Only thing no good was coffee and the in room coffee (Italian drip coffee) was no good too.
Rooms were clean and spacious. They have self service laundry room. Gym was very basic, treadmill not working.
River view makes the stay even more unforgettable.
Overall, I strongly recommend this hotel."

"Stunning view of the river and mountains. Not far from the train station. Nice room, and hotel feels modern and in good condition. The staff are excellent and helpful. The only thing preventing 100% is the floor was a bit sticky at the entrance of the room. I would still recommend the hotel and would stay again if back in tonglu."

"We stay here for 2 nights. The hotel have a very good design and the room also very spacious. We are satisfied with the room. Bed oke, toilet oke.
Food for breakfast also oke. I stay at 7th floor and got a very nice view which is river view.
One thing that they need to put more attention is for the aircon filter and ventilation. I see there is a lot of dust that looks like have not been clean for so long."

"房間很乾凈，很大，很明亮，落地窗外的風景也蠻好的；可能因為是新開的，工作人員的服務出奇的好，而且設備也很新，不誇張的説這是我目前住過的全季裏面設備和服務佔一檔的；酒店早餐就是正常水準，圖省心就買了，還是不錯的。
最重要的一點，離桐廬站真的很近，算是趕高鐵的天菜酒店了。沒仔細拍過照，可以去酒店界面看，拍的視頻確實是所見即所得。"

__WeChat29941****帶娃來桐廬度假，選米予民宿真的選對了！剛進門就被大片綠油油的草坪驚艷到，草木清香撲面而來，搭配白色休閑椅，隨手一拍都是清新大片。草坪旁的泳池超乾淨，水質透亮，冬天夏天都可泡，遺憾的是我臨時過來沒有預約，這温泉衹能下次來享受了
最驚喜的是户外草坪，不用自己搭建就能享受露營樂趣。午後在草坪喝喝茶、聊聊天，抬頭就是藍天綠樹，氛圍感直接拉滿；晚上還能和家人一起燒烤小聚，遠離城市喧囂的感覺太治癒了。
重點還是房間的床品！能看出民宿在品質上很用心，床單被罩是純棉材質，很是舒適，清潔標準也讓人特別放心，旅途的疲憊在躺下的瞬間就消散了，一夜好眠到天亮，連睡眠很淺的家人都讚不絕口。
另外從旋梯上樓還有棋牌、桌球、健身、會議室一應俱全，從公共設施到房間細節，米予民宿都透着滿滿的誠意，難怪能零差評還上了央視。不管是家庭出遊還是朋友團聚都超合適，已經推薦給身邊朋友，下次來桐廬一定再住這裏！

11362612****和同學媽媽趁着孩子暑假放學還不是特別忙的時候趕緊出發了，到了以後發現真的是我老公的夢中情房，有怡然自得的小院子，進門就是風水極佳的聚財養魚池，左手邊一個大大的茶室，因為來的時候不忙，給我們升級了頂樓的房間，是可以泡着澡看星空的榻榻米，兩張大床足夠我們兩大兩小了，有投影儀給孩子們看電視。
我們到的時候時間比較尷尬，快4點到的，沒有在鎮上吃飯也懶得出去，還有一些零食和漢堡在就不想出去吃飯了，問了他們有沒有泡麪給孩子吃，結果民宿老闆告訴他爸爸媽媽了，他們自己吃晚飯的時候給我們帶了，全是家裡自己種的菜，還給孩子們加了一份糖醋排骨，實在太感動了！！！並且一開始我女兒和同學媽媽説他們不吃，結果啪啪打臉，吃的不亦樂乎，我家還叫着添飯添飯😂😂😂😂😂
他家門口就可以玩水，還有老闆準備的腳踩的小船，可以穿救生衣去玩，我們玩到中間劃不回來了，還是叔叔給弄回來的，左手邊有一個壩，就是網上那種可以開車從水裡過的，出門右轉3/400米就是龍鱗壩，步行就好，我們去的時候因為剛好下完雨水流有點大就沒有下去，導航顯示好遠，實際走一會就到了。
第二天早上起床準備特別豐富的早餐，那個醬菜好好吃，餅也好好吃，都是老闆媽媽自己做的，我和同學媽媽紛紛表示下次還要帶家裡人來這邊，我們的母上大人一定都會喜歡的！
至於為什麼要寫這麼長，因為實在是太熱情了，實在太好了，必須來給人家一個大大大大大大大大大大好評，感謝叔叔阿姨的熱情招待！
最後我們快走的時候遇到老闆，還送了我們一個老闆娘自己做的醬菜，感謝感謝，下次有機會一定還會來😍😍😍😍😍😍
這裏還給人一種採菊東籬下，悠然見南山的感覺，幽靜又不商業化，對面的農田還有農民在插秧，真心的完美，值得大家來🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰

They both are very friendly and helpful hosts. they help us book entry tickets for the attractions which is within 5 mins walk from their accommodation. they are also kind enough to drive us to and fro from the park. as this town is away from the city, food can also be ordered through the owner, they can cook and provide simple meal or order in for you through nearby restaurant.
This place is highly recommended for family with children. the kids get to be away from the city and enjoy a serene stay. Their yard is large enough for children to have fun.
The human touch with the hosts gives us a special experience to immerse with the culture they have in this small little town.
Most importantly the place is clean and big enough to accommodate our family of 4. Greatly appreciate their hosting.

MMisafir KullanıcıIt was far beyond our expectations, we were very impressed. The room was clean and beautifully decorated. The atmosphere throughout the accommodation was peaceful, private, and perfect for relaxation.
I would like to especially praise the outstanding service from the hotel owner. He was incredibly friendly and gave us a warm welcome. Most importantly, he was very attentive and took great care of us. He provided detailed recommendations for nearby attractions, and even personally picked us up and dropped us off, something that went well beyond what we expected.
Another highlight is the location. The hotel is close to many popular tourist spots such as OMG Heartbeat Paradise and 瑶琳, making it very convenient and saving us a lot of travel time.
Overall, we feel very lucky to have chosen this place. It was a warm and memorable experience, and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for accommodation that is excellent, convenient, and offers truly impressive service.

GGaz CI chose this venue because it was the nearest 5 star hotel to OMG activity park and also because we were celebrating my eldest sons 12th birthday. The accommodation was 5 stars amazing! Our room faced the peninsula and had a fantastic view. The bed linen felt very luxury soft. The food was top quality ingredients. The outdoor swimming pool is maintained to a very high standard. Finally the service was impeccable all round. Special mention goes to Sky who attended my every needs and made the birthday boy feel extra special! He prepared a birthday cake surprise for my son which turned the day into an unforgettable birthday. Many thanks to all at Conrad Tonglu

2. The food at breakfast is tasty but we stayed 5 days so the food got boring after day 2. I have stayed at previous hotels where the menu is a little different everyday. They should consider doing something like that. Also breakfast is always cold.
There is not much food options outside the hotel which caused us to travel to the main city to get dinner.
3. The room is nice and decent but they can improve on the cleanliness of the outside corridors/ hallway. If you pay attention you’ll see a lot of cobwebs out there. We also had cobwebs in our room over the lights.
Overall not bad. But they can do more for the price.
