"Location is great but make sure to ask if there is still construction outside, because we didn’t know and it was VERY LOUD. there is NO AC and hot in the room, sleeping with window open was an issue when construction starts early morning. the blowdryer didn’t work, staff didn’t have replacement but went out to buy some as a solution; we could get one against a 20e deposit. overall good stay but if i had known about amenities and noise i would have booked Park Hotel next door."

"인스부르크를 가기위해 잠깐 들린곳이였는데 위치 넘 좋아요.기차역에 붙어 있다고 해도 됩니다.에어컨도 잘나오고 가격대비 만족합니다. 뮌헨가는 기차도 많고 인스부르크까지 1시간정도 걸렸던거 같습니다.뮌헨가서 5~6시간 둘러보고 저녁에왔는데도 역 근처가 위험하지않고 좋았어요"

"I had an amazing stay at BRIGHT for three nights. The customer service was absolutely excellent—any issues or questions were resolved immediately via email, and the staff was incredibly responsive. If you send a photo of a problem, they address it straight away, which made the experience stress-free. The apartment itself is stunning—modern, spotless, and beautifully maintained. Everything you could need is provided, including cutlery, dishwashing liquid, a dishwasher, a washing machine with detergent, and even a lovely selection of teas, sugar, salt, milk, and coffee. As a thoughtful touch, they left a small candy gift on the bed along with fresh, great-smelling towels and bedding. The location is fantastic, with a train station right outside for easy transport. Parking is now subject to a fee, though we didn’t have to pay during our stay as they were still updating their policies. If you plan to cook, be mindful to open the windows, as triggering the fire alarm could result in a fine between €250 and €2500, as per the information provided. There are several convenient stores nearby, about a seven-minute walk, including Aldi and Burger King. Additionally, there’s a beautiful lake area perfect for a relaxing stroll. Overall, I highly recommend this apartment studio. It’s a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and top-notch service. I would definitely stay here again!"

"Quite convenient with self checkin. Free parking. Spacious room for family. The only thing I concern is that my credit card info was leaked a few days after checking in at this hotel to a company named GS Star GmbH in Munich which is pretty close to this hotel, Please check your internal staff regarding this. Really critical issue!!!"

"Das Limehome liegt in zentraler Lage, ist sehr sauber und die Suite mit Kapazität für bis zu vier Personen ist sehr groß und modern eingerichtet. Das Schlafsofa war ungewöhnlich bequem und es gibt sogar einen kleinen Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach. Das Einzige, was hier unbedingt zu beachten ist: wer über trip.com bucht, erhält scheinbar seinen Zugangscode zur Unterkunft nicht. Also nach der Buchung unbedingt direkten Kontakt mit dem Betreiber über die Service-Hotline aufnehmen und nach der Buchung fragen, damit man auch einen Code erhält und nicht vor der Tür steht und nicht reinkommt."
