From the moment we arrived, Song went above and beyond to ensure that every detail of our stay was perfect. Their warm and professional demeanor made us feel welcome and valued throughout our visit. Song's attention to detail was remarkable, as they anticipated our needs before we even had to ask. Whether it was arranging special requests or providing insightful recommendations, Song's dedication to guest satisfaction was unparalleled. What stood out the most was their genuine hospitality and the personal touches they added to our experience. It’s rare to encounter someone who takes such pride in their role, and Song is truly a credit to their team. 服務：老闆和管家超貼心！不僅提前告知路線和停車攻略，還主動分享周邊遊玩攻略，連小眾打卡點都一一推薦。入住時遞上温熱的茶水，還送了伴手禮，全程熱情又不打擾，像在朋友家一樣自在。 環境：藏在山林的寶藏祕境！推窗就是蒼翠竹海和雲霧山景，清晨被鳥鳴喚醒，傍晚在露台喝茶看落日，空氣裏滿是草木清香，徹底遠離城市喧囂。庭院裏的綠植、鞦韆和小擺件都很有格調，隨手拍都是治癒系大片。 餐食：地道農家味太驚艷！早餐有紅薯 南瓜 麪條 米粥、、鹹菜新鮮可口；正餐的天目湖魚頭湯鮮掉眉毛，還有燉土雞、溧陽小炒等農家菜，食材都是本地新鮮採摘，吃着放心又滿足。 設施：配套超齊全！不僅有免費停車場、高速WiFi和智能家居，還有泳池、小酒館能燒烤喝茶，全家都能找到樂趣。房間裏床品柔軟親膚，遮光窗簾和隔音效果都很好，住着特別舒適。 衞生：乾淨到無可挑剔！房間角落、衞生間枱麪都一塵不染，床單被罩帶着陽光味，洗漱用品品質在線。公共區域也定時打掃，庭院和活動區整潔有序，完全沒有衞生死角，住着特別安心。 已經把這家民宿列入復購清單，下次來還住這裏！推薦給所有想遠離喧囂、享受山水田園生活的朋友～

Wonderful resort. The swimming pool is excellent because it has a section for children and for adults and it is connected. The rooms are very clean and beautiful. Within the resort there is also a lake with a children's playground and a small zoo. The staff is very friendly and always smiling. we will definitely come back here. 😁😁😁

真的很驚喜的酒店呀。 來天目湖很多次，這次趁着孕晚期帶父母一起來度個假，選擇了種草很久的安悦。一進酒店就被竹林環繞所驚歎，佔地面積是真大，綠植環繞，非常幽靜。 大門的徽派建築和房間的現代設計融合的恰到好處，酒店一步一景，看得出設計很用心，服務也非常熱情周到，大堂的接待戴帽子那個叔叔，前台小姐姐，包括第二天早餐的服務員都非常認真負責，看到我大肚子也是很貼心提醒我，還為我拿風扇（孕婦怕熱）哈哈。早餐也很好吃，雖然是九宮格但是一點也沒有怠慢，完全吃不下。 攝影：值得一提的是酒店還贈送了旅拍，這次酒店旅拍體驗超棒！必須誇誇攝影師阿東，專業又耐心。拍攝前，我提出想在孕期多拍些全家福紀念，阿東和我細緻溝通，瞭解我們的喜好和需求。拍攝時，他要很會找角度，引導我們擺姿勢，專業耐心，讓我們完全放鬆，成片效果驚艷，強烈推薦！ 來溧陽的寶寶們都可以找他拍攝呀！

The service at the hotel was excellent, they were polite and very helpful. Any questions that you asked, they answered without hesitation. Overall the staff, were the best if I have to compare with other big and small hotels that I have been to. My friend and I booked the hotel together. The rooms were very very nice. We loved them. It was easy to travel around the resort, they have golf carts that can take you around the resort. So many activities to do there. You need to speak a little bit of Chinese though. But in case you don’t they will find someone to help you there. The hotel package we took included the hot springs, spar and breakfast. It was worth it. The springs are the best. There is also an infinity pool. The people there are very helpful, great service. It was easy to spot two foreigners but they treated us with so much kindness, especially the man and woman at the fish spring and the little cafe there names: 张浩川, 张刘纪 and 彭玉琴. So Hentique hotels and resort is huge. The area and the activities you can do there are plenty. You can get on a helicopter(480rmb), boat(272rmb) it includes going to the islands and mountain hiking, horse riding and many more. You just have to come with a good budget. Breakfast is at the big hotel that has a great view of the lake. Hentique pinecone has different restaurants around, the food is between 100 -300 per person. I suggest you bring snacks because there aren’t any shops close by. The big hotel has a shop where you can buy snacks for a price, and an all day restaurant. We ended up moving from hentique pinecone hotel to the big hotel but paid a little bit more and was worth every penny. The hotel really good, with a nice view, the manager on duty that day August 16th 2023 was the best manager, I forgot his name. His English was very very good. He answered all questions and helped us transfer from 松果 to the big hotel. Having being in China for a long time, this was the best trip ever, with the best service. We will surely go back to this place. Best service ever. Keep up the good work!!!

前台小郭服務很好，有問必答，讓我在第一次來的城市有貼心的陪伴，給的酒店房間很美，開窗就能看見盛開的櫻花，院子裏還有小松鼠。早餐很豐盛味道也不錯。團的酒店套餐性價比拉滿，送了山水園門票（含非遺拓印和皮划艇，喂海龜等），南山竹海門票，還有一頓魚頭餐或南山火鍋。溧陽景美人美，下次有機會還來咱，還住這個酒店。

The location is perfect. It is just next to Tianmu Lake Park. The staff is very helpful and offer extra assistance to make our visit to places of interest a breeze and our stay a memorable one. The hotel even gave us an upgrade so that we have a wonderful lake view right from our bed. The breakfast is good too.

Our stay at Quchan Inner hotel was a wonderful experience, everything was top notch, staff were very friendly and helpful, room was amazing, hot springs super relaxing. The environment was beautiful, we enjoyed our stay so much, and would definitely recommend it! Special thanks to general manager Michael, he always made sure we have everything we need, and recommended visiting the gorgeous Fo Guang Shan Great Enlightenment Temple! We'd definitely come back here!

好幾年了，一直想來溧陽，陰差陽錯都沒來成。這次趁着娃兒的春假，終於成行。以前一直想住的是涵田主樓，這次帶了小狗，衹能選擇萌舍。沒想到卻給了我意外驚喜。轉角家庭房面積很大，兩面大落地窗，讓房間裏顯得特別寬敞明亮，通透舒適。兩大一小加一衹小狗都有舒適的玩耍休息空間。浴室裏雖然沒有浴缸，但空間很大，一家三口同時洗漱也站得開。而且萌舍這個位置也很好，緊鄰松果無動力樂園，面朝蹦床樂園，小朋友和小狗外出玩耍都很方便。更值得一提的是這邊的管家丁文龍和其他所有工作人員，都非常 nice，有需求都能很快響應，對小孩和小狗都很友善。 度假村裡吃的也不錯，港式明檔、漁碼頭土菜價格都很合理，口味 m還蠻正宗的。涵田萌舍，是一個還會再來的地方。
