"Nobody spoke English. Checkin with passport was kind of long and resulted in many unnecessary questions. I asked for non-smoking room but clearly I could smell it in the room and there was ashtray on the table. I was afraid to use the AC because it looked dirty. On the second day the reception girl was very very nice also the ones in the SPA."

Coco from the reception speaks perfect English and guided us to the room. Kevin is also very helpful he took me to the Japanese restaurant to check the menu, and made sure I had a comfortable stay. Honestly great service."

"忘記拍照片了，我們就轉了一圈幾個民宿才定下來的。老闆人很好，給我們升級了房間。給的親子房非常的大。靠近第二排，第二排比較安靜。還送了小朋友早餐套餐裏面沒有包含。早餐是一份一份的，有包子，花捲，還有雞蛋非常的豐盛，還有粥跟鹹菜。我們去的時間不對，所以游泳池沒有開放，不然還有游泳池，下次我們還會再來的。"

From the moment we arrived, Song went above and beyond to ensure that every detail of our stay was perfect. Their warm and professional demeanor made us feel welcome and valued throughout our visit. Song's attention to detail was remarkable, as they anticipated our needs before we even had to ask. Whether it was arranging special requests or providing insightful recommendations, Song's dedication to guest satisfaction was unparalleled. What stood out the most was their genuine hospitality and the personal touches they added to our experience. Overall the staff, were the best if I have to compare with other big and small hotels that I have been to. My friend and I booked the hotel together. The rooms were very very nice. We loved them. It was easy to travel around the resort, they have golf carts that can take you around the resort. So many activities to do there. You need to speak a little bit of Chinese though. But in case you don’t they will find someone to help you there. The hotel package we took included the hot springs, spar and breakfast. It was worth it. The springs are the best. There is also an infinity pool. The people there are very helpful, great service. It was easy to spot two foreigners but they treated us with so much kindness, especially the man and woman at the fish spring and the little cafe there names: 张浩川, 张刘纪 and 彭玉琴. So Hentique hotels and resort is huge. The area and the activities you can do there are plenty. You can get on a helicopter(480rmb), boat(272rmb) it includes going to the islands and mountain hiking, horse riding and many more. You just have to come with a good budget. Breakfast is at the big hotel that has a great view of the lake. Hentique pinecone has different restaurants around, the food is between 100 -300 per person. I suggest you bring snacks because there aren’t any shops close by. The big hotel has a shop where you can buy snacks for a price, and an all day restaurant. We ended up moving from hentique pinecone hotel to the big hotel but paid a little bit more and was worth every penny. The hotel really good, with a nice view, the manager on duty that day August 16th 2023 was the best manager, I forgot his name. His English was very very good. He answered all questions and helped us transfer from 松果 to the big hotel. Having being in China for a long time, this was the best trip ever, with the best service. We will surely go back to this place. Best service ever. Keep up the good work!!!

The environment was beautiful, we enjoyed our stay so much, and would definitely recommend it! Special thanks to general manager Michael, he always made sure we have everything we need, and recommended visiting the gorgeous Fo Guang Shan Great Enlightenment Temple! We'd definitely come back here!

MMisafir Kullanıcı與家人從上海自駕來溧陽遊玩選擇入住潥陽南山和園開元名都度假村，主要考慮離宜興窯湖小鎮衹有15公里，離溧陽天目湖、平橋石壩也衹有20公里，南山竹海近在咫尺，直線距離2公里，出行遊玩方便。酒店佔地面積很大，開車進入逛了一圈也沒逛全，可以想像一下酒店之大。植被豐富，有大片的茶園，風景很好，活動設施多，有騎馬、卡丁車、寵物樂園、垂釣等，適合親子家庭全家出遊。酒店有別墅區，臨湖而居。我們入住的是主樓，陽台對面就是南山竹海，羣山連綿，空氣清新，有鄉村酒店的感覺。由於淡季出行，我們週日入住，共住了三天，週一早上是自助餐，週二、週三早上是半自助，這一點有點出乎意料。由於現在是淡季且非週末，酒店入住率低，在酒店用晚餐選擇比較少，衹能去南山竹海餐飲一條街用餐。總體來説，酒店服務比較好，員工盡心盡力，真心希望酒店加大宣傳力度，並進一步提升平日的餐飲，以吸引更多的遊客來入住，因為酒店的位置和環境值得更多人選擇入住。
