"Nice hotel, rooms were true to the pictures. Staff were friendly and helpful. 20min walk to the cbd but plenty of food options and a few shops within 5 mins. One minor thing but it can’t exactly be changed is that the toilet was too close to the wall. Could have placed them more into the room or even rotated it and had it central looking into the bathroom and it would have given the space needed when sitting."

"Being around a university means slower and younger vibes. Love the area since we were there for a night on a weekend. The room was huge and everything is good. Love the balcony for sure. It didn’t come with toiletries, not sure if it can be requested. Cleanliness wise, a bit upset that we found an underwear (not sure used or not), at the back of the sofa… Disturbing but negligible. Also they have a rooftop area but doesn’t seem to be accessible…"

"Was originally assigned to an older room on 5th floor with a very loud A/C and couldn’t sleep. Reported to the front desk the next day and they moved us to a newer room on 2nd floor after checking the issue. Staff friendly and helpful but it is missing some of the amenities expected of a hotel eg daily housekeeping, room slippers.  overall room is spacious and location convenient for those taking public transportation except there’s no sheltered driveway so if it rains can’t cab back to avoid getting wet. coles nearby."

"Super hotel in a great location. I had a standard room which, altho a little small, was perfectly fine as I was travelling alone. Great products in the bathroom, a shower that actually had the knob to one side of the shower head so you could set the temp before stepping in! Super clean everywhere, friendly, polite and helpful staff. Rooftop bar was great - good food and cocktails and a fair price for a hotel bar. Great location very close to Elizabeth Quay and 5 mins walk to main shopping streets. Would definitely stay again. Only negative was that the coffee machine was underneath a shelf that was at head height, so I hit my forehead on it!"

"Really unique heritage hotel. Comfortable large room and excellent Gimlet bar with bespoke gin cocktails. Bartender made me a drink even though bar already closed for the day. Luxurious apelles bath products available for purchase below retail price. You get a lot of bang for your buck with free minibar (w beer and wine), welcome cocktails at Gimlet and a mini but high quality brekkie."

"The staff are helpful and efficient. Checking in and out were fast. There were cookies served when checking in, making me feel so warm. The view of the hotel was also great and location was nice as it neared the ferry station. If you would like to visit Rottnest Island, one of the options was taking the ferry nearby. It saved much time!"

CCharm-Unfortunately not a fan. Booked holiday inn after a great stay at Shanghai but this rendition was disappointing. Positives: location is convenient and is near the shopping streets, food, cafes and Perth station if you’re taking the train from the airport. Three lifts which was pretty good, never had to wait long. Shampoo / body gel / cream smelt decent Negatives: toothbrush provided only upon request, only two bottles of water given for the stay - the rest had to be obtained from the water cooler at reception, room carpet felt icky and no bedroom slippers were provided, room lighting was insufficient. Dated power points (no usb) Booked a king bed room but was given two double beds. I didn’t like it but didn’t wanna make a fuss. Room had zero views and was facing another hotel (?!), machines and I didn’t feel safe opening the curtains. NOISE - could hear the next door opening and closing the cupboard, bathing, talking etc Even within the room, there was ALOT of noise. From the aircon, fridge etc which gives one scares esp when trying to sleep, it sounds like someone else is in the room. Staff were relatively friendly but seems to be understaffed where reception only has one staff manning the counter. Overall; I paid a higher price point than surrounding brand name hotels expecting similarly wonderful rooms / service as holiday inn Shanghai but I half regretted staying here as soon as I got to the room. Previously stayed at doubletree Hilton which had a better room at a lower price point though location wise, holiday inn is better.

RRegina Suzanty HotmauliHad a wonderful stay at this property. The location is in the city center, convinient for travel, surrounded by pedestrian street and the city hall. The decor was amazed, the fasiliticies were execellent. Room comfortable, food and drink for breakfast many varieties with so beautiful restoran decor. It is a good choice for Perth travel. But, we must call housekeeping just to ask for water and handuk, everyday for 4 days during we stay!!!... I dont know why, because i set stay for 4 adult when booked. Yess, sure, we will back and stay here again when we travel to Perth.

EEuDI had a wonderful stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Northbridge. The room was spacious, spotless, and came with a very comfortable bed that made for a great night’s sleep. The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of the CBD, within a short walk (less than 5 minutes) to Yagan Square and Perth Train Station. It’s also surrounded by plenty of restaurants, cafes, and amenities, including a 24-hour Chinese restaurant that serves really good food. The hotel itself feels modern and welcoming, with nice in-room touches like a good-sized TV for relaxing after a day out. Overall, it’s a fantastic choice if you want convenience, comfort, and easy access to Perth’s iconic landmarks. Highly recommend!

MMachineryWe enjoyed our stay when we started our trip to Perth and very happily to return at the end of our trip a month later. We love Quest and it’s our preferred place to stay wherever we travel. The facilities standard is consistent throughout the chain and we can easily make it our home. We also like the location as it’s next to the Jacob’s ladder that leads to King’s Park. The free laundry including the laundry detergent is great. Kitchen equipped with cooktop, oven, microwave and dishwasher are also my favourite.The parking deal is very good $25/24 hours at the nearby Wilson Carpark (10 mins) walk as the street parking is $6.70/hour.

AAdnilLocation of the hotel is excellent. It’s right in the heart of CBD, close to shopping, dining, attractions and public transports. A heritage building with a pub/ cafe downstairs and accommodation upstairs. I enjoy the old fashions of the decor, wooden staircases and small rooftop garden. Thanks for upgrading my room to a Queen size bed room with a window facing the street. Generally is clean and tidy. Service is good. Thanks to Mark and all other Receptionists, they were friendly and helpful.

MMisafir KullanıcıThe complimentary airport shuttle pick-up and drop-off is a great advantage. The hotel is basic but clean. There are several food options within walking distance. The only thing to note is to ensure you check-out at 11 am as they charge $40 for any extension beyond 11!

MMisafir Kullanıcıi arrived around 10am. the staff was considerate to allow us for eraly check in. indeed we really need it after overnight flight. my son was comfortable staying in this hotel. walkable to murray street for grocery shopping, perth library and perth main train station. for muslims there are near to halal eateries like karache by sani , indonesian resto. strategic location and room size was good for 4 of us (2adults , 1toddler and 1 kid aged 6y). overall wonderful stay here

TTeo E KLocation from Airport to Hotel very convenient by Train. Just a 5-7muns walk from Perth station mostly with sheltered walkways. Many eating shops nearby and shoppings streets. Hotel looks brand new as it was just renovated abt 4 months ago when I stayed in May 2025. Very happy with hotel experience during the 7 nights stay.

And for few days, because she will stay with us , we ask for extra bed,it was on 11 July, very late night , no more house keeping around, so a guy who attend reception arranged the extra bed to deliver in next morning,and it's totally free❤️. EElyn PeeThis was our very first trip to Perth. If you’re planning to take trains or buses both within and outside the CBD, I highly recommend getting a public transport card called the SmartRider. You can buy it at the Airport Train Station customer service counter, located right next to the ticket barrier. The card costs AUD $10 (non-refundable), plus any amount you wish to top up. Using a SmartRider gives you a 10% discount on every ride. After the discount: Travelling within 1 zone costs about $3.15 per ride. Travelling between 2 to 9 zones costs only $4.68 per ride. There’s also a daily cap of $10.40, no matter how many rides you take. Inside the CBD, there’s a Free Transit Zone (FTZ) where bus travel is free. This hotel is within the FTZ, with a bus stop just 2 minutes’ walk from the entrance—very convenient. You can tap on and off any bus from this stop at no charge as long as you travel within the FTZ. Many buses from here go straight to Elizabeth Quay Train Station and Bus Interchange, where you can easily transfer to other buses or trains. Perth’s public transport system is excellent, with buses arriving every 10 minutes or less. There’s also a free CAT bus service with four routes (Red, Blue, Green, and Yellow). No tapping is required on CAT buses. A Red CAT stop is just a 5-minute walk away, on the street directly behind the hotel. If you’re driving, the hotel has a car park (charges apply). We stayed here for 6 nights. While the location and transport convenience are excellent, I would like to sincerely share some areas for improvement: Lighting: The room lighting was very dim, making the space feel gloomy throughout our stay. Brighter lighting would make a big difference. Water Pressure: Both hot and cold shower water had very low pressure, making showers uncomfortable. Air Conditioning: The air-conditioning was weak. We stayed in winter, so it wasn’t a big issue, but in summer it could be problematic. Carpet Condition: The carpets in the rooms and lifts could use replacement. Lobby Appearance: While not critical, a refreshed lobby and lift lobby would greatly improve first impressions for arriving guests. These are my genuine, heartfelt suggestions in the hope they can help improve the comfort and experience for future guests.
