Alors nous sommes arrivés à l’hôtel pour récupérer nos clés. Le monsieur à l’accueil était au téléphone et faisait ses plannings. Nous avons attendu plus de 20 minutes pour récupérer les clés. Ils étaient d’un désagréable pas possible, il m’a fait annuler une réservation pour reprendre une réservation, je tiens à préciser que cet homme là et dune impolitesse pas possible

Excellent position in the centre near the Chateau. Comfortable and clean room. Extremely helpful and friendly staff.

Excellent location; we could walk everywhere. Our room was memorable with furniture that appeared to date from the 19th century. Very evocative of an earlier era but with all the expected modern conveniences.

This was our fourth stay at the hotel. Friendly and helpful staff, great location and very comfortable. Good value for money.

Friendly and helpful staff. Clean, spacious, well equipped room. Excellent value for money and perfect location close to the chateau, restaurants and shopping. Parking for 3Euros per day within two minute walk. Highly recommend.

Accom was centrally located. I walked everywhere. Plenty of restaurants in close vicinity. Room was clean and spacious. Bed could do with a topper but was comfortable

Great location, clean, quiet and comfortable hotel. Friendly and helpful staff.
Public parking nearby costing only 3 euros for 24 hours.
Pau station only 15 minutes walk.

Comfortable, clean and perfectly located. Friendly and helpful staff. Great value for money. Good optional breakfast for 11 Euros. Centrally located with plenty of places to eat all amenities and sights within a 10 minute walk.
Good traditional French hotel. Highly recommend.
