"Sana may lutuan plates spoon baso sa room, dinig ang naglalakad sa taas na unit. Kapag maingay ang occupants sa ibang unit maxadong dinig. Kung brownout pkiinform sana mga guest then pede magbigay ng alternate lighting. Nakita nmn kung ilan ang guests pero hindi dnagdagan ung towels and blankets kelangan pang magrequest including pamunas ng sahig wala nadatnan. This is not to discredit but for ur improvement po. "Although it may seem like an old hotel, it was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious. The staff were friendly and I felt the kindness of the people of Baguio. The only downside was that the shower water was a little cold."

"We had a lovely 3-night stay at The Forest Lodge in Baguio! The service was warm and welcoming—special mention to the ever-helpful guards who went above and beyond, assisting us with umbrellas and our bags during the rainy weather. Housekeeping was attentive and made sure all our requests were promptly taken care of, adding to the comfort of our stay. Our room was clean and cozy, though the TV was a bit small and dated, it didn’t take away from the overall experience. Nestled inside the serene Camp John Hay, the location was peaceful and perfect for a relaxing Baguio getaway. Looking forward to coming back!"

"Returning Guest Disappointed – Urgent Improvement Needed Stay: 15-17/Nov/25 Status: Returning Guest We returned hoping for improvements after our last critical review, but found significant service failures persist. Management must urgently address these issues before our planned January visit. * Room Welcome: Cookies appreciated, but a Baguio Rose flower stalk would be a more meaningful gesture. * Housekeeping: Towels placed on the floor for replacement were simply re-hung; we had to call for clean ones. * Front Desk: Only one staff member on duty led to three unanswered calls at night. This poses a serious safety risk in an emergency. * Food (Breakfast): HORRIBLE quality. The buffet lacked creativity, was visually unappetizing, and items like the sausage were inedible. The Chef needs immediate supervision. Management/GM: Please give these critical points your special attention. We need to see positive improvements in January; otherwise, we will seek other accommodations."

"9/10 Very accommodating staff, clean room, and complete amenities. They provide towels, shampoo, and soap, plus there’s a 7/11 downstairs. Casa Bel is in the basement, so just ask the guards, landmarks are Polylite Baguio or PNB Village Upper at the M.M. Gara Building. Transportation is easy with taxis right outside. It’s 2.1 km from the city, costing around ₱100–₱150. Breakfast is delivered on time, the WiFi is fast, and YouTube works smoothly."

"Reception was very pleasant and accepted early check in. Security staff were very alert and assisted us to park despite the busy time and tight spaces available. On day 1 and arrival, room was of acceptable cleanliness however we were put with a no view room despite booking showing atleast window view. Asked for daily room clean only to notice that bed is made, towel changed but bathroom not cleaned, glasses and water canister not cleaned. Floor was not swept or vacuumed. Breakfast options very limited and had same menu for 2 days in a row , then only 1 new dish changed on 3rd day. No tea/coffee making facility in the rooms and had to get them from the hallway. No complimentary water in the room and had to fetch from hallway water dispenser per floor. Location wise, very close to town and walking distance to Session Rd, SM, Camp John Hay, Cathedral and Pink Sisters. Needs improvement with facilities, restaurant menu and needs attention to parking spaces."

"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were very friendly and accommodating, always ready to help with a smile. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The location was convenient — close to restaurants and attractions, yet peaceful and quiet at night. I also enjoyed the breakfast; it was delicious and had a good variety. Overall, an excellent experience. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area!"

"nice hotel with breakfast buffet and heated swimming pool good for family bonding, unfortunately the staff was not that friendly and the bellman seems like you need to give him a tip after his service and also the receptionist but I would like to commend the housekeepers, lifeguard and parking staff for always greeting us. I would definitely come back because of the hotel amenities"

"We had a generally good stay at the hotel. The hotel's location is about 8-minute ride or 20-minute walk to Burnham Park. The room was clean and quiet, and the bed was comfortable. It was, however, quite too dim to our liking. The veranda was a bit cramped but the view was amazing especially during the night. The staff were kind, approachable and helpful whenever we needed assistance. Breakfast was delicious and had a decent selection. We just also hoped they had provided us water bottles on the second day (they only provided on the first day). While there is still room for improvement in some areas, we were satisfied with our stay. ☺️"

"There are a few points would like to bring up 1. The ceiling fan in the room is functional, However, the wind is totally not strong enough, so turning it on means not turning it on. 2. No YouTube/Netflix function on TV. Staying other hotels in Baguio which the said functions are available as well. But here no. 3. The hangers in wardrobe are so inconvenient, It can only be hung in the closet and cannot be taken away. Sometime want to hang clothes at the balcony but have no way. 4. Suggest to have USB socket ports at the bed side would be more convenient 5. Seems no individual button could control the light of baloncy. Seems the light is connected to some of the lights in room. 6. Front desk are friendly but can be more professional. Approached to the reception but no one acknowledged. We have to tell them ”check in” proactively 7. Prior arrival, sent the message to hotel for the room inquire, the first they replied, but afterwards, no replied from hotel anymore. 8. Breakfast not much selection. And many staffs at the counter 9. Shower water pressure not strong enough and hot water not hot enough. And no water refill after make up room service. Even so, base on the hotel location and the mountain view, will consider staying again in the future. Hope the management will review the comments and hopefully will see some improvements by then.
