"I had a wonderful stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Northbridge. The room was spacious, spotless, and came with a very comfortable bed that made for a great night’s sleep. The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of the CBD, within a short walk (less than 5 minutes) to Yagan Square and Perth Train Station. It’s also surrounded by plenty of restaurants, cafes, and amenities, including a 24-hour Chinese restaurant that serves really good food. The hotel itself feels modern and welcoming, with nice in-room touches like a good-sized TV for relaxing after a day out. Overall, it’s a fantastic choice if you want convenience, comfort, and easy access to Perth’s iconic landmarks. Highly recommend!"

"The room was wide and pretty, beds were comfortable as well. The place is close to supermarket and free transportation. However, there was a flooding issue in our bathroom (maybe due to the drainage pipe) and also the shower head had a dripping issue. Staff were helpful to help us fix the dripping, however it started to drip again at night. Other than the issue above, the stay was pleasant, and I would recommend staying here if the bathroom issue could be improved."

"We had a very pleasant stay at Novotel Perth Langley. The location is excellent—close to the river and within walking distance to shops and restaurants. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast offered a good variety, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming. Would definitely stay again!"

"My second time stay. I like the neighbourhood and public parking available across the lake. Plus the Cat yellow bus is just 3 mins walk.  I got a bigger room this time. It’s a service apartment with small kitchen and amenities like washing machine but the condition of the appliances are well used. The bed was huge and comfy enough. Overall it was a decent and comfortable stay"

"Decent hotel although out of the cbd. 910 bus into the cbd stops outside while walking another block also allows you on the 32 bus into the cbd. Water plumbing is a bit loud Paying the extra for a City view room is well worth it otherwise you could end up with a room that faces the main road."

"Spacious room with a stunning sea view — nothing beats waking up to waves on Scarborough Beach, just a short stroll away. 🌊✨ Staff were consistently polite and efficient, making the stay feel seamless. In-room dining available 24/7 was a big plus, with well-curated options that cater to different dietary needs. The location is also very convenient — Coles supermarket is just nearby, along with ice cream and burger shops for a quick treat. 🍦🍔 A refined yet relaxed beachside escape — highly recommended for those who appreciate both comfort and convenience."

"This was our very first trip to Perth. If you’re planning to take trains or buses both within and outside the CBD, I highly recommend getting a public transport card called the SmartRider. You can buy it at the Airport Train Station customer service counter, located right next to the ticket barrier. The card costs AUD $10 (non-refundable), plus any amount you wish to top up. Using a SmartRider gives you a 10% discount on every ride. After the discount: Travelling within 1 zone costs about $3.15 per ride. Travelling between 2 to 9 zones costs only $4.68 per ride. There’s also a daily cap of $10.40, no matter how many rides you take. Inside the CBD, there’s a Free Transit Zone (FTZ) where bus travel is free. This hotel is within the FTZ, with a bus stop just 2 minutes’ walk from the entrance—very convenient. You can tap on and off any bus from this stop at no charge as long as you travel within the FTZ. Many buses from here go straight to Elizabeth Quay Train Station and Bus Interchange, where you can easily transfer to other buses or trains. Perth’s public transport system is excellent, with buses arriving every 10 minutes or less. There’s also a free CAT bus service with four routes (Red, Blue, Green, and Yellow). No tapping is required on CAT buses. A Red CAT stop is just a 5-minute walk away, on the street directly behind the hotel. If you’re driving, the hotel has a car park (charges apply). We stayed here for 6 nights. While the location and transport convenience are excellent, I would like to sincerely share some areas for improvement: Lighting: The room lighting was very dim, making the space feel gloomy throughout our stay. Brighter lighting would make a big difference. Water Pressure: Both hot and cold shower water had very low pressure, making showers uncomfortable. Air Conditioning: The air-conditioning was weak. We stayed in winter, so it wasn’t a big issue, but in summer it could be problematic. Carpet Condition: The carpets in the rooms and lifts could use replacement. Lobby Appearance: While not critical, a refreshed lobby and lift lobby would greatly improve first impressions for arriving guests. These are my genuine, heartfelt suggestions in the hope they can help improve the comfort and experience for future guests."

"Location from Airport to Hotel very convenient by Train. Just a 5-7muns walk from Perth station mostly with sheltered walkways. Many eating shops nearby and shoppings streets. Hotel looks brand new as it was just renovated abt 4 months ago when I stayed in May 2025. Very happy with hotel experience during the 7 nights stay."

"The staff are helpful and efficient. Checking in and out were fast. There were cookies served when checking in, making me feel so warm. The view of the hotel was also great and location was nice as it neared the ferry station. If you would like to visit Rottnest Island, one of the options was taking the ferry nearby. It saved much time!"
