Dining at the nearest Hounslow West station - bus is 15-20mins away, heavenly food choices there. Walkable distance to Starbucks KFC, of course, uber eats also recommend Hotel Meal deals valued, worth considering too Family room size is bigger than Travelxxxx, have spaces for 3 luggage

I had booked a king-sized room for 9 nights. Surprisingly, there was another extra single bed so I could use the room space to sort out my clothes without messes. 😁 Although there was no bathtub in my room, I felt totally comfortable and privacy within. It never fails my expectations to see that the room was always kept clean and tidy after coming back from my activities every single day. It takes only about 7 mins to get to the hotel directly from Heathrow Central Bus station. You should not miss out the intercontinental breakfast it caters for guests daily at a price of £13. I simply love it and I got to savour it on the last day of my stay there. Yes, I will certainly come to stay at Leonardo London Heathrow Airport Hotel again if I should visit again! Highly recommended! 💯👍👏👏👏

The receptionist provided very good service, something I've never experienced in the UK.And, the room was quite normal and clean as this is not a 4-star hotel.Our room is the last one and has a view of the runway. Breakfast about £13.99 n kid eats free. Normal English breakfast. Very close to the terminal 4 n need to walk about 10mins from t4.英国廉价酒店都是一样的没什么好与坏。

Booked for convenience. Ended up being perfect location and the restaurant food was really really good with a view of the runway watch planes take off . Bar was also very nice. You can get a pod to the terminal in like 6 mins right outside the hotel. I would stay again when travelling from terminal 5 on a really early flight .

What a great place to stay, bright clean room. Good price with excellent buffet breakfast. . Staff are very helpful and nice.. can buy snack and the meal is reasonable price. Clean moden style hotel. Sky bar and bowling near by. Excellent entertainment before go to airport. So convenient to go to airport,just few minutes away from bus stop. Easy to go to london town centre as well.

I absolutely loved this place. Seemed newly renovated and very well kept. Im a woman solo traveling and the man who runs the place/front desk made me feel very safe. The room was super cute, loved the rose theme throughout the hotel. Everything was very clean and modern. The TV had Netflix and I was so grateful! Most hotels don’t accommodate for Netflix and this one did! Breakfast was delicious with options for every diet! Loved the Rose Cafe, felt like I was in a movie. I will definitely be staying here again.

Hotel was ok. Clean enough where it mattered and complimentary tea and coffee was a nice touch. Unfortunately the tv did not work and the mattress was very old and worn and should be replaced. Didn’t bother to complain as arrived late from a flight so just needed somewhere to sleep. Bigger concern was that despite having paid 3 weeks ago they still tried to take payment at check In and again at check out. Then although both times they agreed with our proof of payment, still proceeded to take £70 from our card a few hours later. Not happy.

I recently stayed at this hotel for a 3-night visit while travelling to London for medical treatment. I specifically chose this property because it advertised a gym and steam room, which I needed to support my recovery. Unfortunately, these facilities were completely out of service on arrival, and at no point before or during booking was I informed that they were unavailable. This was extremely disappointing given that these facilities were the main reason for choosing this hotel. Prior to booking, I had also explained that I have several allergies and requested that something I brought with me be heated up upon arrival. When I asked at reception, the young gentleman was unsure and checked with a colleague, whom I assume was his line manager. Despite the fact that the item could’ve been baby food and that my allergies were noted on my booking, the response was dismissive, and no questions or context were asked, the female receptionist didn’t even look up from the screen as she answered. I fully appreciate the importance of avoiding cross-contamination in hotel kitchens, but the lack of communication or willingness to understand the situation felt unnecessarily unhelpful. When I raised the issue regarding the closed facilities, the hotel did not provide any solution or meaningful support, and they also failed to respond to Trip.com for more than 24 hours, even though we were due to check out the next morning. This lack of communication made the situation more frustrating and felt very unprofessional. To their credit, Trip.com stepped in where the hotel didn’t and resolved the issue the best way they could. However, the hotel’s customer service and failure to provide advertised amenities fell well below expectations for a Radisson-branded property. The room itself was clean, house keeping staff very helpful and attentiveand the location is convenient for Heathrow, but the lack of advertised facilities and the unresponsiveness left a poor impression overall. I hope the hotel improves their communication and ensures that major facilities shown in listings are actually available to guests, and that staff take more care when dealing with guests who have specific health or dietary needs.
