"We chose Vienna International Hotel out of convenience without checking any reviews, as they hosted some Masterclasses for an event our son took part in. The room was spacious and spotless, with comfortable beds and pillows! Bathroom and its amenities top quality. Our son particularly enjoyed his breakfast, with great choice of delicious food. Big plus: the view! A green, lush forest of coconut trees - a dream! Highly recommended and hopefully we will have a chance to go back soon."

"The hotel facilities and room looks very new and clean. Ms Liang was very helpful whenever we see her. From check-in to check-out, we were well attended and taken care of. There’s free use of washing machine and dryer. Breakfast lady was very friendly and accommodating with our orders of noodle soup and fried eggs. Opposite the hotel is a very nice restaurant selling goose meat."

"棒 overall everyone in the family from sg and hk had only good things to say about the stay. Verified with local relatives that this is a newly renovated hotel before i booked it. Being ocd, did plenty of research pertaining to online research before I booked. Because it is new, many people probably have not heard of this hotel. After staying I Personally appreciated the patient, friendly and professional service staff (the manager and front desk staff/concierge). Friendly to older people too. very importantly, the room conditions were up to par! Towels, bedsheets were clean. No smoke smell. Toilets were clean. This one comes with separate shower and toilet areas too. Curtains were fully automated so it’s good for those who are particular about the ease of controlling natural lighting into the room. Rooms had about 4-5 socket areas. Had both c-type and usb charging ports (about 2 each) next to beds so it’s good for those who travel with a few phones and phone types."

"The hotel is located in the quieter area of wenchang, but very accessible with taxi (didi), taking 15-20 mins to get to the main city center. All rounded facilities including gym and swimming pool. Hotel staffs were helpful, friendly and professional, especially Raja, who provided exceptional care and attention to me and my family. Thank you Raja!"

"Excellent hotel! Newly opened and the room is brand new and all nicely decorated. The location is just opposite the Bus Station and not far from the old street and Confucius Temple. The front desk staffs are very friendly and helpful. Definitely will stay again if I come to Wenchang again!"

"We thoroughly enjoyed our recent stay! The room quality was exceptional, our balcony offered stunning views, and the butler-assisted check-in was seamless. The staff were consistently warm and welcoming, and the serene garden truly elevated the property’s charm. That said, we were surprised by a few missing amenities we’d expected based on similar experiences: no poolside services, beach lounges, or gym facilities. The immediate area also had limited dining options and activities, which impacted convenience. Overall, we had a pleasant and relaxing experience. With added amenities like these, the hotel could easily become a 5-star destination! We’d return and appreciate the team’s hospitality."

I loved having the beach right next door, with a range of food stalls beside the coconut palms (I had such a good experience trying all the food outside that I didn't use the hotel restaurant, although it looked good). Super friendly staff throughout, including very helpful youngsters at reception. Pool & gym were good too. Extremely clean."

"Aijing International Hotel in Wenchang 2024/02/06-08 Front desk not really helpful. Just want you to go as it was the whole time ”OK, OK...” and ”I'll take you to your room”... But no help with luggage, nor an answer if the kitchen would have something for me to eat... I sent my list of allergies (gluten, dairy, egg, honey and soy) to the hotel's wechat the evening so that they could give it to the kitchen... First room: The fridge was not cold. Bathroom floor wet and entrance floor dirty 😰 The manager came and was friendly and helpful. He helped me with my luggage to another room 8505, which was larger. Here the fridge was also not really making cold and switched off when going out. They couldn't give an extra card for electricity. In the morning the manager showed me the different food at the buffet that I could eat, but I never received the pork etc, he promised the previous evening, for breakfast nor answered my message when I asked if I should wait for it... For breakfast I could eat the fruit and in a steam basket a piece of corn-on-the-cob, sweet potato, yam and taro. They also had corn flakes. Interesting they had 3 milk options: cow milk, soy milk and coconut milk... The second evening I spent an hour on Wechat with reception to find out if the kitchen could prepare something for me with my allergies - I did give it the previous evening.... Then I went for a walk on the beach... When I came back, they hadn't prepared the fish! The manager gave me a coconut with a straw to drink the juice... So I only wasted my time to find out if they could prepare something - I did give them my list in Chinese of what I cannot eat...😰 Luckily I always have some food with me... The fish tanks are outside the dining room so you can choose your fish fresh.... As in most places in China 😊 Swimming pool was empty. Good comfortable beds. Down duvets. Nice spacious room with little balcony, but balcony has a concrete wall, not glass to see through... From the premises you go directly onto the beach! Very nice quiet environment away from the crowds! After the fireworks at 21:00 the outside lights were switched off and then you only hear the sea... If you do not have transport, it is a bit far, but if you want to go and rest for a few days, away from crowds, then this is a good place 😎🤠🌻🏝️🏖️ Thete are charging facilities for electric cars... @"
