This is the second time I stayed here, but turned out bad experience. I was impressed when I was staying here first time at 2016. Clean hotel, nice breakfast, comfy room, and they had Enoki restaurant which served delicious unagi sushi. The second stay experience on February 2023 is the opposite of the first one. I got room with no bathroom doormat, in the shower tube the shower faucet was rusty and there was big crack on the floor, it was dangerous because there was only dim lighting in the bathroom. Next, the breakfast. Need a lot improvement. Please provide premium bread and individual butter, not a can of margarine. The bread toaster didn't give enough heat to toast the bread properly. Bakso was the only one tasted good. I stayed here for 3 nights, means I had 3 breakfast times. The last, the main problem. Now they have club at the ground floor, but my room at the 5th floor is not sound proof at all. When the party goers having their peak dancing time in the mid night, the sound reachs my room during my sleep time. I couldn't sleep for two nights in my business trip. Plus their pillow were too small for a hotel grade pillow, and also deflated. This hotel really need serious improvement to compete with other hotels in the city.

It was our first time staying at Premiere Pekanbaru, the room was a bit lack of lighting but beside that everything was satisfying, from the time we check-in until check-out, the staffs were all nice, friendly and helpful, the room was clean and the bathroom was pretty good. Toilet wasn’t pretty accessible to kids around 3-6 years old who can already potty on their own because it’s using bidet instead of jet spray, and using bidet is uncomfortable and lots of hassle for kids. We visited the Swimming pool but we noticed that it was very dirty, I don’t know maybe because it was night already? Breakfast was pretty good and delicious, lots of varieties we can choose. Location is good so it’s easy for us to order things via online 👍🏻 overall it was a satisfactory. Thanks premiere, we will come back to stay again next time. Ps : thanks for the thoughtful thing to do like providing small playground area for the kids 😄

Every friday we got friday refreshment day from TZPku management, our favorite is Kacang Pukul, typical snack from Pekanbaru so yummy, TZPku staff are kind and helpful. Mba Rika...ma new friend since me already a month in TZPku thank you so much for talking to me taking good care of me with this and that, cleaning staff, FO the one who always received my package on behalf, even the scurity who always opened the door for me..thank you. I stayed for a night at this centrally located Hotel. It is easy to find from the main road and you cant miss this tall building with the WHIZZ word in top from Jalan Jend Sudirman. The location is awesome and fantastic. Check In : was quick and easy since we used Agoda. Was smooth as well. But after the checking in, the person didnt even bother to tell us when is the breakfast, where is the breakfast and maybe offer us a map or ask us if we need any recommendations at all. It was just a simple 'okay done check in'. So we had to find our way up by the elevator. Room : The room is okay-ish, just about the right size and the right level we got. But there are no wardrobe for us to put our luggages or something. The whole room is nice, but the mattress sheet is smelly and stained. I have no idea what stain it was. But it was yucky to say the least. Bathroom : Spacious in size but oh god, why do you need to put semi transparent glasses??????? Breakfast : The choices are really thin. Not much things to try and taste. The seating arrangement is really cramped. For some reason, the taste of the food is a bit lacking. Service : The freaking time you guys chose to service the elevator in the morning????? It cease to operate for 'maintenance' purposes around 8.30am, right the time when people actually go for breakfast..!!! And I was in level 2, my room is in level 11. How do I got up???? When I went to reception to check on the elevator, the guy was cleaning it super slowly. And the other elevator is broken down. Other than that, it is a good stay.

the room is comfortable because it is quite spacious,the floor is carpeted,the room hygiene is quite good. Just I was a little disappointed because I booked a double bed room and the available one stayed twin bed, other than that for my room (room 532), the air conditioner was not cold, even though only a short sleep because there was an event for new year's eve, but still uncomfortable sleeping with the air conditioner that is not cold.for the breakfast buffet,the food is very varied and the taste is very good.one of the best of the hotel furaya is the taste of the food.

I loved the view. My room was at the 10th floor and I could pretty much see everything. The room was neat and tidy, the front office was nice. However, for this to be an honest review, I can't really say that it's the best. First, the parking lot is a lot to deal with - it's so small and there's not a lot of space (the basement wasn't available at that moment). Then, there are these cracks on the walls of the room, which for some reasons bothered me more than it should've. Lastly, I would love for the hotel to have more facilities, such as a gym (they only have a swimming pool at the moment), and for the staffs to always have their masks on (mine didn't). Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

HMM in general the hotel is great, the hotel location very good bcz located in the middle city of Pekanbaru and near to the Airport. The staff are very nice and had a great hospitality, especially Ms. Nurul ( keep it up ). The room is nice but need to updated about AC maybe? Thank you.

This is the 2nd times stay at Fox Hotel All facility in the room was good About the cleanliness also okay Bathroom hot water is okay Bed is comfortable and clean For some unfortunately not so good arr 1.Only the park for motorbike is unfortunately not too good for hotel guest 2.First day giving shampoo and conditioner instead of bath gel 3. TV not so smooth the network and chanels not much options
