"We had a slight issue at check-in, so the front desk upgraded our room. I was a bit skeptical at first, but it turned out to be far beyond my expectations! The kids had an absolute blast and keep talking about it. They enjoyed so many different hot spring pools, all with unique and super fun designs. The kids' club activities were all reservable and free of charge, with highlights like the night forest exploration and water gun fights. The staff working with the children were incredibly nice and all the kids loved them! The trampoline park was also huge, and the scenery was beautiful. One night simply wasn't enough to experience everything, so we're already planning a second visit!"
