"The service was good, breakfast was delicious, the room was really spacious for 3 of us, including the toilet. Entire room was really clean, toilet has all the necessary hooks and clothes line for you to hang and dry clothes, shower pressure was great, and bed was really comfortable. We stayed for 2 days and enjoyed the complimentary admission to T3 tea plantation."

"I cannot begin to explain how amazing our stay was! When we arrived we got a free room upgrade with a beautiful view of the mountains and lake, that was an amazing start to this trip!
The staff was very helpful and we could always communicate via WeChat as to avoid the language barrier. We also had booked the breakfast buffet, there were lots of options to choose from. From more western style breakfasts like cereal and croissants to a full Chinese breakfast.
We didn’t have the dinner booked, so we ate one night at the buffet. That was a little expensive for my taste, 20 euros per person. I mean there were lots of options but it was a little expensive for our taste. Otherwise I recommend staying here 10/10!"

"Overall, the staff were incredibly nice and helpful. They went above and beyond to fulfill all our requests, such as decorating the room, answering questions patiently and setting up a hot spa outside our room.
The breakfast was average, but the lunch and dinner were delicious.
It's definitely a remote area, but you can ask them to arrange an Uber service. Also, if you're lucky, you can enjoy the beautiful scenery and sunset.
It would be better if there was a fridge inside the hotel room. However, you can still use the communal fridge.
All in all, it's an ideal destination for couples looking to unwind and relax, with the added luxury of a private pool and spa amidst nature's beauty."

"錯峯來一場説走就走的旅行，我們從廣州自駕 2 小時到達，停車場就在酒店門口有充電車位，前台的服務細節特別加分，入住看到我們抱着小孩還主動幫忙拎行李到房間，後面還給我們送了糖果。房間內衞生乾淨整潔，淋浴熱水穩定，日常所需一應俱全。更貼心的是酒店到樂園有免費接駁車，錯峯的好處就是園區的遊樂設施都不用排隊，機動遊戲還挺多的，旋轉木馬激流勇進基本都有，還打卡了巧克力工廠 DIY 工坊。傍晚沒那麼熱去泡了温泉，就在酒店樓旁邊可以直接走過去，也有十幾個温泉池，人少安靜能好好放鬆，造浪區也在温泉區旁邊，不過我們沒去玩一天實在太餓了，晚餐就在酒店解決，湖畔餐廳的露台可以看到巧克力城堡，夜景加上城堡的燈光實在太美了！第二天早上還有時間就帶孩子到酒店室內的小童樂園，旁邊就是健身房。中午退房後自駕十幾分鍾到附近的農莊，來都來了怎麼能不試試清遠雞。整體而言，這裡能帶來超預期的體驗，絕對值得再次打卡！"

"酒店位置很好，下高速不用10分鐘就到達了，酒店的的配置是按星級標準，環境比較優美，工作人員熱情服務，就是剛到時有點小插曲（我也不想我這樣的不滿會給工作人員帶去懲罰吧），辦理入住時我反饋的情緒可能比較激動，前台辦理入住的小姐姐耐心傾聽和解釋。還安排好高層房間，房間隔音比較好，就是淋浴間的水去得比較慢，還有衣櫃的門可能沒有保養到位畢竟都開業了挺長時間了，一打開有“吱吱”響，這個不太友好。酒店在大堂有“暖心夜粥”，沒到9.30就開始了，就是10點沒夠就不續加了，粥好好喝，聽到經理跟別人介紹是大廚烹製的，真不愧大廚出品。第二天下去比較自助早餐和喝早茶時剛好遇到不知是那個部門的經理上前熱情的問到有什麼要幫忙的（男的，之前説在喜來登工作過的）詳細介紹酒店各項和周邊的景點，很有遇到老熟人的感覺。到退房時也有熱情的001號幫忙搬行李（我忘了是大堂還是前台經理了），也為昨晚的事在解釋希望得到理解。還有昨晚的辦理入住時的小姐姐送了一盒茶葉作為昨晚的事表達一點點心意，原來他還認得我等我退房時專門追着送我的，謝謝了！以後再到英德第一考慮的肯家是這家酒店！！

TTianavintageThe hotel view is absolutely stunning — it feels like you're in Guilin, surrounded by beautiful mountains. I booked the Lan Shan room with a private pool. The pool was moderately clean and quite small — perfect for taking photos and relaxing, but not ideal for serious swimming.
A heads-up for female guests: during my stay, we felt a bit uncomfortable when a drone flew overhead while we were using the pool. Although the hotel clearly prohibits drones (all guests are required to sign an agreement), there happened to be a cycling event nearby, and we weren’t sure who the drone belonged to. If you're planning to wear a bikini or swimwear, just be extra mindful and occasionally check your surroundings for privacy, as it might affect your comfort.
The room itself was very spacious, though the cleanliness could be better. However, the service was outstanding — the staff made sure we had everything we needed and were always attentive. We enjoyed the in-room breakfast, which was very convenient. The hotel also offered complimentary afternoon tea and a free photo shoot. While the cheesecake could have tasted better, the photographer was friendly and made the experience fun.
Overall, it’s a peaceful and relaxing getaway with stunning scenery and great service — just be cautious around the pool area if you’re concerned about privacy.

房間的舒適感超出預期，寬敞明亮且乾淨整潔，電動窗簾拉開視野通透，獨立茶座配着福建小種紅茶與茶具，閑暇時品茶格外愜意。金可兒0壓床墊軟硬適中，包裹感十足，搭配隔音良好的環境，一夜能睡到天亮；乾濕分離的衞生間裏，智能恆温馬桶和充沛穩定的熱水讓人倍感貼心，佰草集洗護用品的淡淡清香更是加分項。
服務細節處處見用心：前台熱情專業，30秒自助入住、0秒退房的流程高效便捷，還會主動提醒各項服務；無接觸機器人能精準送物到房，避免了打擾，對注重私隱的住客太友好。配套設施更是齊全，24小時自助洗衣房有LG洗衣機和烘乾機，還提供洗衣液與消毒液，服務員甚至能幫忙處理衣物並送回房間；免費健身房隨時可使用，大堂書吧能免費閲讀，晨起喝杯咖啡看書格外愜意 。

MMisafir KullanıcıAn incredible gem of a boutique hotel, run by a friendly host who anticipates and caters to your needs. This hotel is nestled between idyllic hills and farms, and a 20min stroll (or rent their bikes at 60rmb/day) to HuangHua where there’re great restaurants and supermarkets. It was exactly what we did not know we were looking for in a short getaway from HK to Yingde.
The hotel itself is clean and modern, and the food was a pleasant surprise. Being foreigners used to western-style breakfast, we were initially apprehensive while booking, but the farm-to-table, home-cooked breakfast turned out to be absolutely delicious, such that we found ourselves looking forward to it on our second morning.
We felt like we lucked out with this accommodation choice, as just within walking distance from the hotel, the host brought us to local hiking trails with quite the view (tip: go at sunrise, and if conditions are right you’ll get to see the “sea of clouds”), a climbing crag and an amazing cave you’ll have to yourself. The host, who turned out to be quite the explorer and adrenaline junkie in her younger years, happily took us to them, also showing us photo spots along the way.
But perhaps the best kept secret of this hotel is hinted in its name itself. From its roof terrace, we saw shooting stars fly by above the glow of the region’s famous karst.

MM54396****很棒的一次體驗，如果能看到日落的話就更完美了，6點多抵達山頂，這個時候很多人在追日落，差不多天黑遊客就排隊等觀光車下山，我們在上面住真的是很不錯，慢悠悠吃個飯，套餐含的，鄰裡間還可以聊聊天，有其他同齡小朋友可以一起玩，雖然房間不大，我們訂的時候衹有1間雙床房，裏面真的衹有2張床，那個空調聲音好大啊，還有異響，沒有洗手間，8個帳篷共用3個洗手間，上廁所和洗澡都是一起用的，洗澡高峯要排隊，確實有點不方便！早上6點多也可以看日出，我那天又有雲遮擋了，基本上日出日落都看不見，但是天氣很好，吃完早餐下去逛了，還有摘茶葉炒茶體驗，送的還有雪糕和下午茶，780我真心覺得很划算啊，晚餐下午茶門票觀光車全部扣除，住房不到400，值得沖👍

1109616****選擇海螺入住我到英德的頭件事，在辦理登記的時候遇到前台文艷，她很熱情介紹好吃好喝好玩的地方，各種注意事項都講得明明白白白的。退房又遇到了盧玲，她提醒我拿出場停車券，幫我拿行李，東西太多了。下次再來英德，會再到海螺，大氣親民，房間乾淨明亮，早餐豐富營養。各方滿意極了。
