"We initially booked for 5 days and extended for 2 more days. We were travelling with children and were very satisfied with hotel's cleanliness and location. The team at reception were all really friendly and helpful. We are grateful to them. Another plus point: we could easily do our laundry and hang clothes to dry on the 6th floor. Special thank you to the team in the breakfast area. Really welcoming and encouraged us to try new foods which was nice. Halal supermarket and food nearby."

RRomeryIt was our second time in Kingdom Hotel and we plan to stay always there. The staff is really outstanding. They helped us to change our booking even after the cancellation period, because of the flight delay. Kelly, that can speak English, was incredibly nice, and she asked for a driver to collect at the airport our Apple power bank, without CCC mark, otherwise it would be retained by the authorities. When we returned to the hotel 2 days later, it was stored at the reception and we picked it up. We just needed to pay for the driver. We have no words for this kind gesture. Amazing! The staff really cares about the customers needs and puts themselves in their shoes. We will definitely come back to Kingdom Hotel.
