"As expected of the best of the Crown collection, immaculate service, room is clean and very spacious for two queen bed, the reception , concierge, valet and housekeeping staff are one of the most attentive and kind to every little detail when we dont even ask for help. Loved the kids stay free policy, where my both kiss aged 3 and 6 can stay for free without trouble. The best part for me is carpark is free , if you go park at P3 carpark, near the Mcdonald entrance. just a quick 5 mins walk back to lobby. the only one thing that i hoped can be improved is hotel breakfast , i didnt get to try because there is no special discount or whatsoever for hotel guest staying and also for my 6 years old kids who barely eat much for breakfast have to pay 50% of the adult price for breakfast which is already costly."

"The hotel boasts an excellent location, nestled by the Swan River in East Perth, adjacent to Langley Park. It offers a tranquil escape while still being conveniently situated. Most room types come with balconies, and the river view rooms provide expansive vistas, directly overlooking the Swan River. The hotel features an outdoor pool, a gym, and complimentary bicycle rentals for scenic rides along the river. The self-service laundry room is a great amenity for long-term travelers, and the front desk staff are friendly and helpful. Regarding the facilities, it's evident that the building has some age, and some room amenities are a bit dated. Soundproofing is also a bit of an issue, as noise from the corridors and adjacent rooms can easily be heard inside. Guests staying on the second floor should be aware of potential noise from the gym above. The central air conditioning is centrally controlled, so individual room temperature adjustments are not possible. For those driving, be aware that the hotel's internal parking is quite expensive at around AUD 35 per night, and spaces are limited. Street parking is an option, which is free from 6 PM to 8 AM. There are also public parking lots one or two blocks away. Overall, if you prioritize river views and a great location, this hotel is a good choice. We recommend requesting a high-floor river view room. Guests sensitive to noise should communicate with the front desk in advance to try and avoid lower floors. It's suitable for both self-drive holidays and business travelers."

"It's quite close to Redcliffe Station, about a 5-6 minute walk. The hotel offers a shuttle service to T1-T4 at the airport for 5 AUD per person. If you're taking the shuttle, make sure not to be late as they won't wait. You can see a lot of stars at night."
