"The hotel is very nice and it's like a unique experience. We stayed in the family themed room. My booking had the hotspring and welcoming fruit included. The place is huge as a resort with different restaurants, hot spring, and many activities. There are other hotels but I believe this one is the best among them. Coco from the reception speaks perfect English and guided us to the room. Kevin is also very helpful he took me to the Japanese restaurant to check the menu, and made sure I had a comfortable stay. Honestly great service."

From the moment we arrived, Song went above and beyond to ensure that every detail of our stay was perfect. Their warm and professional demeanor made us feel welcome and valued throughout our visit. Song's attention to detail was remarkable, as they anticipated our needs before we even had to ask. Whether it was arranging special requests or providing insightful recommendations, Song's dedication to guest satisfaction was unparalleled. What stood out the most was their genuine hospitality and the personal touches they added to our experience. It’s rare to encounter someone who takes such pride in their role, and Song is truly a credit to their team. We wholeheartedly recommend staying here and will certainly return, thanks in large part to the exceptional service from Song Likun.

Overall the staff, were the best if I have to compare with other big and small hotels that I have been to. My friend and I booked the hotel together. The rooms were very very nice. We loved them. It was easy to travel around the resort, they have golf carts that can take you around the resort. So many activities to do there. You need to speak a little bit of Chinese though. But in case you don’t they will find someone to help you there. The hotel package we took included the hot springs, spar and breakfast. It was worth it. The springs are the best. There is also an infinity pool. The people there are very helpful, great service. It was easy to spot two foreigners but they treated us with so much kindness, especially the man and woman at the fish spring and the little cafe there names: 张浩川, 张刘纪 and 彭玉琴. So Hentique hotels and resort is huge. The area and the activities you can do there are plenty. You can get on a helicopter(480rmb), boat(272rmb) it includes going to the islands and mountain hiking, horse riding and many more. You just have to come with a good budget. Breakfast is at the big hotel that has a great view of the lake. Hentique pinecone has different restaurants around, the food is between 100 -300 per person. I suggest you bring snacks because there aren’t any shops close by. The big hotel has a shop where you can buy snacks for a price, and an all day restaurant. We ended up moving from hentique pinecone hotel to the big hotel but paid a little bit more and was worth every penny. The hotel really good, with a nice view, the manager on duty that day August 16th 2023 was the best manager, I forgot his name. His English was very very good. He answered all questions and helped us transfer from 松果 to the big hotel. Having being in China for a long time, this was the best trip ever, with the best service. We will surely go back to this place. Best service ever. Keep up the good work!!!

MMilos TosicWonderful resort. The swimming pool is excellent because it has a section for children and for adults and it is connected. The rooms are very clean and beautiful. The environment was beautiful, we enjoyed our stay so much, and would definitely recommend it! Special thanks to general manager Michael, he always made sure we have everything we need, and recommended visiting the gorgeous Fo Guang Shan Great Enlightenment Temple! Jjuly0707前台小郭服務很好，有問必答，讓我在第一次來的城市有貼心的陪伴，給的酒店房間很美，開窗就能看見盛開的櫻花，院子裏還有小松鼠。早餐很豐盛味道也不錯。團的酒店套餐性價比拉滿，送了山水園門票（含非遺拓印和皮划艇，喂海龜等），南山竹海門票，還有一頓魚頭餐或南山火鍋。溧陽景美人美，下次有機會還來咱，還住這個酒店。

MM303661****南法浪漫的風終於吹到了石塘三十七號，這套是主家新建的一套獨棟度假別墅，三房三衞三廳一廚房，帶個大院子。親友度假真的是絕了，獨棟沒有一丁點干擾，車就停在院門外面，踱個幾步就是私享生活了。入住之前有管家（石塘小七）聯繫建羣，因為有小孩子，所以特意叮囑了蚊蟲問題，小七提前給我們每個空間都插好了滅蚊燈，還細心準備了花露水和驅蚊水。然後就是這個山村也絕，吃喝玩樂都有。咖啡甜品，火鍋農家菜，油畫木雕工作室，户外騎馬釣小龍蝦…下午沒有管小孩，把他們丟在了畫室，3個小時後自己拎着作品就回來了。畫室老師很有耐心也很負責。我在網頁上沒有看到有游泳池，所以也沒準備，我衹是在羣裏遺憾了下，沒想到小七給我們協調用了，主樓的游泳池，給免費找了好多戲水用具，改速度很快的送了過來。當我下樓看到救生圈這些的時候，人都驚呆了，又驚又喜。早上在客廳一起打PSP（自帶），一直打到深夜餓了，管家小七幫我們找到早已關門休息的小賣部老闆，買了泡麪，讓我感覺小七是萬能的！總體入住體驗感很不錯，等天氣涼快些還要來，快樂的回憶，意猶未盡。
