All services were ok, including the room service (restaurant, house keeping, and the front desk). Able to to early and late check out with additional 2000 pesos each.
Overall: 8.5/10

The one bedroom premiere with kitchen at the 24th floor has great view, floor area is super spacious bigger than 2 bedroom
Condo in the metro even. The kitchen has great amenities and the entire unit is super clean. We missednusing the pool, gym and sauna but we will surely try them on pur next visits. Great team, great property. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent service from front desk to housekeeping because all of our requests were accommodated. Enjoyed using the sauna (max of 5 people inside and they have lockers to store your belongings but you need to inform the attendant in the 9th floor first so they can assign the locker for you) and jacuzzi. We're so amazed of how big the 3 BR suite for 5 people. The check-in time is after 4pm if you booked for 3 BR suite and check-out will be at 1pm. No corkage fee for outside foods but there's a limitation for number of drinks (liquors) you can bring per person. The room has backdoor and it will route you to the hallway but the lock on the door knob was broken although it has a chain lock. The drawer for the utensils and the shower knob was also broken. The television and player seems so old. The socket-outlets are also not universal. Maybe a little renovation could make it better.

We recently enjoyed a two-day family getaway at the Linden suites hotel, and it truly exceeded our expectations! The hotel catered perfectly to families, with spacious family rooms that comfortably accommodated us and our kids. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and equipped with all the necessary amenities.The children were thrilled with the indoor pool. The staff was exceptionally friendly and, always greeting us with a smile.
Overall, our stay at Linden suites hotel was a delightful break. It combined relaxation for the adults and plenty of fun for the kids, making it the perfect family-friendly destination. We're already planning our next visit!

We bookes for 4 nights premiere room with kitchen. I was surprised at how big the room is; it's like a whole house with a spacious living room, kitchen equipped with pots for cooking. The bellman and security are very courteous and helpful. The only thing I don't like is that I have to dial several times before the front desk answers my call

Staff are very accommodating and helpful. They catered to all our requests. Although the room is quite outdated, it is clean enough. The 2 bedroom has big enough living room space for 15 guests if you have friends/family that would want to visit.
Check in and checkout is hassle free.

Check-in and check-out process took SO MUCH time. Check-in time for 3BR is 4pm but they were only able to provide a unit at 5pm. Same goes with check-out, we had to wait for 45mins. I would say, they are not ready with the holiday season.
*Other comments:
-Sofa needs deep cleaning
-Tile gout needs to be scrubbed lol (there are so much molds)
We loved their pool that's why we booked at Linden again. But if you'll compare the unit to other hotels, their unit is a bit old and needs some renovation.

The service was great. They will assist you whenever you needed. The facilities are good. The amenities are also great like Gym & Pool. A must try experienced in Linden. Surely will comeback.
