We recently stayed at this hotel and were impressed by its beautiful surroundings and clean facilities. The 3-bedroom family suite was spacious and comfortable, and the kids loved the swimming pool and kids club. The hotel's private beach is a lovely feature, although the water and sand quality were not the best. The hotel is accessible to the Cape Rachado light house and you need a 10-15 min hike to reach the light house. While the hotel has its charms, it's clear that some facilities are showing their age and could benefit from an upgrade, particularly the lifts. Some design elements, such as the staircase in the master room toilet, raised safety concerns. We also experienced issues with the master room bed's lighting, which flickered throughout the night. Parking was a challenge, with limited spaces available in the basement car park and roadside parking outside the hotel often being the only option. The hotel's popularity with hikers and event attendees added to the crowds, making breakfast time particularly chaotic. Despite these drawbacks, the hotel has a lot to offer, especially for families. With some TLC, it could be a truly fantastic destination.

Well the resort was located strategically in front of the beach and many nearby eateries. Room was clean and newly renovated but bathroom start to get some mold. More attention need to be taken care off. Especially some of the rooms lights are out of order. Front desk staff are friendly but lack of rooms information. Please keep up with the good work. Breakfast staff were are also friendly but was not seen attending the buffet spread promptly. were hiding in the kitchen most of the time. Staff not to be blamed but top management ways of manage. Hope management will trained their staff and take care of their well being. Summary, great place for affordable price.

First hotel politics rigid: I arrived at hotel earlier say 10:30 but they insisted on check in on 3:00pm and charge me if check-in earlier. After negotiation, they agree on check in at 2:00 pm. Actually they have room available but never think in customer shoes. Second at trip.com website it is clearly listed pool and GYM are available but when I expect to enjoy the service, I am told GYM and Pool are in different place ,about 5 km from the hotel. It means to call the taxi to there if I like to experience the amenity. It looks rot me like cheating! I bring with me swimming suits and glasses and sneakers but it ends up with sitting in room. It is very bad case. Third I will never choose the hotel. In addition the experience downgrades my credit at trip.com. Hope it helps other travelers to step into the same pit

plus points: - new hotel with simple yet classy design with some touch of elegance - spic n span clean hotel with beautiful surroundings - quite isolated yet not that far from the busy PD town - choices of rooms: rooms with sea-view or lush greeneries; ours was one overlooking the palm oil plantation, which was really calming & breathtaking. - the splash park is superb! and in fact its main attraction i think. the pool is kids-friendly- about 0.5m deep with a battleship platform that serves as a water-park- we adults enjoyed it too! - we didnt have breakfast during our stay there, but we enjoyed dinner which was scrumptious! esp the fried kueyteow n pizza. downside: 1. i guess because it’s a newly opened hotel (few months young), - room delivery service for food was not available - room aircond remote control was not available upon checkin; need to be requested and they’ll send to ur room- almost immediately - iron & ironing-board not available in the room or floor- they are shared, thus they need to be booked and waited for turn before being sent to your room. we had to request many times on day 2&3 of our stay n we finally got them on day3. each time we asked, we had to wait for ＞half hr before we gave up as we needed to move on to our next plan - lifts availability esp during checkout..hmmmm 2. safety aspects - i tripped over its bedpost which is a hard & rather thin metal piece n broke one of my toe bones; i suggest to remove the bedposts/ change to beds without posts. - later in the day at the splash park someone else tripped n injured her head. also, 2 slides are meant for persons ＜45kg, but adults of all sizes (obviously easily ＞60kg) were using the slides as well. only one staff actively looking after everyone’s flow at the pool. i suggest more staffs & bigger signboards at the pool; may also fine those who are non-compliant to pool rules. - we stayed at the 14th floor n were surprised that the big windows could actually be opened! (although limited at certain small angle) no grill whatsoever. suggestion: some adjustment- either make the openable part small n high, or just locked the windows. altho the hotel is new, i feel that safety measures are of utmost importance n shud not be overlooked. nevertheless all in all we had a pleasant stay n will definitely recommend the hotel to others. looking fwd to come again in a few months/ years time, hopefully when the safety & amenities are better established. ❤️❤️💐

Check-in is convenient with the instructions given by the owner through WhatsApp messages. Car park is quite far from the chalet and need to walk quite a distance with our luggage. Parking is also limited. The room is clean and bed comfortable.

”The hotel location is consider quite near to town area which surrounds with seafood restaurant which within walking distance. However overall building outlook seems a bit dimmer. The room was spacious but not clean with spider web around. The staff at the front desk were helpful, especially the room door can not open due to technical problems. Bathroom only have rainfall shower head without hand held shower head, should improve on this.

Everythin is good buat my room has bed which is blocked from airconditioner, it was also leaking

The rooms are big, the hotel is huge and directlyon the beach, the staff is very friendly! but...the hotel is old and run down, the beach has nothing to stay like chairs, few options on food, the pool has 4 wood chairs but we where 7 people, and still didn't manage to stay there as there where 3-4 families with lots of kids. Port Dikson is an old town with lots of stires closed and nothing to do, unfortunately. We had 7 nights payed but stayed only 2 and got back to Kuala Lumpur. We couldn't get the money back for the 5 nights :(

Hopefully boleh improve in term of cleanliness. Dinding berlumut sgt, rambut banyak depan pintu rumah. Location wise mmg ok, dekat tmpt makan etc.
