"My humble opinion since i stay at bungalow type.. is suitable for family gather but as for repeater totally im not.. start from booking experience.. the hotel not allow me to modfy change room type and need hotel consider my request but they not accept and by the time i reach there found my booking was cancel.. i was really lucky no one booking just after they cancel my booking.. hospitality also need to improve.. buggy to the beach “under maintenance”.. i can simplified such “vacation” company just have one buggy i guess.. urmmm… pool?? Sedey just like my kids also sedey.."

"The team can definitely improve on service - especially the room service. Always advise the time it would take for the order to arrive and do not forget to take the room number! Order taker needs training on this. Facilities are good but require regular maintenance. The pool does not seem to be cleaned regularly, the tiles have become moldy and discolored. The linens are not fresh and towels raggedy. Its a nice place to stay, but management must make an effort to maintain facilities, train staff and invest on better quality linens!"

"The room is good, clean and quiet big. The air-conditioning works well but have to wait longer time to feel the cooling environment. Unfortunately, the hotel system seem not cover the online booking on apps especially Trip.com. We got to wait almost an hour during check in while the staff struggled to check the booking@ref number with the PC at the counter. Luckily the staff on duty are so humble and polite."

Everything is ok but service was very minimal. During checkout, we asked for help getting a taxi to the jetty. Staff only tried one number, got no answer, and told us to walk to the main street to find any taxi. Most places would usually try a few more numbers. Luckily we had no luggage, but this was disappointing.

Overall the situation of the resort is ok, but the room that i got is end to the area plus its quite small Other than that, pls change the bed that already old because its painful to feel the spring of the mattress . and plus put something to hang the cloth.tq

This was our second time staying at Pangkor Pop Ash Hotel. Overall, the stay was okay. The service was friendly and helpful, and the facilities were generally clean and well maintained. There is no breakfast provided, but there are many food options nearby, so it wasn’t a problem. Our deluxe room was comfortable and had enough space. The only downside was the bathroom ventilation, which could be improved. Overall, it was still a pleasant stay.

Our room is spacious enough for 3 people and a balcony. The room is clean & neat. Everything is just convenient for me. Pro: 1. You have self laundry, food shop (Thai & sate stall at night), 7E & and a few free duty shops. 2. Many parking spaces also so you can park everywhere if you rent cars or bikes. 3. They have a water dispenser in the lobby ( have mugs, coffee & tea bag) & level 2. They also provide a bottle of mineral water Cons: 1.no lift as need to take stairs to your room. So it's quite inconvenient for the elders & people with physical disability. 2. During my stay, they only provide soap & and shampoo, but I have my own, so I don't mind about it 3. The smart tv only has 3 channels. So have your own entertainment if you need it.

We had an unpleasant experience at this hotel. We booked a 2-night stay, and upon arrival, the receptionist assigned us a room on Level 1. However, we soon discovered that the door lock was faulty and could not be secured. We requested a room change, which the receptionist approved, and we were moved to a room on Level 2. The first night was fine, but on the second night, the air conditioning stopped working, leaving us in an uncomfortably hot room. When I informed the receptionist, she stated that all rooms were fully booked, despite a higher-priced room still being available. At 4 a.m., I could no longer endure the heat and insisted on a solution. Eventually, at 6 a.m., we were moved to the higher-priced room on Level 1.

Nice budget hotel with good location good, close to Marina Bay & Teluk Batik, Lumut. Easy self check-in & out and no need deposit. The room was tidy and comfy, overall a nice stay for my short trip.

Decent hotel with good location. We booked the most basic room without window cos we are just staying for few hours before our night coach. The room is quite ok and comfortable, there is water dispenser at corridor which is a bonus.

I recently stayed at your hotel and would like to share my feedback regarding my experience. Firstly, I must commend the quality of the hotel room itself. It was well-appointed, clean, and comfortable, providing a pleasant environment for my stay. The amenities and facilities within the room met my expectations, and the overall ambiance contributed to a relaxing atmosphere. However, I encountered an issue with the water supply in the room. The water pressure was not strong enough, which made showering and using the sink somewhat inconvenient. Additionally, the water temperature was not consistently hot; it tended to fluctuate, and at times, it was uncomfortably cold.
