"Öncelikle, daire. Güzel ve düzenliydi ve kullandığım cihazlar iyi çalışıyordu. Havuzu kullanamasam da, binanın olanakları geçici misafirler için mevcuttu. İkincisi, konumu. Daire, alışveriş merkezleri, marketler ve 7/11'lerin yakınında, BGC bölgesinin tam merkezinde yer alıyor. Bölge, sokak dekorundan yerel eğlencelere kadar canlı ve yürüyüşe uygun. "Excellent service and kindness! The staff was very helpful and accommodating to some of our special needs. Also, they were extremely generous with allowing us to use their refrigerator! Each room was spotless! This place could even be better if it had a work out facility!"

"The hotel was clean and comfortable. You could be able to see Mt fuji on a clear day! The staff is very accommodating and my check-in was smooth. The station is 10 mins walk from the hotel and there are convenience stores nearby the hotel."

"We had a very pleasant stay at Thompson Suites BGC (Uptown Parksuites). The unit was clean, modern, and thoughtfully maintained, with everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The location is excellent—right in Uptown BGC, close to malls, restaurants, and conveniences, making it easy to explore and enjoy the area. Check-in was smooth and communication with the host was professional and responsive, which gave us peace of mind. The amenities provided, including Wi-Fi and kitchen essentials, were reliable and made our stay more convenient. We did encounter a small challenge with Netflix, but after reporting it, assistance was promptly given and we were able to use it without issue. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend Thompson Suites to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located place in BGC. We’d be happy to book again in the future."

"I have used other vacation apps to plan my travels -I have just realized Trip.com is top notch when it comes to preparing/reminders/changes for the upcoming hotel/flight . Now back to the property this NOT to make a business like a condo/hotel rental look bad but an honest observation coming from some like me that resides N American country Like USA(I am Asian and American raised ) As a SE Asian traveler -they are NOT prepared to the needs: Promptness Deposit /over verification -too much paperwork/TIME (Excuses for being late -like 15 -30 mins is nothing to some culture but in the USA we learned “if you’re on time “ you’re late . I hope you take this in consideration for the aforementioned. Traveling to let’s say Japan or Philippines, pack extra patience you will NEED it they say they are proficient in English ask again , 24/7 means open all day and all night & most doesn’t understand those numbers. Personally I will stick to Hotels where I’m not asked for cash deposit (1 night ONLY) I had to use U$D i ran out of local currency. I had to take a pic of my $40 so I know for sure it was indeed the money I gave them ( I shouldn’t have this type of feeling -but I did :/ ) long rant thanks for listening"

"PROS: Nice location, great set of amenities, responsive host. Room is clean and well stocked (shampoo, body wash, etc). Nice view. AC is fucntioning well. Electronic door lock. CONS: [1] No washing machine (not recommended for longer stays). Laundromat downstairs is slow as hell (will take 3 days just for a kilo of laundry. [2] living room Tv is not working, no TV on the bedrooms. [3] not the fault of the owner but the condo building itself is in bad condition, dark hallways, slow elevators and moldy damp parking floors (smells foul). [4] No electric socket for induction cooker and other appliances. SUGGESTIONS: [1] please add washing machine as an amenity for longer term stays. [2] provide extension cord/outlet in the kitchen area for guest to use the provided appliances. [3] replace the bright roll-up curtains to blackout curtains to block sunlight, particularly helpful for late day sleepers."
