Park Yeri Olan Toyama Otelleri

This is the place to stay if you want to visit Tateyama Kurobe Alpine route and Shirakawago from Toyama because the stations are located right outside/next to this hotel. Hotel is strategically located within the same block as shopping complex with easy access to eateries and grocery shopping. Also within walking distance to Toyama Glass Art Museum and the castle ruin. They also provide massage chair at reception floor that is free of charge to hotel guests. Also comes with coin operated washer and dryer. Highly recommended.

The hotel is situated at the very convenient location just next to the Toyama JR Station and there’re a lot of shops and restaurants nearby. We enjoyed very much of our stay in this hotel with the professional services and hospitality from the very friendly and helpful staff.

If you are driving, the hotel don’t have car park at the building. There are public car park beside the hotel. We were confused when we arrived. However, the hotel room is spacious and clean. We enjoyed our stay during the trip.

1. İlk gece otelin açık büfesinde yemek yedik. Odadaki broşürde, orijinal fiyatın 4000 yen olduğu, otel misafirleri için %20 indirimle 3200 yene düştüğü açıkça belirtilmişti. Ancak, faturayı aldığımızda, kişi başı hala 4000 yen olarak hesaplanmıştı. İletişimden sonra, kişi başı 3200 yene değiştirildi. İletişim sırasında, restoran personelinin indirim politikasından haberdar olduğu açıktı. 2. Otelin çevrimiçi reklamında, resepsiyonun İngilizce ve Japonca hizmet verdiği belirtilmişti. Odamdan İngilizce olarak otel resepsiyonunu ve oda servisini aradığımda, Japonca konuştular ve İngilizce duyduktan hemen sonra telefonu kapattılar.

Stayed in a standard twin room for 2 nights. The room is slightly too warm as it operates on a central heating system. The rest of the hotel facilities are excellent. The staff are warm and friendly. If you do not want to have your room made up, they reward you with 2 QR codes which you can use at the vending machine behind the front desk. We chose this hotel as it was a street across the Shirakawago express bus stop operated by the Toyama Chitetsu Bus company. It was really convenient for us to use it to explore Toyama as well as take a day trip to Shirakawago.

The hotel was near the railway station, and it was walking distance to the various shops at the station. The staff was polite and professional in checking us in. The room was small as per Japanese standard.

Excellent. Will definitely stay when returning again. Delicious dinner and breakfast with attentive service. Great experience overall. Hotel was comfortably warm despite snowing during our stay. The staff even cleared the snow on our car in the morning before we left. Very thoughtful. Thanks to all the staff for wonderful stay.

Stayed here a night in Toyama before embarking on the Alpine route. Familiar, comfortable room amenities as expected from the Comfort Hotel chain, with a good breakfast spread inclusive. 5 minutes walk from Toyama JR Station and 7 minutes walk with luggage from Toyama Dentetsu line to Kurobe Gorge and Tateyama. Note that you still need to bring your luggage to Dentetsu Station for luggage forwarding service, you cannot do it from the hotel. I asked for a high floor room that overlooked the station/mountains - I did get a high floor room but a side view of the building beside the hotel. Tip: buy supplies from the supermarket in the mall opposite before going up the mountains. There are also Toyama souvenirs, great eki bentos, firefly squid and white shrimp tempura tendon and black ramen in Toyama JR Station nearby.

Nice room, local style. I enjoyed their breakfast which started serving from 6am, fit for me as I finished it and left the hotel before 7am. Good arrangement.
