"房間很大，幫我們免費升級了房型，有浴缸，乾濕分離。酒店的早飯也很豐盛，入住後會送魚頭湯的券，100元/份（先到先得）非常划算，兩個人都吃不完。還遇到了政協開會～是當地比較好的酒店之一。有兩個不愉快的點，是第一天早上隔壁房間有狗早上6-7:00一直在叫，估計是主人走後，門口有人走動，狗就在吠。第二天凌晨也就是第一天的晚上睡覺，樓上的房間三四點在泡浴缸，放水的水聲很大，兩天都睡得不是很安穩。"

"The hotel is very nice and it's like a unique experience. We stayed in the family themed room. My booking had the hotspring and welcoming fruit included. The place is huge as a resort with different restaurants, hot spring, and many activities. There are other hotels but I believe this one is the best among them. Coco from the reception speaks perfect English and guided us to the room. Kevin is also very helpful he took me to the Japanese restaurant to check the menu, and made sure I had a comfortable stay. Honestly great service."

"沒有來得及拍房間環境很好房間佈置的也和圖片一樣，沒施也非常好，前台小姐姐的服務態度好積極熱情，大廳的環境也非常清新，還有一個小後院子可以坐在外面聊聊天散散心，都是唯一有一個沒有做到位的地方就是衞生這一方面有待加強，水池上沒有清理乾淨，床邊有幾個小頭髮。其它就沒有啥了整體體驗下來挺不錯的值得下次在來，還可以順便看看有沒有改進"

"前台小郭服務很好，有問必答，讓我在第一次來的城市有貼心的陪伴，給的酒店房間很美，開窗就能看見盛開的櫻花，院子裏還有小松鼠。早餐很豐盛味道也不錯。團的酒店套餐性價比拉滿，送了山水園門票（含非遺拓印和皮划艇，喂海龜等），南山竹海門票，還有一頓魚頭餐或南山火鍋。溧陽景美人美，下次有機會還來咱，還住這個酒店。"

Kkellyyoung411真的很驚喜的酒店呀。來天目湖很多次，這次趁着孕晚期帶父母一起來度個假，選擇了種草很久的安悦。一進酒店就被竹林環繞所驚歎，佔地面積是真大，綠植環繞，非常幽靜。大門的徽派建築和房間的現代設計融合的恰到好處，酒店一步一景，看得出設計很用心，服務也非常熱情周到，大堂的接待戴帽子那個叔叔，前台小姐姐，包括第二天早餐的服務員都非常認真負責，看到我大肚子也是很貼心提醒我，還為我拿風扇（孕婦怕熱）哈哈。早餐也很好吃，雖然是九宮格但是一點也沒有怠慢，完全吃不下。攝影：值得一提的是酒店還贈送了旅拍，這次酒店旅拍體驗超棒！必須誇誇攝影師阿東，專業又耐心。拍攝前，我提出想在孕期多拍些全家福紀念，阿東和我細緻溝通，瞭解我們的喜好和需求。拍攝時，他要很會找角度，引導我們擺姿勢，專業耐心，讓我們完全放鬆，成片效果驚艷，強烈推薦！來溧陽的寶寶們都可以找他拍攝呀！

Overall the staff, were the best if I have to compare with other big and small hotels that I have been to. My friend and I booked the hotel together. The rooms were very very nice. We loved them. It was easy to travel around the resort, they have golf carts that can take you around the resort. So many activities to do there. You need to speak a little bit of Chinese though. But in case you don’t they will find someone to help you there. The hotel package we took included the hot springs, spar and breakfast. It was worth it. The springs are the best. There is also an infinity pool. The people there are very helpful, great service. It was easy to spot two foreigners but they treated us with so much kindness, especially the man and woman at the fish spring and the little cafe there names: 张浩川, 张刘纪 and 彭玉琴. So Hentique hotels and resort is huge. The area and the activities you can do there are plenty. You can get on a helicopter(480rmb), boat(272rmb) it includes going to the islands and mountain hiking, horse riding and many more. You just have to come with a good budget. Breakfast is at the big hotel that has a great view of the lake. Hentique pinecone has different restaurants around, the food is between 100 -300 per person. I suggest you bring snacks because there aren’t any shops close by. The big hotel has a shop where you can buy snacks for a price, and an all day restaurant. We ended up moving from hentique pinecone hotel to the big hotel but paid a little bit more and was worth every penny. The hotel really good, with a nice view, the manager on duty that day August 16th 2023 was the best manager, I forgot his name. His English was very very good. He answered all questions and helped us transfer from 松果 to the big hotel. Having being in China for a long time, this was the best trip ever, with the best service. We will surely go back to this place. Best service ever. Keep up the good work!!!

The environment was beautiful, we enjoyed our stay so much, and would definitely recommend it! Special thanks to general manager Michael, he always made sure we have everything we need, and recommended visiting the gorgeous Fo Guang Shan Great Enlightenment Temple! The staff is very helpful and offer extra assistance to make our visit to places of interest a breeze and our stay a memorable one. MMisafir Kullanıcı好幾年了，一直想來溧陽，陰差陽錯都沒來成。這次趁着娃兒的春假，終於成行。以前一直想住的是涵田主樓，這次帶了小狗，衹能選擇萌舍。沒想到卻給了我意外驚喜。轉角家庭房面積很大，兩面大落地窗，讓房間裏顯得特別寬敞明亮，通透舒適。兩大一小加一衹小狗都有舒適的玩耍休息空間。浴室裏雖然沒有浴缸，但空間很大，一家三口同時洗漱也站得開。而且萌舍這個位置也很好，緊鄰松果無動力樂園，面朝蹦床樂園，小朋友和小狗外出玩耍都很方便。更值得一提的是這邊的管家丁文龍和其他所有工作人員，都非常 nice，有需求都能很快響應，對小孩和小狗都很友善。度假村裡吃的也不錯，港式明檔、漁碼頭土菜價格都很合理，口味 m還蠻正宗的。涵田萌舍，是一個還會再來的地方。
