"We absolutely enjoyed our stay here. We stayed with our furbaby, and we appreciate how truly the hotel is pet friendly. Giving 4 stars for the amenities as unfortunately, the pool was closed during our stay. All staff are helpful, friendly, and approachable. The breakfast was ok, too. Will definitely book here again with our furbaby."

"We were pretty upset. Honestly looks are deceiving. It looks nice on the photos, but it was pretty dirty and dusty and they were cockroaches in the bathroom and we kept killing them for our entire two days stay. I would not recommend this hotel or at least this room. The staff was very kind and nice and they did help me at the front desk, but I think this is a separate operation because the room is probably a rental listed on Trip.com separate from the building. There was not a sheet for the bed. Only a small blanket, not big enough for two people to share. We had to use a towel provided and fitted sheet that was meant for the bed.
I reached out with my complaints via WhatsApp and they said we should’ve contacted them sooner and did not offer any resolution other than to try harder next time. It’s sad because the area is really nice and we loved the convenience."

MMisafir KullanıcıMy stay at Grand Hyatt was exceptional. The room was spotless, spacious, and well-maintained. Staff were friendly and attentive, going out of their way to make my stay comfortable. The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety. Highly recommended!

- The small bathroom in the room with just the sink and toilet is so nicely done (see photo.
- Bathroom has a bath
- The gym is the best I’ve seen in the Philippines (see pictures)
- Jacuzzi and warm bath in the gym is awesome (see pictures)
Cons
- minibar is woeful (see pictures)… one snickers bar, one bag of M&M’s when I paid for a room for three people.
- TV’s are too small in both bedroom and living room.
- There are two small lights under the bedside cabinet each side of the bed that are literally impossible to switch off at night..
- The Davidoff shop has a smoking lounge which is more of a cheap cafe than a lounge (see photo). The alternative smoking area in the hotel has no seats and not really very pleasant either.
- The road noise from outside late at night and early in the morning is completely unacceptable.
We booked the best room available and the notice late at night ruined our stay so much we checked out a day early instead of accepting a DOWNGRADE as all of the Premier Suites overlook main roads and crossroads! Not exactly ‘luxury’.

DdeussssÖncelikle, daire. Güzel ve düzenliydi ve kullandığım cihazlar iyi çalışıyordu. Havuzu kullanamasam da, binanın olanakları geçici misafirler için mevcuttu.
İkincisi, konumu. Daire, alışveriş merkezleri, marketler ve 7/11'lerin yakınında, BGC bölgesinin tam merkezinde yer alıyor. Bölge, sokak dekorundan yerel eğlencelere kadar canlı ve yürüyüşe uygun. Acıkırsanız, aralarından seçim yapabileceğiniz çok çeşitli mutfaklar mevcut.
Son olarak, hizmet. Bina personeli ve Thompson Suites'in yöneticileri çok misafirperver ve yardımseverdi.
Dikkat edilmesi gereken birkaç nokta:
- Mutfak alanı özellikle tozluydu. Astım hastası olduğum için hassasım ve yerleştikten sonra hızlıca temizlik yapmak zorunda kaldım.
- Bazı cihazların tuhaflıkları var, örneğin, klima 21°C'nin altına düştüğünde damlatmaya başlıyor ve buzdolabı oldukça yüksek sesle uğulduyor.
- Hafta sonu (Cuma - Cumartesi) Thompson Suites personeliyle iletişimin çok sınırlı olduğunu veya hiç olmadığını fark ettim; muhtemelen çalışma saatlerinden kaynaklanıyordu.

LLimor14Good thing is the hotel is located in uptown shopping area a walking distance to shops & restaurants.
The problem was the ACU in the bedroom 2 is leaking, there were roaches roaming in the unit. The shower is not draining properly and only 1 tissue was provided, you need to buy in the nearest shops.
Pay parking per day is P300 which is cheap.
You can request a checked out time at 12nn, instead of 11pm while waiting for your transport.

The room is really clean and the fragrant of the room is really relaxing. The shower room and the toilet are separate. The staff are really accommodating and are always smiling. The drinking water is refillable.

CONS: [1] No washing machine (not recommended for longer stays). Laundromat downstairs is slow as hell (will take 3 days just for a kilo of laundry. [2] living room Tv is not working, no TV on the bedrooms. [3] not the fault of the owner but the condo building itself is in bad condition, dark hallways, slow elevators and moldy damp parking floors (smells foul). [4] No electric socket for induction cooker and other appliances.
SUGGESTIONS: [1] please add washing machine as an amenity for longer term stays. [2] provide extension cord/outlet in the kitchen area for guest to use the provided appliances. [3] replace the bright roll-up curtains to blackout curtains to block sunlight, particularly helpful for late day sleepers.

Now back to the property this NOT to make a business like a condo/hotel rental look bad but an honest observation coming from some like me that resides N American country
Like USA(I am Asian and American raised )
As a SE Asian traveler -they are NOT prepared to the needs:
Promptness
Deposit /over verification -too much paperwork/TIME
(Excuses for being late -like 15 -30 mins is nothing to some culture but in the USA we learned “if you’re on time “ you’re late .
I hope you take this in consideration for the aforementioned. Traveling to let’s say Japan or Philippines, pack extra patience you will NEED it they say they are proficient in English ask again , 24/7 means open all day and all night & most doesn’t understand those numbers. Personally I will stick to Hotels where I’m not asked for cash deposit (1 night ONLY) I had to use U$D i ran out of local currency. I had to take a pic of my $40 so I know for sure it was indeed the money I gave them ( I shouldn’t have this type of feeling -but I did :/ ) long rant thanks for listening

The room was clean, the lobby was well-lit, the location was perfect if you want to be close to the BGC High Street. The staffs were also warm and helpful. We will surely go back!
