"宿泊レポート　2024 その6 1.スポーツジムについて 現在、ジム室内の電源は常に切られており、使用時はフロントに依頼すると使用可能です。設備は全て最新かつ新品でまだ、ほとんど使用されていません。私は滞在中、ほぼ毎日客は私ひとりだけで快適に使わせて頂いています。但し、ヤンゴンは停電が多く、ランニングマシンが停電で突然止まるので注意が必要です。"

"The staff were very accommodating, from the receptionists to housekeeping💙 I stayed here for only one day as I extended my trip by a day. Don’t expect too much from the amenities, as the hotel is half the price of others with similar facilities—which is why it’s a good option😊 The breakfast buffet had limited options but was still decent —- They have a section where you can ask a staff member to cook an egg/omelet for you, but I didn’t explore the other options (breakfast starts at 6:30 AM, which is great if you have early morning plans, as it gets really hot once the sun rises during this month)…. The hotel has a gym, sauna, and pool. The room includes a TV, kettle, hairdryer, toiletries, and complimentary water and coffee….. The only downside was that hot water is not available 24 hours during my stay…. According to the receptionist, hot water is available only during specific hours to adhere to electricity conservation, if I’m not mistaken.. (if I’m not mistaken, starting from 9 AM, but I’m not sure until when) as they have I only realized this when I was about to shower around 8:30 PM and found that only cold water was available. I called the receptionist, and they sent housekeeping to assist…. I’m not sure if it’s a temporary thing only so if you’re concern with this, you can message them first… It’s still a good place to stay, even if it’s a bit far from the tourist spots, as Grab is available at a very reasonable price for getting to the places you want to visit."

"There is a shuttle bus in front of the hotel. The rooms are clean and safe. The food is very delicious. The hotel staff are very polite, friendly, and safe."

"Reception staffs are very friendly and helpful. The property is old and worn out. Hot water in bathroom is brown colour which is similar to the water colour in nearby Inya lake."

"Mercure Hotel has always been a second to me and my partner. We’d stay here with friends and we even booked them during our wedding day. On our recent stay, it was so nice to be back with my baby and parents. Staff always welcomes us and serve us with smiles. Another thing I like about this hotel is their continuous commitment to improvement, and live and care to Mother Earth. They started eliminating single-use plastics and now uses sustainable packagings and items. I highly recommend Mercure Hitel!"

"Easy access with peaceful environment. Rooms are clean but they need to change new towels, means that all the towels that serve are clean but it kinda smell of frequently used. Staffs are so polite and friendly. Rooftop pool with the Shwe Dagon pagoda is wonderful especially at night."

Wenn Sie mit Frühstück buchen, steht Ihnen das riesige Buffet des Hotels zur Verfügung. Dasselbe gilt für den Pool- und Fitnessbereich. Wenn wir zu Zweit sind nehme ich immer das Hotel. Bei drei Personen und mehr das Appartement. Einkaufen von Esswaren und Getränke ist im Hausinternen Supermarkt möglich. Alles in Allem sehr empfehlenswert."

"I booked a premier double room with city view Queen size bed via Trip.com The room I booked had a balcony, but when I checked in, it turned out that the room I got did not have a balcony, so I complained to the staff. The staff were happy to upgrade me to a room with a balcony. They were very enthusiastic. I really like the room. The room is spacious and comfortable. The price is not as expensive as you think. The hotel is located near Kandawgyi Lake. You can walk to Kandawgyi park for exercise or relax. However, there is no safe in the room. For those visiting Yangon, I recommend staying at this hotel."

"The check-in went real smooth and we enjoyed a good night sleep in the comfortable beds (2 queens) The walls are thin but the view we had was beautiful (room315) The hotel is 15min. to the airport but quit far from the city centre. A taxi is easy to get. The staff is very helpfull and service is great. Only the breakfast is very basic. For this kind of hotel they could offer at least fresh bread and maybe more choice of egg. Because of our early flight, they prepared a breakfast to go for us. Overall we had a good stay at Wyne hotel."
