Stay another 2 nights altogether. Total 4 nights. Feel so good and relax to stay at this wonderful place called Criterion Hotel.

Good price to pay for its location. However not recommended to stay if you are a couple. Better suited for budget travellers

Great location, building is a bit old but it has everything you need so no complaints considering its value.

Good value beds were old and needed a new mattress they had smart TV and the location was closed to every thing

Hotel may look a little run down but the room is acceptably clean. The bed is a little squeaky though. Location is superb with McDonald's and convenience store within a minute walk. Hotel staff are helpful.

The room is old and clearly not renovated since a while.
The room was also smelly.
It's not possible to open the windows, the AC didn't work.
The stuff is very nice and I was able to leave my luggage after checkout and pick it up later.
It's directly in the center and there is a supermarket close by.
Seems to be a safe area, however when I left thr hotel a **** person started speaking to me without reasons. Felt uncomfortable in this situation. (nothing to do with the hotel).
For 1 or 2 nights it's ok in my opinion.

I stayed for 4 days in Perth for a conference. They do cleaning service everyday, change towels, topup coffee, tea, milk, and toiletries everyday. Location is in the central city, very near to supermarkets, restaurants, and train station, all walking distance.

The room is clean and location is very convenient which surrounding a lot of shoppings and near to Perth station. The staff is very friendly and helpful , highly recommended .

hotel was good. The room was clean, and the hotel's location is a standout feature. It's surrounded by a variety of restaurants, a supermarket, a pharmacy, and a mall, all within a short walk. The convenience extends further with the train station also just a brief stroll away. The friendly staff added a welcoming touch to my stay, making it an ideal choice for a short trip. I highly recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, excellent location, and accommodating staff.
