RRomeryIt was our second time in Kingdom Hotel and we plan to stay always there. The staff is really outstanding. They helped us to change our booking even after the cancellation period, because of the flight delay. Kelly, that can speak English, was incredibly nice, and she asked for a driver to collect at the airport our Apple power bank, without CCC mark, otherwise it would be retained by the authorities. When we returned to the hotel 2 days later, it was stored at the reception and we picked it up. We just needed to pay for the driver. We have no words for this kind gesture. Amazing! The staff really cares about the customers needs and puts themselves in their shoes. We will definitely come back to Kingdom Hotel.

NNK2025We initially booked for 5 days and extended for 2 more days. We were travelling with children and were very satisfied with hotel's cleanliness and location. The team at reception were all really friendly and helpful. We are grateful to them. Another plus point: we could easily do our laundry and hang clothes to dry on the 6th floor. Special thank you to the team in the breakfast area. Really welcoming and encouraged us to try new foods which was nice. Halal supermarket and food nearby.

AAdora Whitney📍 Prime Location The hotel is located right between District 2 and District 3 of the Yiwu International Trade City — you can literally walk across the street to get to either side. Perfect for sourcing trips or attending trade fairs. That said, there aren’t many eateries around the hotel, so meals might require delivery or a short ride out. --- 🛏 Rooms & Comfort My room was very spacious and clean, much more generous in size than I expected. The smart controls were a nice modern touch, and the bed was comfortable with good linens. A really thoughtful detail? They provide a foot soak tub right in the room. And after spending hours walking through the massive trade center, I totally understood why. Your feet will thank you. However, do note that around 5pm, the noise from car horns outside gets pretty loud, especially if your room faces the street. If you're a light sleeper, you might want to request a room on a higher floor or bring earplugs. --- 🍽 Amenities & Extras Breakfast was simple but decent. Just be prepared to look elsewhere for meals, as the hotel area is quiet food-wise. --- 👥 Service The staff were polite and helpful, even if English was limited for some. They were always quick to assist and made the stay feel smooth and pleasant. --- ✅ Final Thoughts While it’s not surrounded by restaurants and the traffic noise can be noticeable at rush hour, Heng Na International Hotel is an excellent base for business travelers. Service: The staff was incredibly polite and accommodating. They went out of their way to ensure I had a pleasant stay, assisting with everything from check-in to local recommendations. Amenities: The hotel offers great facilities, including a well-maintained fitness center, a relaxing spa, and high-speed WiFi. The in-house restaurant served delicious local and international dishes.
