"Şubat ayında ailemizle bu tesiste kaldık ve kesinlikle tavsiye ediyoruz. Konumu harika, yemyeşil doğasıyla göz alıcı bir ortamda yer alan tesis, otel, villa ve glamping konaklama birimleri için mükemmel bir fon oluşturuyor.
Otelde kaldık, ancak arkadaşlarımızın kaldığı villaları da tavsiye ediyoruz; yemyeşil bir doğanın içinde yer alıyorlar ve çok bakımlılar. Glamping alanında konuklar için küçük bir havuz mevcut. Tesis ayrıca rahatlatıcı masajlar ve gezi rezervasyonu yapma imkanı da sunuyor.

"Good service. Each room is equipped with a locker. They can let you borrow a lock if you don’t have one. The room I got had 2 bunk beds and. was assigned the lower bunk. Each bunk has its own dedicated lamp, charging space, sleeve where you can place small items, and a drying area for damp towels, etc. They hostel also has a daily room service for cleaning.
Rooms include daily buffet-style breakfast which starts at 6 am. It was sufficient and their eggs and pancake station is never a miss. They have plentiful staff that can assist their guests throughout their stay."

"What a wonderful stay at Buko Beach Resort. Close tricycle ride to the hustle and bustle if you wish. This resort is peaceful if you want to relax next to the beach. The rooms are spacious, clean and the beds are comfortable with all the amenities that you need. The staff are so friendly and helpful they will assist you anyway they can to make your stay convenient. The food tastes great and there are a variety to choose from while you enjoy the Seaview. They arrange island trips for you and can also arrange SPA treatments for you in your room which is devine and so convenient.
Will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone going to El Nido."

Our stay at Piece Lio was decent overall. The aesthetics matched the pictures online, and the studio was spacious with a lovely balcony view overlooking the rainforest. I really appreciated the Dyson hairdryer in the room, which made things much easier with long hair. The staff were friendly, polite, and kind, thank you guys!
Cons:
There were some small issues in the room, such as paint patches peeling off and small holes near the window shutters, which need attention, especially for a fairly new hotel.
The biggest disappointment was discovering that there is no gym or spa, even though both are listed in the hotel’s description. This may not be a big deal for everyone, but it was for us since we had planned our trip around maintaining our fitness and relaxation routine. Instead, guests are given access to facilities within the same hospitality group. The gym and spa are located offsite, about 15 minutes away in town. While the hotel provides free shuttle service to and from that location, the drive feels much longer than expected due to island roads. The gym is small with basic equipment, and the spa, called Rituals Health and Spa, felt old and in need of renovation.
Breakfast was average and not really to our liking. It was also inconvenient because most restaurants at Lio Beach do not open until around 10 a.m., leaving limited early morning options. We ended up eating at another nearby hotel restaurant, Molave, which was the only one open at that time. One of the staff members incorrectly told us there were other options available earlier, which suggests a need for better training and communication.
Another issue was with a pre-booked van ride to one of the beaches. We had confirmed it via WhatsApp, but when we went downstairs, the staff had no record of it. To their credit, they handled the situation professionally and offered us a free one-way ride to make up for the inconvenience.
Overall:
The staff were warm and helpful, but management needs to improve communication, training, and most importantly, the accuracy of the facilities listed online. It feels misleading to advertise a gym and spa that are not actually part of the hotel. The lack of an in-house restaurant was also inconvenient, especially when you want a quick meal without leaving the property.
If the hotel eventually adds its own spa and gym, it would be a much better experience. We did recommend it to friends for a short stay before their flight, but I would not suggest booking it if your priority is having fitness and spa facilities in one place. Overall, would return it they added the facilities!
P.S. there’s cats! I’m not a cats person so it was a little uncomfortable to have them downstairs in the lobby area .

The staff were incredibly kind and respectful, providing excellent service that made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The food was a highlight—absolutely delicious, with a healthy breakfast offered in the morning. You can even request a floating breakfast, which added a special touch to the experience. While the villa is tucked away down a short gravel road, the peaceful and private setting made it worth the effort.
The villa is kid-friendly, but families should be cautious around the tiled swimming pool area. There’s no TV, so if you’re traveling with children, make sure their devices are charged. Fortunately, the Wi-Fi is strong and reliable. Overall, it was a lovely, relaxing stay with amazing food and warm hospitality. We highly recommend this villa for a cozy and memorable getaway.

KKmbrVery nice location with amazing sunset. The glamping hotel is new and they are still finishing building it so there were some issues both with the rooms (room lock without proper card but a very hard and strange key, unstable bathroom’s faucet and hot water in the shower with a very unusual control system) and the staff, who asked multiple times if we had payed the room already with Trip and asked for proof of payment. Other than that, it is a pleasant choice for the nice location and the decoration style. The offer a free shuttle service to the town but you need to wait some time usually. In alternative, when u come back to the hotel you will need your walk up to a bit steep road because the tuck tuck will not be able to come all the way up, but it’s not too bad) They also borrow a free towel that u can bring with you to other beaches. They did not clean the room daily and they said the service needed to be requested because they wouldn’t enter the room without permission. Also the reception is not open 24h which is a bit unconvenient and they would ask to text on whatshapp. For the price paid and considered how expensive it was for philippines, I would have expected less issues but I would still recommend it for a nice staying in el nido.

MMisafir KullanıcıThe property is small and although not right in the beach it is only. ashore walk through the garden and past a few bungalows to the beach. Not sealt a swimable beach, a bit muddy during low tide.
The staff were friendly enough but the toilet continues to have problems with flushing so I assume that either the sceptic tank has not been cleaned out for a long time or there is a plumbing problem, either way we solved the problem by putting sufficient water in the plast
ic trash can and would use this to flush through after a big message, all in all not nice when staying two nights, and seeing that management did not do anything about this ( as reported in an earlier review). The bar busy the beach is uninspir8ng, no wonder all guests go nextdoor for happy hour drinks! Suggest to take the pool away and put a nice bar area so guest can enjoy sunset with a great bartender and incredible service then you could be way ahead. The owner manager should sit there every day and talk to guests to find out why guests don’t sit there and fix the problem, not rocket science.
Breakfast service team and garden pool bar team zaling a good job.

MMisafir KullanıcıМне очень понравилось жить в Coco Garden! Но обязательно нужно понимать, что это бамбуковые домики, по сути шалаши, внутри которой расположена кровать под москитной сеткой. Домики находятся в общем-то в джунглях, поэтому могут забегать гекконы, муравьи и т.п. Но за москитной сеткой они вам не страшны!
Зато единение с природой 100%!
В домике есть душ и туалет. Вентилятор.
Каждое утро простой и вкусный завтрак. WiFi работал безупречно. А сотрудница Лами была так доброжелательна, что сгладила все недостатки!
Лучше всего сразу взять в аренду скутер, потому что до ближайшего пляжа и городка Эль-Нидо пешком далековато. Проживание получилось очень аутентично! Я доволен!

AAnonim KullanıcıWe stayed at this hotel for a few days. The property is still partially under construction, especially the restaurant area, which affects the overall experience. Breakfast is served on the veranda or on the beach.
My friend and I both work in the F&B industry and pay attention to details. The staff was consistently friendly and helpful, which is a positive point. Breakfast must be ordered the evening before; on one morning with a 6 a.m. wake-up for an excursion, there was unfortunately no water in the room.
After two nights, we were moved to another room. In the first room, housekeeping was not done for two consecutive days, and in the new room the controller was not working properly.
