"Perfect location. Especially for those who will only going to stay for a short trip because you will not waste your time going to the point of interest of Marseille because it is at the heart of the tourist area. The view from the room is gorgeous and worth the money. Restaurants and souvenir shops are lining up the area. Based on my limited stay I learn that Marseilles can give up different vibes only in a few block so the location of the hotel made me more comfortable. The AC works properly and there is an elevator. I believe there is also a car parking service but I don’t use it. The receptionists are professionals and helpful."

"Hôtel idéalement situé, à proximité des lignes de bus, du métro et de la gare Saint-Charles, ainsi que non loin du Prado. La chambre dispose de tout le nécessaire pour un séjour confortable. Le personnel est d’une grande gentillesse : toutes les personnes rencontrées ont été absolument adorables. Seuls petits bémols : un manque de luminosité dans la chambre et une propreté perfectible. Pour le rapport qualité prix je recommande à 100%."

Arka tarafta canlı bir yerel halk topluluğu var ve ortam çok tatmin edici. Ayrıca M1 metro istasyonunun yanında olması ve tren istasyonuna çok da uzak olmaması seyahat için uygundur. Hijyen: Çok iyi. Çeşitli sıhhi ürünler nispeten tamamlandı, ancak tek kullanımlık klozet kapağının bulunmadığını lütfen unutmayın. Otelin sağladığı sabunlar ve cilt bakım losyonları L'Occitane markadır ve bunlar harikadır! Hizmet: Çok iyi. Teyzem günlük ihtiyaçlarımızı yerleştirme amacımızı tam olarak anlıyor. Eşyaları yerinden oynatmayacak ve yalnızca daha düzenli bir şekilde toparlanmamıza yardımcı olacak! Tesisler: Oda tipi, valiz depolamaya uygun küçük bir giriş holü ile tasarlanmış ancak banyo ve banyonun evin her iki yanında bulunması biraz sakıncalıdır. Tek dezavantajı yatağın biraz kısa olması. Ayrıca son gün yanımızda kalan misafirler kapıyı açıp kapatırken biraz gürültü yapıyordu."

Seul point noir de cet hôtel l’accueil que nous avons reçu de la part de « Samuel », un réceptionniste odieux et méprisant qui a fait preuve de condescendance. Ayant un problème au bassin je nécessitais une chambre avec douche, ce que j’ai précisé et qui était inscrit sur ma confirmation de resa, ce cher monsieur m’a alors gentillement demandé 180€ pour obtenir la chambre initialement réservée. Avec un geste commercial à 80€ finalement. Les parties communes ne sont pas adaptées aux pmr malheureusement."
