"The hotel is very nice and it's like a unique experience. We stayed in the family themed room. My booking had the hotspring and welcoming fruit included. The place is huge as a resort with different restaurants, hot spring, and many activities. There are other hotels but I believe this one is the best among them. Coco from the reception speaks perfect English and guided us to the room. Kevin is also very helpful he took me to the Japanese restaurant to check the menu, and made sure I had a comfortable stay. Honestly great service."

I asked for non-smoking room but clearly I could smell it in the room and there was ashtray on the table.
I was afraid to use the AC because it looked dirty.

SSuchahaercancancan地理位置非常方便，離高速口很近，酒店設施非常新，客房也非常的乾淨，幾乎可以形容為一塵不染。
整個酒店的綠化面積也非常的大，室外環境也非常的優美，還有自己的飼養場，酒店的自助和中西餐廳吃的都非常新鮮，很具備現代化兼具田園風，我和老婆非常滿意。
前台和餐廳的服務意識都非常好，印象比較深的就是小徐。
注重品質的，直接閉眼入就可以了。

2200028****帶着父母來溧陽泡温泉度假，選擇了這家在大山深處的澗谷温德姆，酒店依山而建，翠竹環抱，空氣非常清新，還有一片湖泊和竹海，是理想的度假勝地。酒店的山頂温泉是一大特色，傍晚時分，泡着温泉，欣賞日落，無比愜意。酒店還有一個馬場，馬場的李教練非常專業，給我們帶來了很好的騎行體驗。酒店的餐飲做的很不錯，早中晚三餐都在酒店用，味道很好，而且性價比很高，餐廳的環境也很不錯，早餐豐盛且有當地的特色。酒店的客房設計的很温馨，佈局也很好，備品舒適，讓人能很好入眠。最後不得不表揚的是酒店的服務，前台禮賓管家冰冰自始至終都為我們提供了熱情，高效的服務，酒店真正把賓客至上的理念落實到了行動中，無論從活動安排還是餐飲服務，都讓我們很省心，放心。一家酒店的服務確實會給人留下深刻印象，下次還會再來。

待改進點
私湯外圍僅有一層樹籬與主幹道分隔且空隙較大，下午晚上之前泡湯私密感差，建議做成矮圍板。
客房整體乾淨但清潔力度不足，餐桌有明顯污垢。
多數房間電視機位置偏置，觀看角度不友好，觀感一般。
餐廳配咖啡機與新鮮咖啡豆，但機器夠不到插座，需額外找管家要拖線板。

來天目湖很多次，這次趁着孕晚期帶父母一起來度個假，選擇了種草很久的安悦。一進酒店就被竹林環繞所驚歎，佔地面積是真大，綠植環繞，非常幽靜。
大門的徽派建築和房間的現代設計融合的恰到好處，酒店一步一景，看得出設計很用心，服務也非常熱情周到，大堂的接待戴帽子那個叔叔，前台小姐姐，包括第二天早餐的服務員都非常認真負責，看到我大肚子也是很貼心提醒我，還為我拿風扇（孕婦怕熱）哈哈。早餐也很好吃，雖然是九宮格但是一點也沒有怠慢，完全吃不下。
攝影：值得一提的是酒店還贈送了旅拍，這次酒店旅拍體驗超棒！必須誇誇攝影師阿東，專業又耐心。拍攝前，我提出想在孕期多拍些全家福紀念，阿東和我細緻溝通，瞭解我們的喜好和需求。拍攝時，他要很會找角度，引導我們擺姿勢，專業耐心，讓我們完全放鬆，成片效果驚艷，強烈推薦！

KKuanzidepangniu出行前還是很期待的，東南亞風格的酒店，小紅書上也宣傳了很多，但是入住後，價格跟服務還是有差距的，有不少需要改進的地方：
房間設施簡單，23年新開的酒店幾乎沒有智能化設施；早餐簡陋，九點半客人還沒吃完就開始收掉了；負一樓娛樂設施另外收費且收費價格很高，近千元的房間僅僅是房間費，增值服務幾乎沒有，可能就兩瓶礦泉水和一串葡萄、兩個香蕉吧；打造的泳池，設計的很好，但是夏天應該考慮太陽直射的問題，增加遮擋物，所以看起來環繞整圈的泳池，可以遊玩的區域衹有四分之一在陰涼處的，其他幾乎沒有人，就拍照用嗎？！管家服務，不知道體現在哪裡，就提供了點餐二維碼，催退房，其他無服務。七月去了浙江的一個民宿，價格差不多的情況下，設施服務相差了不是一點點，需要再改進一下。

NNRWHJZ房間很大，幫我們免費升級了房型，有浴缸，乾濕分離。酒店的早飯也很豐盛，入住後會送魚頭湯的券，100元/份（先到先得）非常划算，兩個人都吃不完。還遇到了政協開會～是當地比較好的酒店之一。
有兩個不愉快的點，是第一天早上隔壁房間有狗早上6-7:00一直在叫，估計是主人走後，門口有人走動，狗就在吠。
第二天凌晨也就是第一天的晚上睡覺，樓上的房間三四點在泡浴缸，放水的水聲很大，兩天都睡得不是很安穩。

MMisafir Kullanıcı與家人從上海自駕來溧陽遊玩選擇入住潥陽南山和園開元名都度假村，主要考慮離宜興窯湖小鎮衹有15公里，離溧陽天目湖、平橋石壩也衹有20公里，南山竹海近在咫尺，直線距離2公里，出行遊玩方便。酒店佔地面積很大，開車進入逛了一圈也沒逛全，可以想像一下酒店之大。植被豐富，有大片的茶園，風景很好，活動設施多，有騎馬、卡丁車、寵物樂園、垂釣等，適合親子家庭全家出遊。酒店有別墅區，臨湖而居。我們入住的是主樓，陽台對面就是南山竹海，羣山連綿，空氣清新，有鄉村酒店的感覺。由於淡季出行，我們週日入住，共住了三天，週一早上是自助餐，週二、週三早上是半自助，這一點有點出乎意料。由於現在是淡季且非週末，酒店入住率低，在酒店用晚餐選擇比較少，衹能去南山竹海餐飲一條街用餐。總體來説，酒店服務比較好，員工盡心盡力，真心希望酒店加大宣傳力度，並進一步提升平日的餐飲，以吸引更多的遊客來入住，因為酒店的位置和環境值得更多人選擇入住。
