That's the end of our stay at this hotel in the executive suite. What we liked: Hotel location; Gorgeous landscapes from the room window; Pool area; Spacious swimming pool; Spacious room; The pool is properly planned; Very cute dogs and cats. They cheered us up.; The staff is very polite and tries to help with everything.; Relaxing massage; There was oatmeal on the breakfast menu, which is rare in the Philippines.; Your requests are being listened to. What didn't you like: A small selection of paid breakfast. There is no buffet and you need to choose from the menu. But you can only choose 1 dish and drink for each one. In other words, don't expect to try even a couple of dishes for prepaid money. Here you can choose only 1 dish for breakfast. The rest is paid. It became clear only on the 3rd day of the stay, as they could not understand how the breakfast system worked. We were charged 390 Philippine pesos for SPAM (or rather, three slices of local ham). It's expensive for this kind and quantity of food. •On the last day, the cost of paying for a fruit plate increased. It was 350 pesos, it became 400. •When ordering tom yam, we asked for additional shrimp (+250 pesos). We were served soup with 7 shrimp halves. We still haven't figured out how many shrimps there would have been without the extra ones we paid for. 🙈We thought they forgot to add additional ones. Then we saw the bill and additional shrimps were deposited. •Few seafood dishes. Considering that you are 50 meters from the sea. There are also few products with vegetables. We suffered because of this. There was no light food. •The leaves in each salad were stale. •Service fees were from everything. We understand when the service fee is for food, but we still don't understand why the fee was for a massage. That is, the fee for the massage + the service FEE for the massage. •There were also fees for filming shark swimming on our phone. We also did not understand why the fee, if the tour itself cost 7,500 pesos + 300 pesos was a service fee (again, we do not understand why it is not included in the total cost of the tour) + 260 pesos for shooting on the phone; I was disappointed that when booking an excursion to swim with sharks for 7,500 pesos, fishing was included, but no one offered it to us. They just took us, we swam and brought it back. They say the tour took 5 hours, but it was two and a half hours. •Hand soap has not been refilled in two days; • The automatic circulation of water in the pool was rarely turned on, so we swam with flies for two days... trying to catch them from there; •The performers were an hour late for the first tour, and 30 minutes late for the second. We don't understand why our time wasn't respected. • One shower wasn't working. There was no water coming out of it; • Often they didn't bring half of the dish. That is, if you ordered a meat plate with grapes, cheese and crackers, be prepared that I may not bring you crackers, but there will be 3 pieces of cheese. That's for 590 pesos. We ordered this plate twice, and two times we didn't get any crackers. The second time we asked and they informed us. Also, when ordering mashed potatoes with chicken, they brought us chicken without mashed potatoes. We asked and were informed. Everything was already cold. They didn't add a banana to the banana pancakes. Unfortunately, curtains are not blackout, for those who cannot sleep without them, bring a sleep mask. I write absolutely all the little things, as I am very careful about the service. I really liked this hotel. In any case, I recommend it wholeheartedly. After all, they communicate politely with you here, there are gorgeous views from a spacious room, and there is a large swimming pool. But I have to write down the little things so that the management can improve the quality of service so that staying at this hotel leaves only positive emotions for absolutely everyone! After all, the hotel is really beautiful!

26 Aralık 2024'ten 30 Aralık 2024'e kadar kaldık ve Baracay Adası'ndaki kötü hava koşulları nedeniyle konaklamamızı 2 Ocak 2025'e kadar uzattık. Güzel, aile işletmesi bir otel. O kadar yeni ki, bizi havaalanından alan taksi şoförü bile bilmiyordu. Bu otel sakin bir konaklama için ideal. Alona Plajı'ndaki tüm eğlenceler 15 dakikalık sürüş mesafesinde. Taksi ve üç tekerlekli bisikletlerin fiyatları yaklaşık aynı, 200-250 peso civarında. Otelin kendisi günlük 500 peso karşılığında bisiklet kiralama hizmeti sunuyor. Muhtemelen daha ucuzunu bulabilirsiniz, ancak bisikletler yeni ve biz onları çok rahat bulduk. Bu arada, gösterilen tüm fotoğraflar gerçek: odalar, havuz, hatta bisiklet bile. El hotel es lo más nuevo de la isla. Es muy lindo. Está muy bien organizado. El personal está entrenado para ayudar y es muy amable. El hotel tiene restaurantes propios, la única mejora que propongo es tener postres más sabrosos. Los precios de las comidas rondan los 15 USD, para la calidad de la comida nos pareció muy bien precio. La habitación es amplia y linda. Nuestra habitación tenía balcón a la piscina y se veía el mar. Tienen botellas de agua y zona para recargar el agua potable por todo el hotel. En la habitación la mejora es más espacio para guardar la ropa, más cajones nos hubieran venido bien. La limpieza obviamente es excelente dada la categoría del hotel. El desayuno igual que todas las comidas es de muy buena calidad. Tienen café Espresso para quienes toman café. La playa la arena blanca, es casi privada, hay solo un hotel más en el área, y ellos tienen su salida al mar propia. Las reposeras y servicio de playa fue apropiado, con zonas de sombra bajo árboles y sombrillas. Por la noche hay un show muy lindo con antorchas y una sirena contando la historia del hotel. Vale la pena alojarse acá en lugar del centro (alona). Acá te podes relajar, y disfrutar del mar y la playa, si te gusta caminar por la arena o correr podes hacerlo con tranquilidad. Las excursiones tenían precios similares a internet, pero a veces había que pagar solo en efectivo, otras se podía cargar a la habitación y pagar en el check-out con tarjeta.

Wow - Super hotel. Best hotel I have visited in years. Staff polite, efficient and attentive in a polite way. Room was very large, with some free mini cookies and a few free juices. Food and drinks reasonable. Breakfast had a great range of food. The steak at the restaurant was super They even notified breakfast group I could not take milk. Lots of couples but as a solo traveller felt cared about. From start to finish flawless. Even twice a week one hour of free cocktails. When it rains the staff already start wiping down tables and once eases gardeners are out sweeping the leaves off the pathways to help maintain its beautiful appearance. Seriously impressed

Pros - the overall standard isn’t far off the lines of JW Marriot in the Maldives - great views from the sea view villa - attentive staff who are more than happy to help. - the beach is is combed every day and free from litter. - the ocean is shallow far out making it ideal for children Cons - A woeful number of loungers. You can’t get on one at all for the day if you aren’t up early enough. - Hit and miss food and room service ends at 21:30 - Drones and people filming on the beach making it surprisingly difficult to relax. - Buffet is just okay.. for example the only fruit available is papaya and watermelon.

I absolutely loved our stay! The place is amazing. There weren’t many people during our visit, so it felt like we had the place almost all to ourselves. The staff were very friendly, and the rooms were beautiful — definitely Instagram-worthy! It perfectly fit our budget but still gave off a luxurious vibe. The food and drinks were also delicious, and the servings were huge — I was always so full during our stay! Hahaha. I would definitely recommend this place. We truly enjoyed our stay!

I recently stayed at BTR and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. The check-in process was smooth and welcoming, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure I felt comfortable and well taken care of throughout my stay.

Our family trip was amazing .. very accomodating and friendly staff. Clean and tidy rooms. But 1 thing more, they should have intercom phones in the room so if the guest has any concerns or requests no need to go outside and go to the reception.

This hotel is new, very clean, and affordable for a family trip to Panglao Island. The staff are friendly and accommodating. It's about a 10-minute Tuk Tuk ride to Alona Beach and only around 5 minutes to a lovely resort called Oceanica, where we paid for a day pass. If you're looking for some exercise, you can also take a 15-minute walk to Libaong White Beach early in the morning. While the hotel isn't located in the center, there are always Tuk Tuks waiting outside, and jeepneys are available if you want to go to Tagbilaran. For breakfast, we paid 350 pesos per adult, with kids charged half price. They offer both Filipino and Western dishes, but we especially loved the ”Champorado,” a porridge made with pure cacao. Everything is definitely worth the price, and I would certainly stay here again on my next trip to Panglao.

Pros: -Beautiful swimming pool w/lifeguard -clean room -Gugma Restaurant serves delicious food -friendly staff except for that one female front desk in the morning as well as the no show manager Cons: -Misleading Information and must be updated! The ad shows that the hotel has all the amenities that we looked for are wifi/wired internet in the rooms, swimming pool and few steps from the beach but it's not. We checked in late at night and the location is far from the beach, wifi is available at their Gazebo or lobby area with mosquitos. -There are 2 different hotel branches, one is few steps from Alona beach proper with wifi in the rooms but no pool and the other one is their 2nd newer branch which is 1 tuktuk ride away from Alona beach proper no wifi in the rooms, wired internet isn't working but with swimming pool. -I was upfront to the hotelier that I travel for work and measure and need all those amenities that were stated on the website, but the remedy they kept insisting is to move us to their other branch which is older, no pool with wifi in the room as they do not have the wifi nor wired internet in their room at their 2nd hotel and that we can just go their in the morning to use their pool 🤣 -No one from the hotel apologize, not even a Manager's shadow reachout -Trip.com said sorry and provide compensation but it's not enough for the lost working hours due to the mosquito bites I had while I tried to work at the lobby but was not able to tolerate it as I am afraid of having Dengue, did not get anything from the hotel's management -tricycle/tuktuk will cost you 100 pesos per way PRICEY -we tried to walk to the beach as there is another route close to the 2nd hotel but the way is rocky and stairs were steep as it was meant for divers or island Hopper not the white strip that were posted on the website -corkage fee so better to buy at the restaurant at the hotel or eat outside **AGAIN THERE ARE 2 DIFFERENT HOTEL BRANCH WITH DIFFERENT ADDRESSES AND AMENITIES, SO BE CAREFUL IN BOOKING ESPECIALLY IF YOU TRAVEL FOR WORK AND NEEDS WIFI IN THE ROOM.
