Highly recommended for anyone looking to relax and recharge by the water. Oh, the staff were hospitable. I like the idea of the “HONESTY-Basis” of the restaurant. and yeah, they have a friendly pack of dogs you can play along with. 💕💕💕

We had a wonderful stay, it was the perfect place to unwind and recharge before heading back to our busy work schedules. While you’re here, make sure to visit Baigad Lagoon, Secret Paradise (White Sand Beach), and the Obo-ob Mangrove Eco-Park all worth the trip for their beauty and unique charm. And for a memorable experience, don’t miss the kawa hot bath, a fun and relaxing soak in a giant cauldron-like tub heated over a fire. We had a very good time at Hoyohoy. The staff were friendly, the room was kept clean, the pool was beautiful and well-kept. Food was delicious at the resort, but somewhat expensive. The bar was not well-stocked, either. In the 9 days we stayed, there were only 2 other villas who were occupied for one night each which was nice but also made it very quiet. The town area is within walking distance, but tricycles and motorbikes are available for rent. Easy to walk to town and back. 😊A lovely place to stay. ❤️

the place was so nice and people were accommodating my family very well. i am currently staying in japan and i booked this hotel for my family for there new year vacation and when they got there the confirmation booking was smooth and my mom told me that even the staff there often ask if they're comfortable with the room and if they lack something like knife or basic utensils because they can lend them there's. When my mom ask for a possible motorcycle rent one of the staff did not hesitate to provide solutions and shared amazing spots that must be visit within the area free of charge and provided tips on how to get there. the wifi was never a problem. the room was clean and the towels smell amazing. Overall i would recommend this place specially with its budget friendly prize and the people there are nice. :) leave a like if this helps :D

Have a pleasant stay at la playa Estella. The staffs are so accommodating and friendly, very neat and tidy room. We got a sumptuous food and a so wide fine white sand near the resort.

It's a mixed bag. The location is excellent, offering a different, good sea every day. For safe swimming, you need to follow the tide schedule. The hotel grounds and plants are very well maintained; they're beautiful and clean. There's a long stretch of beach for strolls. Logistically convenient – there are plenty of cafes, restaurants, shops selling travel essentials, and a market with fresh produce nearby. A major drawback is the large construction site nearby, which can be heard all day, especially in the bungalows nearby. The rooms and bungalows are in fair condition. However, there are some serious downsides: every other day, it was impossible to shower due to low water pressure; when the pressure was low, the water heater wouldn't turn on; and the water had a strong sewer smell. At breakfast, the restaurant won't offer you salt, pepper, or sauces unless you ask. Drinks include juice from concentrate or coffee. Only after a week did we discover they offer tea for breakfast. The breakfast is very basic, and there's no fruit at all, which is surprising given the price of fruit on the island. There was trash on the beach all week, just a little bit, washed up by the sea. It was cleaned up quickly, as it didn't require much effort. But why is the beach cleaned only once a week? The hotel website advertises a shuttle service, but I advise against it. Personal experience: I sent a text message and email to the hotel on time; our ferry departed at 5:30 PM. We arrived on the island around 7:00 PM. We weren't met. We got there ourselves. A hotel security guard met us at the hotel and gave us our room keys. It immediately became clear that the light switch in the bathroom was causing lightning and could shock us, and the water heater wasn't working. The security guard said, ”Take this up with the management tomorrow; my concern is safety.” Information about room problems is not passed on to the management. So, we spent the first night without hot water or power in the bathroom. After we contacted them, they gave us a working room mid-way through the second day. They didn't apologize for the missed shuttle service, and they didn't offer the stated compensation for our independent transfer. Moreover, I received a welcome email from the hotel after only one day of my stay. The hotel has adequate staff, and the people are positive and friendly. However, management, quality control, and leadership are seriously flawed. The rooms are overloaded with text reminders, rules, and restrictions, many of which would be confusing to a normal person. Or does the hotel manager think only people with dementia stay at their hotel? Reminders and restrictions are completely unnecessary if guests are greeted promptly and the necessary information is provided electronically in their native language.

it was a nice place, we've stayed there for 2 days. Room is okay, manipis lang yung blanket, sa toilet naman meron bidet, meron din heater, mahina lang talaga nag tubig sa shower. pero so far okay naman.
