Park Yeri Olan Varşova Otelleri

The hotel is located in the heart of Oldtown and is nice. The rooms are very spacious, clean and the staff is very professional. The only thing is the rooms are big but awkwardly shaped- you have to go to the couch to see the TV and the overall layout of the room is not a conventional hotel. Other than that, the hotel has an old boutique charm.

Genel olarak oldukça iyiydi. Mercure her zaman iyi bir zincir otel olarak kabul edilmiştir, bu yüzden Varşova seyahatim için tekrar onu seçtim. Konumu mükemmel. Otelin hemen yanında birçok restoran ve Carrefour bulunan büyük bir alışveriş merkezi var. Merkez İstasyon da yakın. Varşova Havalimanı'ndan geliyorsanız, trenle doğrudan Merkez İstasyon'a gidebilir ve ardından alışveriş merkezinden yürüyerek otele ulaşabilirsiniz – çok kullanışlı. Gezilecek yerlere gelince, Bilim ve Kültür Sarayı otelin hemen solunda. Eski Şehir'in turistik yerlerine tam olarak yakın olmasa da, yaklaşık 30 dakikalık yürüme mesafesinde, bu da yine de çok uygun. Oda iyiydi, muhtemelen yeni yenilenmişti. Yatak ve yastıklar oldukça rahattı ve oda ısıtmalıydı, bu yüzden hiç soğuk değildi. Kahvaltı boldu, çok çeşitli et ve peynir vardı ve hatta geleneksel Polonya mantısını bile deneyebilirsiniz. Şikayet edebileceğim iki şey var: Birincisi, şişe su sağlamıyorlar. on the first night of my stay, i was assigned a room designed for disabilities without any notice. since it was late and i was exhausted, i didn’t think much of it, but i noticed something felt off. next evening, after taking a shower, i realized the entire bathroom was soaking wet and extremely slippery that i almost fell. then i was checking my booking receipt, i noticed the room i booked was supposed to have a different bathroom layout. when i raised this issue with the front desk, they admitted that due to overbooking on the first night, they had reassigned me to a room for disabilities without informing me. this design is clearly unsafe for someone unfamiliar with it, and the hotel staff showed no sincerity in addressing the issue. what's worse, they didn't even offer an apology. instead, they simply asked me what I wanted. this is unacceptable—they failed to inform me of the room change on the first night and didn’t take responsibility when I brought it up. eventually, after I insisted, they upgraded me to their best room and offered two days of complimentary breakfast. however, all of this only happened because i demanded it—the staff showed no initiative. they really need better training. the first photo shows the fruit they sent as an apology. and the second, third photos shows the conditions of bathroom for disabilities. 第一晚入住時，已經很晚了，酒店人員在沒有通知我的情況下，給我安排了一間傷殘人士的房間。 由於太疲倦了，所以只是感覺房間怪怪的，但並沒察覺有什麼問題。直到第二天晚上，洗完澡之後，整個廁所也是濕的，我差一點就要滑倒。 再看看之前預訂時的收據，發現房間的廁所根本不應該是這個樣子，繼而我到酒店大堂理論，他們才告訴我，因為第一天晚上時候，訂單太滿了，所以才為我安排這樣的房間。 可是你要知道，這樣的設計，正常人洗澡，是真的很容易滑倒。他們不但沒有誠意的道歉，只是詢問我想要怎樣。 說實話，這難道不是酒店的問題嗎？第一天並沒坦白這不是我原本所訂的房間、繼而我發現後，亦沒作出任何相應的措施、道歉。 最後在我要求下，他們給我換了最好的房間，另外給我送了兩天免費的早餐。不過，這通通都是我要求的，酒店人員真的有需要再培訓。 第一張照片是他們賠罪送的水果。

設計超級贊，值得一去的酒店。去老城區也很方便，早餐也不錯，選項挺多，就是上餐速度慢了點。兩個缺點：洗臉盆有點小，外加窗簾不遮光（建議更換），很影響睡眠。

Oda temiz ve düzenliydi, çok büyük değildi ama konumu mükemmeldi; Eski Şehir Meydanı bölgesine yakındı ve tramvay ve metroya kolayca ulaşılabiliyordu. Kahvaltı boldu. Tek sorun, kahvaltı dahil rezervasyon yapmış olmamdı, ancak resepsiyon çıkışta kahvaltı istedi. Ancak kahvaltı dahil rezervasyon yaptığımı açıkladım ve resepsiyon görevlisine teyit ettirdikten sonra hiçbir sorun çıkmadı.

Şehir merkezine tramvayla 10 dakika mesafede, eski şehrin yanında yer alıyor. Yakınlarda çok fazla iyi restoran yok; eski şehre veya diğer bölgelere gitmeniz gerekecek. Otel nispeten yeni ve odalar geniş, ancak duştaki su basıncı çok düşük.

Fotoğraf çekmedim ama oda küçük ama sahip olması gereken tüm işlevlere sahip. Hijyen oldukça temiz. Havaalanına çok yakın ve parkta Hikvision da dahil olmak üzere birçok büyük şirket var. Resmi seyahatlere uygundur.

Aralık sonlarında bu hostelde iki kez kaldım ve fiyatına göre harika bir deneyimdi. Yataklar şaşırtıcı derecede rahattı ve tüm yer çok temizdi, bu da iyi bir dinlenmeyi kolaylaştırdı. Konumunu gerçekten beğendim çünkü Warszawa Zachodnia istasyonuna yürüme mesafesinde ve şehir merkezine giden tramvaylar hemen kapının önünde. Resepsiyondaki personel yardımcıydı ve 24 saat açık resepsiyon giriş işlemini çok kolaylaştırdı. Güvenilir ve iyi konumlanmış bir yer arıyorsanız, Varşova'daki en iyi uygun fiyatlı seçeneklerden biri kesinlikle burası.

The location is prefect If u travel by flixbus n in west station.  We got a small but quiet room, so far quite good, you can ask for the hairdryer in the reception.  A bit far away to go the city center, need to catch the taxi or bus

At beginning I’d like to say that it’s in the quite good location. Easy to walk to the center or catch some bus. Biedronka on the ground floor also useful. Staff very friendly and helpful, tower A has a 24-hour reception. I chose the room ”Superior”, at first glance it looked great, however, after a closer look you can notice some tiny cracks in the wall and tiny scuffs on the wall. Kitchen basic equipped, countertop in one place cracked (MDF laminate), you can already see the tooth of time in this room. Cabinets don’t close properly (hinge torn out), on the plus side, washing machine (but no powder/capsules) and dishwasher (one capsule for a stay of 3d day), which was held on one screw in the cabinet, sometimes there was an unpleasant smell from under the sink. Living room nice, TV a little old, but has many channels even foreign, sofa comfortable. As for the bathroom, there is nothing to complain about, nice, there was gel and hot water, only the white towels had small red spots(maybe some lipstick?). The bedroom is also in good condition, fresh bedding, TV, the only problem was the hard touching door and the non-functioning led behind the bed. In summary, certainly on the plus side air conditioning in the living room and bedroom, cleanliness of the bathroom, friendly staff, free wifi. On the other hand, the downsides that I remember the most are the problem with the bedroom door(probably fell on the hinges) and problems with the cabinets in the kitchen - torn out hinge and (ATTENTION!) failure to meet the deadline for returning the deposit, I had to wait a whole month (only after not accepting the transaction, the bank reversed the payment)! I also wrote an e-mail about this, but did not receive a reply.
