The service was excellent, Check in and check out was smooth and quick. The guy who runs the place went over and beyond. Before we left Chengdu we added the phone number and connected with him on WeChat. He helped check if our train (We bought tickets for Yibin) passed through the nearer train station. He helped to organize a driver for us from Yibin to the hotel. For breakfast the served simple but yummy bamboo noodles. Cleanliness I give them 10/10. The hotel is well maintained, super clean, even under the beds (we moved out 2 beds together). The bed was too comfortable. The pillows were super great. Had a beautiful 2 nights of sleep. The room was spacious. Location is great. A little away from the main area but close enough to walk there. the museum bus station is a few meters away (3 mins walk) and the cable car is 1km away. I suggest walking there, its a beautiful walk surrounded b bamboo. The guy who runs the place helped us to map the route to the places we wanted to see. I would stay here again.

非常好的民宿，被竹林包圍着，窗外滿眼綠簡直太治癒了，因為沒有在主路上，沒什麼人和車流，環境比較清幽，整體來説環境、服務都很優秀，這方小築，超預期的體驗。

An intimate & lovely homestay man by the lady owner, who is at hand to answer all questions of the bamboo sea, as she is a local who grew up in the forest there. The inn had many quiet corners, even a large patch of bamboo forest that it owns & water it draws from the spring on the property. I really tranquil homestay, with easy access to the stone sea & old city of Lizhuang. Transportation arrangements can be made at the inn

這次定的這家民宿很不錯，沒有踩坑，這是家很不錯的民宿，首先位置不錯，離好幾個景點都比較近，自駕遊玩很方便，停車也方便，然後店裡的環境打造也很舒適，看得出來是用了心的，老闆他們一家人在經營，對人十分熱情，下次來竹海一定還選擇這裏。

I can say this is one of the best hotels I have stayed in my life for its price point. First of all, the hotel is newly renovated, everything is extremely brand new and luxurious from the moment you walk into the lobby. The rooms are extremely clean and brand new, literally spotless. I am a person who is very particular about toilet cleanliness and I can say if you are someone like me, I can give you 100% assurance that this hotel has impeccable cleanliness. The toilet size is huge too. Even the bed sheets smells great too. I am literally not joking because my partner and I were shocked by the level of detail in terms of cleanliness and hygiene. Additionally, the staff were extremely friendly and their attention to detail was commendable too. During my stay, i brought my soft toy elmo from my home to the hotel because I can’t sleep without it. Because of this, during room service, I think the staff thought that we had a child with us and when we came back to our room and to our surprise the cleaning staff included child slippers for us haha. The staff even tucked my soft toy into bed for us. Funny and cute story but this just shows the professionalism of the staff. Adding on, you can wash your clothes at the laundry area as there are washing machines. The washing machines even had a schedule to show you when was the last time the washing machine was cleaned. Last but not least, the hotel even had a robot to send mineral water up to our room at night when requested. Highly recommended and I am already am thinking of going back to Yibin just to stay at this hotel regardless of its price.

宜賓果然上央視嚴選的地方，風景超級的好，本來預計在這裏玩1天的，最後都多留了一天，旅遊的景點也多剛好趕上春晚彩排在白塔山下看的燈光秀堪稱大製作，看到很多博主推薦的這家酒店果然沒讓我們失望，酒店的工作人員超級的熱情知道我們來旅遊給我們推薦旅遊攻略，還給我們推薦了些地道的小吃，設施這些都非常的晚上樓上還有洗衣服我去餐廳吃飯順便就把衣服洗了，而且餐廳都景色都可以當景點打卡了完全俯看宜賓老城區，環境超級的好，房間的衞生也很乾凈乾濕分離，面盆打破了常規的按壓下水開個後面的拉環就是一個小巧思再也不用把手申進水裡去按下水閥了，房間的枱燈可以調節還專門配備了一個桌椅坐着非常的舒服，總的來説不管是酒店的衞生還服務還是其他任何一項都是頂好的

宜賓星程酒店真的是寶藏之選！房間佈置簡約又舒服，床品乾淨柔軟，躺上去就不想起來，住起來特別放鬆。還有自助洗衣房，洗衣烘乾一體，對長住或者行李多的人太友好了，再也不用擔心衣服換洗的問題。早餐也很用心，種類豐富，能邊吃邊看窗外街景，體驗感拉滿。 而且酒店位置絕佳，離合江門廣場、冠英古街這些熱門打卡地都很近，步行就能到，去感受宜賓的歷史文化和城市風光超方便。前台工作人員也特別熱情周到，辦理入住又快又專業，還會貼心地給我們介紹宜賓的景點和美食，推薦的地方都很靠譜，讓我們的行程輕鬆又愉快。下次來宜賓，肯定還選這兒～

The hotel stay was well worth the room rate charged. It has many update automatic facilities and at times could be confusing. The breakfast was basic and alright. No restaurants or coffee shops nearby.

蜀南竹海大家一定要開車去裏面，買了門票后里麪停車都是免費的。裏面很多路沒有步行道，跟行車道走，還遠，開車路過好的景區可以停車隨便玩。景區內停車的地方多。住宿的也能停車，不需要開到民宿門口就能停。#停車
