"The best thing about this hotel is its close proximity to Churaumi Ocean park. It also has an in-house onsen, albeit a small one. However, don't be fooled by its exterior, the rooms are quite old and design out-dated. The hotel is still using old-fashioned keys with heavy key-holders for the rooms."

"All rooms have beautiful seaside and sunset view. Breakfast and 2 glasses of orion beer as welcome drink (2 other non alcoholic drink options are also available). Breakfast has a lot of variety so better to get a room plan that includes breakfast. I find it more difficult to walk the main road pathway between the aquarium and hotel. There is a back road that connects the dolphin show area to the hotel. Just keep walking along that route. There is also a paid shuttle bus available that connects the expo area to the hotel. I didnt know about that option prior to the stay so I didnt use. Please check with the hotel for further information. Hotel also provides good information about buses to Naha when enquired via email. Please note that facial products are not provided."

"Our family of five had a wonderful stay at Churaumi Village. The house we rented was perfectly equipped and very functional. The warm and efficient welcome made everything easy — from booking a truly authentic restaurant in Motobu to getting recommendations for the Bise Beach that we loved, where we saw the most amazing litlle fishes. Breakfast was traditional Okinawan and delicious, and the room had clear information folders that made our stay even smoother. I should also mention that I forgot my glasses, and Juri and Suzuki went above and beyond to send them back to us in France. Their patience and professionalism were truly outstanding — one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. We would return without a second thought!”"

"Nice accommodation but the cost is slightly on the high side. Check in /out is easy and fast. Not able to arrange for breakfast when we reach there is kind of disappointing. Some aircon in the rooms are not working very well and it affected our sleep."

"Love the ocean view room, however they gave me a room on the second floor and they are always taxi waiting outside and sometimes the diver smokes and it gets into the room. There are a microwave, stove (no pots/pans, cutlery and tableware), fridge and a washing machine (you can turn the shower area into a dryer by using the setting) available in the room. Detergent can be purchased for 100yen from the front desk. I used the paid parking (1000 yen) as it was raining - the parking area next to it is for hospital visitors, park at your own risk. Location wise, you will need a car to get around. Or else, metered taxi are easily available as it is right next to a hospital. You will need to drive out most of the time, as the restaurants nearby are very limited and closes early. There is no access to beach as it is a sea wall. Take note of the check in time as it opens till 8pm only."

"Big n nice hotel n convenient.Downstair have food court n nearby aquarium. AirPort Express bus 888 To Naha city n airport just opposite building. Love the hotel with nice sea view n onsen."

"The worst hotel I ever stayed.  Didn’t value customer.  They can decide to change breakfast arrangement without informing customer in advance, and also deny that they had committed to providing buffet breakfast when buffet breakfast was stated at the website. When we did the booking, it did mentioned is buffet breakfast, and the booking fees we paid as compared to without buffet breakfast is with the difference of JPY3000 per person.  However, when we checked-in, we are told the buffet breakfast has been catered by the restaurant for student group. Other hotel guests (including us) are then only provided ‘packaged box breakfast’ which is equiv. JPY500. This is a huge difference compared to the JPY3000 that we paid in addition for buffet breakfast.They denied promising on the buffet breakfast. It is inconvenienced for food/dinner as although there is restaurant opposite the hotel, the restaurant will charge you JPY550 per person for table fee. We end up to drive 10 minutes further for breakfast and dinner.  There are plenty of cheap restaurant over there.  The following are the replied form hotel on our feedback: Convey check-in instructions Please note that your booking includes breakfast, but it is not guaranteed to be a buffet. "This is my repeat stay at Costa Bella !I came last Oct 2024 and stayed for a night … and I regretted it as 1 night is not enough at such great place ! Then I decided to stay here again in April 2025 when I return to Okinawa…. This time 3 nights .,.. Mmmmm I think I can stay longer … maybe next time I will stay here for a week or so ! LOL ! This place is awesome ! Clean and warm And you can cook your meals! Strongly recommended! I love this place and will be back again !"

"入住2025年7月6-7日，一晚，價錢港幣930。 是民宿形式，沒有大堂沒有前台，自助入住，事前店家會電郵給我們一個密碼，然後用密碼開大門外的小locker，拿鎖匙出來開門的，有升降機，不用怕要走樓梯。 酒店外面有停車場，相信已經預留了位置給住客，我們當天入住，也只有幾部車，沒有滿。 開車的話， 10分鐘車程有超級市場，我們從超級市場買了一些食物回來煮，有爐、廚具、餐具、洗潔精，很方便。 房間有露台，風景不錯，我們去到的時候已經是晚上，所以看不了日落，但第二天有看日出，也不錯的。附近挺安靜，不會很多車，也沒有什麼人經過。但是對面就有一個很大的酒店，有一個小商場，有不少餐廳，可以吃東西。 我們的房間有兩張雙人床，一個小客廳，開放式廚房，可以坐在吧枱上用餐。 洗手間有洗衣機和乾衣機，不過我們沒有用。 房間空間挺大的，挺寬敞。 而且也算乾淨，因為住民宿，其中一樣害怕的就是衛生程度，或者清潔不夠乾淨，但是我們也沒有發現什麼骯髒的地方。"

"The guesthouse is located in the countryside. Not very convenient, but really quiet and peaceful. I spent a relaxing time there, sleeping early and awaking early everyday. The owners are very nice. The breakfasts every morning are tasty. The house is full of Beatles’ posters and discs. I love the vintage vibe so much. The cleanliness is acceptable. There were some little geckos and insects in the room. But it was understandable because of the location. The wifi is not working. I was compelled to take a social detox. Lol."
