"The best thing about this hotel is its close proximity to Churaumi Ocean park. It also has an in-house onsen, albeit a small one. However, don't be fooled by its exterior, the rooms are quite old and design out-dated. The hotel is still using old-fashioned keys with heavy key-holders for the rooms."

"В целом неплохой отель. Местоположение не супер удачное из-за сложности перемещения через мост без машины (автобусов там нет) и отсутствия поблизости круглосуточных магазинов с едой. Комната абсолютно белая, я чувствовала себя в ней как в госпитале. Подушка неудобная и кондиционер работает плохо, зато холодильник очень громкий, я не могла там нормально спать и просыпалась каждые 1,5-2 часа. Сняла другой отель в итоге, потеряв оплату за две забронированные ночи, но зато в другом отеле я смогла нормально выспаться. К персоналу никаких претензий, очень дружелюбные девушки."

"Love the ocean view room, however they gave me a room on the second floor and they are always taxi waiting outside and sometimes the diver smokes and it gets into the room. There are a microwave, stove (no pots/pans, cutlery and tableware), fridge and a washing machine (you can turn the shower area into a dryer by using the setting) available in the room. Detergent can be purchased for 100yen from the front desk. I used the paid parking (1000 yen) as it was raining - the parking area next to it is for hospital visitors, park at your own risk. Location wise, you will need a car to get around. Or else, metered taxi are easily available as it is right next to a hospital. You will need to drive out most of the time, as the restaurants nearby are very limited and closes early. There is no access to beach as it is a sea wall. Take note of the check in time as it opens till 8pm only."

"The hotel is located near beautiful and clean Sesoko beach with marvellous sea abundant with great variety of fish. A perfect location for swimming and snorkeling. Sesoko beach and fantastic view thereof from our balcony has been a huge, but unfortunately the only advantage of the hotel. If you don’t rent a car, you have to be ready for the situation when you are unable to leave the hotel at all. It’s very hard to call a taxi either via Uber or even via local taxi app “Go”. The hotel staff does not provide too much help with this issue either, even when requested to book a taxi to the airport (to be fair hotel concierge finally managed to arrange a car for us, but it arrives 30 minutes late, despite our request being extended at least 12 hours before the planned departure). The hotel management is apparently aware of the transport inconvenience for their guests, but do not seem to care about that at all: they’ve chosen the easiest way “to cope” with the problem: just smile and say “sorry”. There’s another advantage of such approach for the hotel: if guests cannot leave the hotel easily, they wouldn’t have much lunch/dining choice other than having meals in the hotel. And here we come to another issue with the hotel: a very mediocre choice of dining options (no Japanese cuisine options at all) and extremely poor menu (with even poorer service) in the only available lunch venue. Breakfasts are below expectations as well: absolutely same food every morning (the only change from day to day: fried salmon/fried mackerel), no fresh fish/sea-food (we’re still in Japan, aren’t we?), almost no choice of fruits. Verdict: a very overrated hotel, pretty mediocre itself, but located beside the gorgeous sea."

"The worst hotel I ever stayed.  Didn’t value customer.  They can decide to change breakfast arrangement without informing customer in advance, and also deny that they had committed to providing buffet breakfast when buffet breakfast was stated at the website. When we did the booking, it did mentioned is buffet breakfast, and the booking fees we paid as compared to without buffet breakfast is with the difference of JPY3000 per person.  However, when we checked-in, we are told the buffet breakfast has been catered by the restaurant for student group. Other hotel guests (including us) are then only provided ‘packaged box breakfast’ which is equiv. JPY500. This is a huge difference compared to the JPY3000 that we paid in addition for buffet breakfast.They denied promising on the buffet breakfast. It is inconvenienced for food/dinner as although there is restaurant opposite the hotel, the restaurant will charge you JPY550 per person for table fee. We end up to drive 10 minutes further for breakfast and dinner.  There are plenty of cheap restaurant over there.  The following are the replied form hotel on our feedback: Convey check-in instructions Please note that your booking includes breakfast, but it is not guaranteed to be a buffet. Breakfast is typically served buffet-style at the restaurant Ilikai, featuring Okinawan, Japanese, and Western dishes made with island vegetables, along with desserts. However, depending on guest numbers and conditions on the day, a set menu may be provided instead. We kindly ask for your understanding that the buffet may be replaced with a Japanese- Western set menu based on reservation availability."

"All rooms have beautiful seaside and sunset view. Breakfast and 2 glasses of orion beer as welcome drink (2 other non alcoholic drink options are also available). Breakfast has a lot of variety so better to get a room plan that includes breakfast. I find it more difficult to walk the main road pathway between the aquarium and hotel. There is a back road that connects the dolphin show area to the hotel. Just keep walking along that route. There is also a paid shuttle bus available that connects the expo area to the hotel. I didnt know about that option prior to the stay so I didnt use. Please check with the hotel for further information. Hotel also provides good information about buses to Naha when enquired via email. Please note that facial products are not provided."

"Our family of five had a wonderful stay at Churaumi Village. The house we rented was perfectly equipped and very functional. The warm and efficient welcome made everything easy — from booking a truly authentic restaurant in Motobu to getting recommendations for the Bise Beach that we loved, where we saw the most amazing litlle fishes. Breakfast was traditional Okinawan and delicious, and the room had clear information folders that made our stay even smoother. I should also mention that I forgot my glasses, and Juri and Suzuki went above and beyond to send them back to us in France. Their patience and professionalism were truly outstanding — one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. We would return without a second thought!”"

"This is my repeat stay at Costa Bella !I came last Oct 2024 and stayed for a night … and I regretted it as 1 night is not enough at such great place ! Then I decided to stay here again in April 2025 when I return to Okinawa…. This time 3 nights .,.. Mmmmm I think I can stay longer … maybe next time I will stay here for a week or so ! LOL ! This place is awesome ! Clean and warm And you can cook your meals! Strongly recommended! I love this place and will be back again !"

"Stayed on 3F and happy to report I saw zero spiders or bugs during my stay. The daily breakfast was very homely and tasty, and made sense to enjoy it in our rooms with the spectacular view. The toilet has a big bathtub that is more rare with usually small Japanese hotels. The room is nothing fancy but fully functional for a value price. Wifi worked excellent with strong connection and easy to log in. TV has Netflix Amazonprime Youtube you can use. Despite being a bit hesitant about the location when we first arrived, it is OK - there is a Lawson opposite, and many restaurants just 5 min drive away up north. Overall a very pleasant stay. Thank you!"
