"Day 1, after checking out directly from Mercure without staying. We booked Pan Pacific directly hoping for the best. We reached the hotel around 5-6PM thought that we can check in, but unfortunately not. After having our room we found that our blanket is full of blood stain. Day 2, someone opened our room door while we are changing. The concierge said due to upgrading of the system that’s why there is this issue!?? Day 3, new towels provided was all stained. When we request for new towels the concierge said the we should complain to the managers to ask for free breakfast. Come on Pan Pacific you can do better than this"

"Location: what's hot- centrally located near the CBD & ”heart of town”. What's not- one of the furthest in terms of walking from Perth station. There are nearer hotels if you are coming from the Perth train station. General facilities: What's hot- contemporary Aussie art works line the walls of this building, inside & out, making it eclectic. What's not- unremarkable really. Standard features. Although reasonably new, if you look closer, much of the linen covered furniture (viz chairs) are stained and grubby close up. Swimming pool is small. Dining area is smallish. Rooms: What's hot- beds & pillows are very comfortable! Probably the best feature of the room. Shower head is a rain shower! Always a mark of a great bathroom. The TV screen is large. They provide an ironing board and an iron, which is nice. There's also a basic Expresso machine, which is appreciated. The room windows are floor to ceiling-great views and light! What's not- no toiletries unless requested (eco drive). No tissue paper unless requested. No room slippers provided. No water- so you either have to boil it in-room, or walk to the 1st floor to get it from the dining room, which sucks. Carpets are designed to hide the grime, but on closer inspection, the stains are there, giving you an icky feel. The wardrobe area is severely limited, so it feels cramped when you have 2 people trying to share the same area. Could be better. There is no dedicated luggage stand, so you'll have to do with laying it on the floor. Pity your back & knees. Service: What's hot- nothing really. All the politeness your expect from any hotel. Nothing remarkable. What's not- housekeeping service is inconsistent & poor. By any standards of a good hotel this is one big area that they need to improve upon. We stayed 7 nights & for the first half of our stay, we had to request for our rooms to be made up and on at least 2 days, there was no housekeeping at all. It almost felt like a third party service had been employed to take care of the rooms which was disconnected from the hotel's standards. An annoyance we could do without & a huge fail in my books. Breakfast: What's hot- sadly, nothing great. It was ok, again, unremarkable in its variety, quality & presentation. What's not: if I had to do it again, I'd find breakfast elsewhere & save the money. Conclusion: it was ok. Nothing to draw me back again unless I had no other choice. The fact that it's an Accor accredited hotel makes it even more disappointing. Between the poor housekeeping & the unremarkable breakfast, it's a pretty average hotel with limited repeatability if you had a choice."

"Location of the hotel is excellent. It’s right in the heart of CBD, close to shopping, dining, attractions and public transports. A heritage building with a pub/ cafe downstairs and accommodation upstairs. I enjoy the old fashions of the decor, wooden staircases and small rooftop garden. Thanks for upgrading my room to a Queen size bed room with a window facing the street. Generally is clean and tidy. Service is good. Thanks to Mark and all other Receptionists, they were friendly and helpful."

"Hotel is dated, the paint in the ceilings are cracking which is to be expected given the age of the building. The room does not come with dental kit, shampoo or shower foam. So be sure to bring your own. Take note the hotel requires a 250 AUD security bond before checking in. They accept both card and cash. Hotel is strategically located. It is easily accessible to the shopping street and Perth train station. It has some really good food joints just around the corner too."

"Super hotel in a great location. I had a standard room which, altho a little small, was perfectly fine as I was travelling alone. Great products in the bathroom, a shower that actually had the knob to one side of the shower head so you could set the temp before stepping in! Super clean everywhere, friendly, polite and helpful staff. Rooftop bar was great - good food and cocktails and a fair price for a hotel bar. Great location very close to Elizabeth Quay and 5 mins walk to main shopping streets. Would definitely stay again. Only negative was that the coffee machine was underneath a shelf that was at head height, so I hit my forehead on it!"

"Location near Perth station. I think room service forgot to give us toothbrush, only have 1 shower cap in the toilet, i am not sure if toothbrush is provided, anyway we have our own, so didn’t bother to ask, i like the room concept walking wardrobe, location near Chinatown alot chinese/asian food at night, friday night/weekend could be crowded on the street, while the other side of Perth city is very quite after 7.30 pm, so you prefer lively or quite at night ? I will consider to stay this hotel if i go to Perth again, especially they give breakfast 😀"

"Reaching the hotel from the convention centre in a 10-minute walk is walking through a little jungle with waterbirds, palm trees and beautiful nature. The hotel itself is a nice and friendly place, in convenient distance from the city centre. Helpful and friendly staff, parking on site and good breakfast choices."

"I stayed in a single room for two nights. Just enough for me going around inner city, not too difficult to come back from anywhere in the city. I didn't mind the shared bathroom, shower and everything, but some of light and the shower booths seem to be fixed. I'd recommend to have a heater or electric blanket during winter."
