"It was more than i expected. I love to stay at The Great Southern Hotel Perth. Eventhough just one night but i enjoyed it. The room is spotless, good maintanance, very modern. The receptionist was so helpful showing how to self check in as i never done it before. The location is close to restaurants, chemist and shops. Best!!!!!"

The location is in the city center, convinient for travel, surrounded by pedestrian street and the city hall.
The decor was amazed, the fasiliticies were execellent.
Room comfortable, food and drink for breakfast many varieties with so beautiful restoran decor.
It is a good choice for Perth travel.
But, we must call housekeeping just to ask for water and handuk, everyday for 4 days during we stay!!!...
I dont know why, because i set stay for 4 adult when booked.
Yess, sure, we will back and stay here again when we travel to Perth.

MMisafir KullanıcıEverything was excellent except for the parking it’s a bit of a walk, not the end of the world but a long walk and when I was there a car had run into a sign outside the front of the shopping centre which meant I couldn’t access the car park through the shopping centre and I had to go the whole way around the block. It was night time there were people around it was just a bit normal not a dealbreaker but be aware of that. The standout was the staff. They are brilliant. Nothing is too hard, they are polite and happy actually one of the best experiences I’ve had and I stay at a lot of hotels and I’ve done so for a lot of years Oaks Perth whatever it is that you’re doing as far as Training is concerned and dealing with your staff you are doing a brilliant job. They all seemed happy and contented and not one person made me feel like they were just at work. They really impresses me with positive attitudes and genuine helpfulness so well done for that. My only negative is the stupid car park. Other than that you guys are ticking every box and kicking goals. Keep it up

The view from our room was unblocked and the hotel within a short walking distance to the main shopping belt In Perth. It is also relatively near to the lively botonical garden. The main downside for us was the bed was soft.

Room is large and came with double queen beds and dual basins. 5 mins walk to casinos as we parked our rental cars at the P2 car park. Overall nice stay and we can’t complaint as we paid for Metropol but get to stayed in High Roller hotel …

MMisafir KullanıcıRoom was nice and clean. I requested an early check in and was catered for. Didn’t have a pleasant sleep due to kids running up and down the hallways screaming and an adult yelling and banging on doors being disruptive.
Doors to the rooms aren’t soft closing so you can hear every single door slam.

MMisafir KullanıcıThe hotel did not feel very 4 star and the toilet had leaks and cracks and the aircon did not work properly so i was perspiring every night. However the saving grace was always the employees. Dushan and Daniel was very helpful and professional towards us and assisted us each time we had a need during our holiday. On the last day the weather had turned very hot suddenly and I was beginning to feel unwell and Daniel was helpful towards us as we were getting to our late flight. I truly appreciated their assistance and kindness.

NNaga csc 7First time going to Perth.Had a short getaway in Perth.Stayed in ibis Perth central.The place was fanatic and at CBD area convenient located. Shopping was great at this area.Metro was at walking distance and made my traveling easier.The weather was super cool and nice weather throughout my stay here.The staff was very helpful and gave good advice.Easy to check , had good buffet breakfast.

BBenjamin Lee BaconOverall, the hotel was okay. Clean, modern, and the location was next to UWA, where we needed to be every day. Not close to downtown or other services such as restaurants, so we had to eat at the hotel restaurant or order out. My main issue was that there wasn't a printer available for guests. Due to flight delays caused by bad weather, we had to stay longer after the 10:00 am checkout (until 7:30 pm) and were charged a full day (at a higher rate), despite the staff not understanding the situation and not prorating the charge. Disappointing,
