"Great location in BGC, clean rooms, but noticeable smoke smell and average breakfast
We stayed at F1 Hotel Manila in Bonifacio Global City (BGC) as a family group and found it to be a convenient option right in the heart of BGC.
Pros:
• Location is fantastic — walking distance to Bonifacio High Street, Uptown Mall, and plenty of restaurants, cafes, and shops. Perfect base for exploring BGC
• Rooms were clean and comfortable.
• Staff were a real highlight: concierge was friendly and helpful, security and floor staff were exceptionally nice and attentive.
Cons:
• The room smelled heavily of cigarette smoke from the moment we entered — quite strong and unpleasant, especially for non-smokers.
• Breakfast was just average. The food selection was okay but nothing special, the breakfast room felt small and crowded for the number of guests, and there were long queues every morning for the coffee machine. It would have been much better if staff served coffee or added a second machine to reduce the waiting time.
Overall, a solid choice if you want to be right in the middle of BGC’s action and can tolerate the smoke issue (which hopefully gets addressed). The location and staff are the biggest strengths."

"Our stay overall was good! The location is convenient and easy to reach, though the lobby can get a bit crowded at times. The service was excellent — the staff were very accommodating and did their best to make our stay special. I had requested a birthday surprise, and while they tried their best, the birthday banners unfortunately didn’t stay up and ended up scattered on the floor. Also, the swimming pool was under renovation during our stay, so we missed out on that experience. Still, we appreciated the effort and had a pleasant stay overall."

"Nice place to stay. Though the hotel starts at 2nd floor, basically, nobody from the hotel itself will assist you on the ground floor. But not bad choice… Hotel resto closed after 10am.. "I have used other vacation apps to plan my travels -I have just realized Trip.com is top notch when it comes to preparing/reminders/changes for the upcoming hotel/flight .
Now back to the property this NOT to make a business like a condo/hotel rental look bad but an honest observation coming from some like me that resides N American country

Promptness
Deposit /over verification -too much paperwork/TIME
(Excuses for being late -like 15 -30 mins is nothing to some culture but in the USA we learned “if you’re on time “ you’re late .
I hope you take this in consideration for the aforementioned. Traveling to let’s say Japan or Philippines, pack extra patience you will NEED it they say they are proficient in English ask again , 24/7 means open all day and all night & most doesn’t understand those numbers. Personally I will stick to Hotels where I’m not asked for cash deposit (1 night ONLY) I had to use U$D i ran out of local currency. I had to take a pic of my $40 so I know for sure it was indeed the money I gave them ( I shouldn’t have this type of feeling -but I did :/ ) long rant thanks for listening"

- The gym is the best I’ve seen in the Philippines (see pictures)
- Jacuzzi and warm bath in the gym is awesome (see pictures)
Cons
- minibar is woeful (see pictures)… one snickers bar, one bag of M&M’s when I paid for a room for three people.
- TV’s are too small in both bedroom and living room.
- There are two small lights under the bedside cabinet each side of the bed that are literally impossible to switch off at night..
- The Davidoff shop has a smoking lounge which is more of a cheap cafe than a lounge (see photo). The alternative smoking area in the hotel has no seats and not really very pleasant either.
- The road noise from outside late at night and early in the morning is completely unacceptable.
We booked the best room available and the notice late at night ruined our stay so much we checked out a day early instead of accepting a DOWNGRADE as all of the Premier Suites overlook main roads and crossroads! Not exactly ‘luxury’.

İkincisi, konumu. Daire, alışveriş merkezleri, marketler ve 7/11'lerin yakınında, BGC bölgesinin tam merkezinde yer alıyor. Bölge, sokak dekorundan yerel eğlencelere kadar canlı ve yürüyüşe uygun. Acıkırsanız, aralarından seçim yapabileceğiniz çok çeşitli mutfaklar mevcut.
Son olarak, hizmet. Bina personeli ve Thompson Suites'in yöneticileri çok misafirperver ve yardımseverdi.
Dikkat edilmesi gereken birkaç nokta:
- Mutfak alanı özellikle tozluydu. Astım hastası olduğum için hassasım ve yerleştikten sonra hızlıca temizlik yapmak zorunda kaldım.

CChrissy YThe description of the apartment is incorrect and misleading information provided. We were being advised ”If you wish the 3 br I suggest cancelling the reservation and rebooking and book the Standard Family Suitee” which we did and it turned out that the third bedroom that we have is a utility room,, with a washing machine and just a ventilation fan in the roomwith no windows and very small, and it mentioned 2 futon beds which was wrong. Instead there was a bunk bed. The room was stuffy, smelly, no air condition. We ended up renting another room for the third person as the utility room is not liveable. It will be good if it is fully indicated that the third room is in such bad condition in the description instead of putting misleading information. Very dissappointed with it as it doesn't match what mentioned though the service of the staff are good, very helpful, but still not able to do anything. The other 2 rooms are normal and up to our expectations.

LLimor14Good thing is the hotel is located in uptown shopping area a walking distance to shops & restaurants.
The problem was the ACU in the bedroom 2 is leaking, there were roaches roaming in the unit. The shower is not draining properly and only 1 tissue was provided, you need to buy in the nearest shops.
Pay parking per day is P300 which is cheap.
You can request a checked out time at 12nn, instead of 11pm while waiting for your transport.

MMisafir KullanıcıPROS: Nice location, great set of amenities, responsive host. Room is clean and well stocked (shampoo, body wash, etc). Nice view. AC is fucntioning well. Electronic door lock.
CONS: [1] No washing machine (not recommended for longer stays). Laundromat downstairs is slow as hell (will take 3 days just for a kilo of laundry. [2] living room Tv is not working, no TV on the bedrooms. [3] not the fault of the owner but the condo building itself is in bad condition, dark hallways, slow elevators and moldy damp parking floors (smells foul). [4] No electric socket for induction cooker and other appliances.
SUGGESTIONS: [1] please add washing machine as an amenity for longer term stays. [2] provide extension cord/outlet in the kitchen area for guest to use the provided appliances. [3] replace the bright roll-up curtains to blackout curtains to block sunlight, particularly helpful for late day sleepers.

The room is really clean and the fragrant of the room is really relaxing. The shower room and the toilet are separate. The staff are really accommodating and are always smiling. MMisafir KullanıcıThe stay was not very comfortable. The room was very noisy due to the street and the very bad isolation of the balcony door. The first night we did not sleep. Then the isolation got fixed but it was still not really quiet. One morning a dead cockroach was lying next to my wife’s bed. The room service once set the table under water and when I came back my computer was in the water. There was only one room card for two people. Then the water cooker did not work and I had to ask for another one. The worst was the smell of mold coming from the air conditioning. The best was that there was a fine of 10,000 Pesos for smoking in the room. So at least there was no cold smoke from previous smokers. I don’t think that we will ever come again even though the location was convenient. It was also not a low price for this kind of quality.
