Had a tough time at check in, wasn’t given breakfast tickets & parking pass. Checked into a sub-par room with many issues. I was expecting to leave hotel w/o refund, came down and voiced my frustrations but the supervisor Autumn, made the situation right. She gave us a comp upgrade to a great room, with comp tickets for drinks and money off at the restaurant on site. Saved our stay! What amazing service! Thank you Autumn!
