Very strategic location. Close to local spots. Shops around. Walking distance. Service was bad. I booked 2 rooms for 4 of us. The first room 4017 smelled of strong smokes the moment we entered. Asked for a room change. Zul, bell boy was very helpful. He helped us to change the room. Check in person at front desk gave us another room 4022. Someone was actually already in the room when we opened the door. OMG this happened at midnight! Very poor service! Lastly the reception gave us room 7012 and we could only got into the room at 1am!

I was amazed at the spaciousness of the unit..it Ground floor which is a plus..the host is also very helpful and friendly..i will definitely come here again..the photos that u see, is totally different from the real thing .its much much nicer..maybe host needs to update the photos ya 😅. Its also very quiet place to stay..they have netflix too and wifi super good.. my mistake was i forgot to take photos as i was celebrating my 40th bday 🤦🏻

Worth for the money as a budget hotel.Friendly staff.Got lift.Near attraction place.Many restaurant and food court around the hotel.On Friday and Saturday got night market (chestar night market) distance 100 meter from the hotel.The problem is no car parking lot provided.But can park along the street behind the hotel building under own responsibility.

It was a good stay, shops and restaurants are nearby. You can even walk if you want to enjoy the Chester Night Market. The room were quite spacious, the interior quite been upgraded but the bed were quite small compared to nowadays queen-size bed. The furniture seems old but well maintained. Just for the amenities, the iron seems cheap, it even made scary electric sounds once connected to the power source. Even when I requested new one, it same. Maybe can provide a better quality of iron and just put one terminal for each floor.

Transit stay to Semporna. Opposite restoran Ingat offer good chinese foods. Nearby restaurants and walking distance 10 min to wet market. Lifts available. Recommended though hotel needs upgrade.

Good location near airport New area but OK for me Reasonable clean

It was amazing for a short stay. Easy to access foodie and night market, got park side around the hotel. Got lift. Very recommended if you want to stay at tawau.
