"Cleaning ladies were demonstrating 53 days in front of the hotel when I arrived. The rotating door was covered with mud and confetti, while the black women danced to loud African beats. A complete shock! They continued during my stay… The front desk was super helpful after I contacted their manager. My flight was delayed and I arrived a day late so they managed to modify my reservation without extra payment. My card didn’t work so I gave a cash deposit and they sent me an email when my suitcase that had been delayed arrived (so as not to wake me up). The housekeeping was average- twice they didn’t restock the water. Once they forgot a cleaning chemical. Another time they didn’t restock the decaffeinated capsules. Also they could have been more generous with the toilet paper. It’s the very thin recycled one, that goes fast. Breakfast was delicious and the restaurant spacious, with a garden overlooking the marina. The room was large, modern and quiet, with an amazing view of the harbor, including both sunsets and sunrises! I even saw the incredible half an hour long fireworks for Bastille day right under my window! The bed is big and comfortable, pillows a bit too soft, lighting is good but there are no toiletries (which was initially problematic due to the lost luggage). Room service wasn’t available the only night that I wanted to order it - due to Bastille day celebrations. The QR code don’t work on my phone so I had to call the reception to order. Also there was no alcoholic drinks listed, plus I had no fridge in the room, so I couldn’t fully relax and enjoy my holiday. The hotel doesn’t have a spa, which is a shame. So I made a reservation online and got a massage in the Hammam spa a few minutes from the hotel)very expensive and not great). The closest one to the hotel was closed. The pool is gorgeous but in another building which requires another elevator to be taken at the ground floor. A bit of a hassle…The gym is basic but good. Gets pretty busy and dirty at the end of the day. There are many nice restaurants nearby and even a small Proxi shop. There is a bus stop 1min away, that goes to the Terrace du Port. And the taxi conveniently dropped me off right in front of the hotel. The Mucem and Cosquer caves visible from the hotel, are a bit pleasant 25min walk away and the well worth the visit. Overall, I was satisfied with my stay, and would come again if the above issues were resolved."

"Very nice hotel, good services . Great location right on the old port. Beautiful view. Close to tourist office for buying tourist package card. Very good location for travelling by buses metrols and tramps. The during stay , there was christmas market right next to Hotel. That was the bonus"

"Great hotel at a nice location. It is always a 15 mins walk to the city center. Parking was ok, though 32 euro a night which is at the higher end. Breakfast was 33 euro for a person, it was good but it didn’t worth its high price. We went for a brunch the other morning and it was perfect - the place is right next to the opera, amazing vibe. It is called Deïa Coffee & Kitchen. It is good service overall, thanks for having us."

"It is near to the train station. However if we want to go back to the hotel from the old city area, we need to walk long stair. Also, the environment outside the hotel is little smelly which is like urine smell but maybe this is the smell of Marseilles"

"Otelde iki ve üç kişilik odalar mevcut, oldukça geniş ve her açıdan iyi donanımlı. Çocuklu çiftler için odada odayı iki bölüme ayıran sürgülü paravanlar bulunuyor. Yataklar oldukça iyi. Banyolar çok iyi ve banyo ile tuvaleti ayrı odalara ayıran Fransız geleneğini sürdürüyor. Yerdeki halının yıpranmış ve eski olduğu doğru, ancak yıpranmamış. Karartma perdelerinde yer yer delikler var. Ahşap kaplamalar genel olarak kenarlarda ve köşelerde yıpranmış. Sivrisinekler var, bu nedenle pencereleri açmamanız tavsiye edilir. Depozito hemen iade edilir. Bizim durumumuzda, sabah 11:00'de çıkış yaptık ve aynı gün akşam 8:00'de iade edilmişti. Resepsiyon personeli çok ilgili. Harika bir ekip. Kişi başı günlük bir şişe ücretsiz su ve bir kahve kapsülünün yanı sıra çay ve kakao tozu sunuyorlar. Otel, Marsilya'nın en büyük alışveriş merkezi (Les Terrasses de M****ille), 15 sinema salonu ve daha bağımsız ve/veya daha az bilinen mağazaların bulunduğu başka bir alışveriş merkezi (The Docks) ile çevrilidir. Eski Liman'a ve Saint Charles metro ve tren istasyonuna yaklaşık 20 dakikalık yürüme mesafesindedir. Otelin hemen dışında Noialles bölgesine giden bir tramvay durağı bulunmaktadır."

"Son derece küçük bir oda ama gece için mükemmeldi. Konumu muhteşemdi. Old Port'un tam kıyısında. Kapının hemen önünde çok sayıda restoran ve dükkan var. Giriş yapmak da kolaydı ve check-in yapmadan önce ve check-out yaptıktan sonra keşfe çıktığımızda bagajlarımızı bizim için tuttular. Yatak biraz rahatsızdı ama banyo iyi büyüklükteydi. Kesinlikle tekrar burayı rezerve ederim."
