I cannot say how much I loved this hotel! This was the second time I stayed there. The staff is polite and friendly, and they made my stay much smoother and less tiring! The food is amazing, I definitely recommend grabbing dinner at the Nova Wola! I have to highlight that it’s very close to the subway and there’s a bus stop right across from the hotel. I love walking, so if you want to go to the Old Town, that’s about a 30-40 min walk. There’s the Apple museum that is close by, the Uprising museum is at a walking distance too. Uber rides in Warsaw are not very expensive if you prefer the comfort of a car. Just bear in mind that Ubers and taxis have to stop close to the hotel, and not inside.

Oda iyiydi, muhtemelen yeni yenilenmişti. Yatak ve yastıklar oldukça rahattı ve oda ısıtmalıydı, bu yüzden hiç soğuk değildi. on the first night of my stay, i was assigned a room designed for disabilities without any notice. since it was late and i was exhausted, i didn’t think much of it, but i noticed something felt off. next evening, after taking a shower, i realized the entire bathroom was soaking wet and extremely slippery that i almost fell. then i was checking my booking receipt, i noticed the room i booked was supposed to have a different bathroom layout. when i raised this issue with the front desk, they admitted that due to overbooking on the first night, they had reassigned me to a room for disabilities without informing me. this design is clearly unsafe for someone unfamiliar with it, and the hotel staff showed no sincerity in addressing the issue. what's worse, they didn't even offer an apology. instead, they simply asked me what I wanted. this is unacceptable—they failed to inform me of the room change on the first night and didn’t take responsibility when I brought it up. eventually, after I insisted, they upgraded me to their best room and offered two days of complimentary breakfast. however, all of this only happened because i demanded it—the staff showed no initiative. they really need better training. the first photo shows the fruit they sent as an apology. and the second, third photos shows the conditions of bathroom for disabilities. 第一晚入住時，已經很晚了，酒店人員在沒有通知我的情況下，給我安排了一間傷殘人士的房間。 由於太疲倦了，所以只是感覺房間怪怪的，但並沒察覺有什麼問題。直到第二天晚上，洗完澡之後，整個廁所也是濕的，我差一點就要滑倒。 再看看之前預訂時的收據，發現房間的廁所根本不應該是這個樣子，繼而我到酒店大堂理論，他們才告訴我，因為第一天晚上時候，訂單太滿了，所以才為我安排這樣的房間。 可是你要知道，這樣的設計，正常人洗澡，是真的很容易滑倒。他們不但沒有誠意的道歉，只是詢問我想要怎樣。 說實話，這難道不是酒店的問題嗎？第一天並沒坦白這不是我原本所訂的房間、繼而我發現後，亦沒作出任何相應的措施、道歉。 最後在我要求下，他們給我換了最好的房間，另外給我送了兩天免費的早餐。不過，這通通都是我要求的，酒店人員真的有需要再培訓。 第一張照片是他們賠罪送的水果。

Excellent airport hotel. Clean and pretty quiet (my window faced the airport). Black out curtains worked very well. Water kettle for tea or coffee (Nescafe and black and green tea provided). Electric iron and ironing board provided. Good shower gel and shampoo provided. The bathtub entry for the shower is pretty high, so one needs to be careful when exiting! I enjoyed the Restaurant Polska three times (same menu as the other one). Small critiques: Restaurant: the beef tartare would have needed 8 pieces of bread instead of the 4 pieces served. The 180g meat amount was just too much for the 4 pieces of bread. And I put on a very generous amount per piece. Taste and texture were very good. The toilet paper was rough for such a nice place. Definetely suitable for light sanding of paint layers between layers. Positives: Great breakfast and in the Restaurant, all a la carte dishes were delicious. A standout was9 the tiramisu in a chocolate ball, that melted while pouring hot champagne sauce over it. The cheesecake was my price/performance winner.

Otelin konumu harika ve personel çok dost canlısı ve misafirperver. Açık büfe kahvaltı da harikaydı. Kesinlikle orada tekrar kalacaktı. Fiyat/performans oranı kesinlikle doğruydu!

Hayattaki güvenilir şeylerden biri bir zincir otelden aldığınız şeydir ve bu çok iyi konumlanmış bir Novotel'den bekleyeceğiniz her şeydi. Dikkat çekici bir şey yok ama rahat, temiz odalar ve etkili hizmet. Konum çok iyi olduğu için tekrar kalırdık

Kesinlikle tavsiye edilir. Alışveriş merkezine ve istasyona yürüme mesafesinde. Otelin hemen önünde otobüs durağı var.

Havaalanından taksi ile 5-10 dakika. Önceden sordum ve bir ELE taksisine binip ücreti otelde ödemelerini söyledim, ben de yaptım ve otel taksi ücretini ödedi. Aynı şekilde havalimanına gittiğinizde sizi arayıp ücretsiz kullanıyorlar. Kahvaltı da çok iyiydi. Ancak odadaki bardağın üzerinde ruj izleri kalmış ve üzerine bir iki saç teli yapışmıştı... Kendimi kötü hissettiğim için hiç kullanmadım. Temizlik açısından biraz eksik.

İnanılmaz bir şekilde, kaldığım süre boyunca sıcak su yoktu. İkinci ve üçüncü bir buçuk gün boyunca hiç sıcak su yoktu. Resepsiyona sorduğumda, bana zaten haber verdiklerini belirten bir posteri gösterdiler - çok ilgisiz davrandılar. Daha sonra, telafi olarak ücretsiz bir içecek olacağını belirten bir poster gördüm, bu yüzden bara gidip sordum. On dakika boyunca beni görmezden geldikten sonra, ücretsiz içecek için bir kupona ihtiyacım olduğunu söylediler. Nereden alabileceğimi sorduğumda, kupon olmadan içecek olmadığını söyleyip gittiler.

At beginning I’d like to say that it’s in the quite good location. Easy to walk to the center or catch some bus. Biedronka on the ground floor also useful. Staff very friendly and helpful, tower A has a 24-hour reception. I chose the room ”Superior”, at first glance it looked great, however, after a closer look you can notice some tiny cracks in the wall and tiny scuffs on the wall. Kitchen basic equipped, countertop in one place cracked (MDF laminate), you can already see the tooth of time in this room. Cabinets don’t close properly (hinge torn out), on the plus side, washing machine (but no powder/capsules) and dishwasher (one capsule for a stay of 3d day), which was held on one screw in the cabinet, sometimes there was an unpleasant smell from under the sink. Living room nice, TV a little old, but has many channels even foreign, sofa comfortable. As for the bathroom, there is nothing to complain about, nice, there was gel and hot water, only the white towels had small red spots(maybe some lipstick?). The bedroom is also in good condition, fresh bedding, TV, the only problem was the hard touching door and the non-functioning led behind the bed. In summary, certainly on the plus side air conditioning in the living room and bedroom, cleanliness of the bathroom, friendly staff, free wifi. On the other hand, the downsides that I remember the most are the problem with the bedroom door(probably fell on the hinges) and problems with the cabinets in the kitchen - torn out hinge and (ATTENTION!) failure to meet the deadline for returning the deposit, I had to wait a whole month (only after not accepting the transaction, the bank reversed the payment)! I also wrote an e-mail about this, but did not receive a reply.
