"Nobody spoke English. Checkin with passport was kind of long and resulted in many unnecessary questions. I asked for non-smoking room but clearly I could smell it in the room and there was ashtray on the table. I was afraid to use the AC because it looked dirty. On the second day the reception girl was very very nice also the ones in the SPA."

"This is one of the best vacations I have ever been on. The hotel location is beautiful, if you are a nature lover then this is a place to visit. There is a lot of fun things to do within the area. There are hot springs, boat riding, quad biking, zip lining and children’s play areas just to name a few. A lot of these activities are within walking distance from the hotel and if you’re not a fan of walking, the hotel provides free transportation to all the surrounding sites and amenities. The room was spacious and the staff cleaned the room thoroughly every morning. The views from our room were stunning and the service was flawless. My family and I will definitely be returning and we’ll be recommending it to everyone. 👍🏾🥰"

"The service at the hotel was excellent, they were polite and very helpful. Any questions that you asked, they answered without hesitation. Overall the staff, were the best if I have to compare with other big and small hotels that I have been to. My friend and I booked the hotel together. The rooms were very very nice. We loved them. It was easy to travel around the resort, they have golf carts that can take you around the resort. So many activities to do there. You need to speak a little bit of Chinese though. But in case you don’t they will find someone to help you there. The hotel package we took included the hot springs, spar and breakfast. It was worth it. The springs are the best. There is also an infinity pool. The people there are very helpful, great service. It was easy to spot two foreigners but they treated us with so much kindness, especially the man and woman at the fish spring and the little cafe there names: 张浩川, 张刘纪 and 彭玉琴. So Hentique hotels and resort is huge. The area and the activities you can do there are plenty. You can get on a helicopter(480rmb), boat(272rmb) it includes going to the islands and mountain hiking, horse riding and many more. You just have to come with a good budget. Breakfast is at the big hotel that has a great view of the lake. Hentique pinecone has different restaurants around, the food is between 100 -300 per person. I suggest you bring snacks because there aren’t any shops close by. The big hotel has a shop where you can buy snacks for a price, and an all day restaurant. We ended up moving from hentique pinecone hotel to the big hotel but paid a little bit more and was worth every penny. The hotel really good, with a nice view, the manager on duty that day August 16th 2023 was the best manager, I forgot his name. His English was very very good. He answered all questions and helped us transfer from 松果 to the big hotel. Having being in China for a long time, this was the best trip ever, with the best service. We will surely go back to this place. Best service ever. Keep up the good work!!!"

"國慶外面景區人擠人，就選擇來了度假村。很悠哉。風景好，遛娃，泡湯一站式。 預訂後管家陳丹丹立馬聯繫了我。安排。迎接，服務到位！還給小朋友送了禮物。小朋友很喜歡。 【温泉暢泡】2人:好多池子根本泡不完。泳池也很乾凈。 環境：很不錯，靠山的。佔地面積很大。 有遊船，竹筏，萌寵，泳池，遊樂園。如果天氣不那麼熱那就更好了！傍晚湖邊散步多愜意。節假日每天還有手工活動。活動很受歡迎，小朋友特別多。晚上還有煙花秀。沒想到我們樓層正對煙花。很漂亮。玩樂小孩很喜歡，大人也不累。 早餐很好吃。這個很重要！"

"【住宿】4卧別墅，下面有一個類似於小棋牌室，可以打打牌，然後就是4個大床房，外面都有陽台，床品很好，睡的舒服，洗漱沐浴用品都是嬌蘭的。唯一的遺憾是沒有大客廳，大沙發之類的，不然更方便一起嘮嗑、看電視啥的。 【早餐】 酒店含早餐，可以選擇到主樓1樓（菜品最豐富，人最多，週末8點半後必排隊）、9樓用餐（菜品相對豐富，人也不少，可以看湖景），也可以在養心谷用餐（菜品最少，但環境最安靜，不用排隊）， 我們最後選擇的是去9樓中餐廳用餐，菜品口味不錯，比較有特色的是烏米飯、年糕炒肉、常州麻糕 ，牛仔骨很嫩也好吃 。 【服務】度假村內很大，尤其是這種盛夏，必須得接駁車。前台甘婷服務很好，入住前幾天就加了微信，把相關活動發給我，幫忙預約療愈活動等，有什麼問題也能隨時解答，入住當天房間要晚一點收拾好會提前告知，還幫忙申請延時退房等等，好評。 【體驗】體驗了一個點茶的療愈活動，總體還行吧，但是老師很嚴肅，不苟言笑，一點也感覺不到是來度假的，好像來上規矩一樣，所以後麪的缽音療愈，站樁啥的全部都取消了，建議活動中也可以播放點輕音樂，會更讓人放鬆。這個是本次唯一一個有遺憾的。還有温泉，晚上人很多，不過裏面地方也大，挺不錯的。 【餐飲】定的套餐還包括一次8人營養餐，就在養心谷內的谷隱餐廳，環境很安逸，預訂的那天晚上好像就我們一桌，人均價格不低，但不得不説食材都很好，而且非常精緻，擺盤漂亮，一整套下來絕對吃飽。度假村還有漁碼頭、港式明檔等餐廳，我們吃了兩頓，人均都要120左右，中餐廳和法式鐵板燒單價會更高一點，度假村外也有農家樂，價格應該便宜些。 【總結】總體而言體驗不錯，畢竟價格擺在這兒，以後可以去試試主樓的房間，性價比會更高點。"
