"Hotel was ok. Clean enough where it mattered and complimentary tea and coffee was a nice touch. Unfortunately the tv did not work and the mattress was very old and worn and should be replaced. Didn’t bother to complain as arrived late from a flight so just needed somewhere to sleep.
Bigger concern was that despite having paid 3 weeks ago they still tried to take payment at check
In and again at check out. Then although both times they agreed with our proof of payment, still proceeded to take £70 from our card a few hours later. Not happy."

"Perfect location to the airport - £8 taxi to terminal 2. Very clean room. Room facilities ideal for a short stay. Staff very helpful and friendly. Breakfast ok get down before 6:30am to make sure you get a good table. Plenty os selection for breakfast food.
I would stay again at the hotel.
If asked I would recommend the hotel to my friends."

"The hotel located close to T2&3, approximately 10 minutes by bus. The hotel is good, no doubt but again no access to the windows for a fresher air. Picture this: people before you are/were farting, coughing, sneezing etc and you inhale the same air). The cleaning was not as I would expect it, there were quite a few marks here and there. Thabk God, I always carry disinfectant wipes, to make sure no fungus or other thing come to my way. The room was extremely hot, the cooling system was blocked, I had to ask for a manual ventilation but was extremely loud. The hotel room was equipped with classic, elegant furnitures. I lived that. The shower gel smelled more like made for man only. In upgrade and improved quality of hygiene products would be great. The gym was great, so the Christmas decorations too. Check in was smooth and professional. Overall i had avery good experience."

"I recently stayed at Denham Grove Hotel and overall had a pleasant experience. The room, though small, was modern and nicely appointed, making for a comfortable stay. The staff were truly lovely and went out of their way to ensure that everything ran smoothly. The hotel is set in beautiful parkland, which adds a peaceful atmosphere. "I absolutely loved this place. Seemed newly renovated and very well kept. Im a woman solo traveling and the man who runs the place/front desk made me feel very safe. The room was super cute, loved the rose theme throughout the hotel. Everything was very clean and modern. The TV had Netflix and I was so grateful! Most hotels don’t accommodate for Netflix and this one did! Breakfast was delicious with options for every diet! Loved the Rose Cafe, felt like I was in a movie. I will definitely be staying here again."

"Burada üç gün kaldık ve harika bir deneyim yaşadık! Personel inanılmaz derecede güler yüzlü ve yardımseverdi; karşılaştığımız en iyi personellerden bazılarıydı. Otelin konumu da büyük bir avantajdı; Uxbridge istasyonunun hemen karşısında olması, seyahat edenler için son derece elverişliydi.
Odalar tam istediğimiz büyüklükteydi. Dört bavulumuz vardı ve odanın içinde rahatça açabildik. Otelde ayrıca asansör de vardı, bu da büyük bir artıydı ve talep üzerine günlük oda temizliği hizmeti sunuyorlardı.

FFichauIdeal for a short stay. Not much food options nearby but certainly Deliveroo can help. Close to Heathrow, there are both public bus and airport shuttle to go to and from Heathrow. Perhaps it’s better if the hotel can provide more detail information about bus/ shuttle bus transfer from Heathrow.

JJermKısa bir mola için burada kaldım ve Heathrow havaalanına oldukça yakın!! Havaalanından otobüse bindim, yaklaşık 15-20 dakika (bekleme süresi hariç) ve ulaştık.
Giriş: Hızlı, belki de saat 23:00'tü hehe
Hizmet: Harika, yan taraftaki otelin restoranında gece menüsü vardı ve otel personelimiz alıp resepsiyona götürmek için fazladan çaba sarf etti 🙏
Yemek: Sabah kahvaltısı klasik bir Amerikan kahvaltı büfesiydi, oldukça iyiydi.
Konfor/temizlik: Yatak rahattı, temizdi. Tuvalet çok büyüktü ve tekerlekli sandalye ile erişime çok uygundu ancak perdeler çekildiğinde duş alanı biraz küçüktü (ve ıslak perdelere yanlışlıkla dokunursanız ÇOK SOĞUK 😳 tuvalet en iyi görünümlü değildi çünkü halka açık tuvaletlere benziyordu ama genel olarak yine de iyiydi

But after one busy night, we had the most noisy and worst family checked in at 11:30pm next to us. It wasn’t just a normal little noise it was constant all through the night. Kids screaming, tv on the loudest, bathroom door banging until 4am!!!! You can hear everything! Night manager didn’t do anything. It was unbelievable and unbearable.. If you want to choose a quiet hotel and have a good rest for your long haul flight THIS IS NOT THE PLACE TO STAY!! I complained to the staff, but they said they couldn’t do anything. Very disappointed. Because of this incident I won’t be recommending or staying here ever again. Also the car park is not £15 per day it’s £17. This should be updated.

Breakfast buffet could be better, I didn’t see much salads or veg options on display. Also waffles were too sweet and tough and chunky as scones.

Although there was no bathtub in my room, I felt totally comfortable and privacy within. It never fails my expectations to see that the room was always kept clean and tidy after coming back from my activities every single day.
It takes only about 7 mins to get to the hotel directly from Heathrow Central Bus station. You should not miss out the intercontinental breakfast it caters for guests daily at a price of £13. I simply love it and I got to savour it on the last day of my stay there.
Yes, I will certainly come to stay at Leonardo London Heathrow Airport Hotel again if I should visit again!

You can get a pod to the terminal in like 6 mins right outside the hotel. I would stay again when travelling from terminal 5 on a really early flight .

MMisafir KullanıcıI recently stayed at this hotel for a 3-night visit while travelling to London for medical treatment. I specifically chose this property because it advertised a gym and steam room, which I needed to support my recovery.
Unfortunately, these facilities were completely out of service on arrival, and at no point before or during booking was I informed that they were unavailable. This was extremely disappointing given that these facilities were the main reason for choosing this hotel.
Prior to booking, I had also explained that I have several allergies and requested that something I brought with me be heated up upon arrival. When I asked at reception, the young gentleman was unsure and checked with a colleague, whom I assume was his line manager. Despite the fact that the item could’ve been baby food and that my allergies were noted on my booking, the response was dismissive, and no questions or context were asked, the female receptionist didn’t even look up from the screen as she answered. I fully appreciate the importance of avoiding cross-contamination in hotel kitchens, but the lack of communication or willingness to understand the situation felt unnecessarily unhelpful.
When I raised the issue regarding the closed facilities, the hotel did not provide any solution or meaningful support, and they also failed to respond to Trip.com for more than 24 hours, even though we were due to check out the next morning. This lack of communication made the situation more frustrating and felt very unprofessional.
To their credit, Trip.com stepped in where the hotel didn’t and resolved the issue the best way they could. However, the hotel’s customer service and failure to provide advertised amenities fell well below expectations for a Radisson-branded property.
The room itself was clean, house keeping staff very helpful and attentiveand the location is convenient for Heathrow, but the lack of advertised facilities and the unresponsiveness left a poor impression overall.
I hope the hotel improves their communication and ensures that major facilities shown in listings are actually available to guests, and that staff take more care when dealing with guests who have specific health or dietary needs.
