"The hotel staff is very friendly, they will greet wherever they meet hotel guests. A hotel that has lots of swimming pools and is child friendly. When we got there the only drawback was that the room lights didn't turn on, but the technician quickly fixed it after we reported it. and don't forget to bring mineral water, because it is not provided there. ."

"Easy access, very clean and comfy. Eventhough it’s a family and kids friendly hotel, my husband and I can still enjoy all of the facilites without any inconvinience. The parking lot is a bit far, but they provide a 24h shuttle from the lobby. Too bad the family and kids pools are under renovation. Overall, I recommend this hotel to any couples who plan to have a short getaway 👍"

"The service was pleasant. ************* for the early check-in and the special Happy Birthday greeting and birthday cake, as this is my Birthday Trip. Early check-in requests via email were also immediately responded to. Complete facilities. There are numerous swimming pools, a garden, an arcade area, a playroom, bike rentals, and other kid-friendly activities. My nephew and niece adore it here. They had to swim twice hehe. The only disadvantage is that it is too far away to order meals haha. But everything is OK. Recommended for family vacations."

"In this hotel we feel too long queuing when we want to check in, because customers ask a lot of questions to the check in officer. The giraffe room where we stayed was clean, comfortable and clean enough, it's just that the connecting door with the next door is not soundproof enough. Safari garden facilities for children and families are very fun, education about birds and the show is very liked by children"

The Junior Suite room is quite spacious, with facilities that are standard for a 3-star hotel. The reception staff was less helpful, but the other staff were quite helpful. Whether lounging by the pool with magnificent view and cooling weather and indulging in spa treatments, there was never a dull moment.
