A somewhat remote but beautiful little hotel located behind a maracuja plantation. The owner is very warm and welcoming; for foreigners, we recommend using translation apps. The rooms are very clean and comfortably furnished. Each room has windows overlooking the garden, which is planted with great attention to detail. In the garden is also a dining area where we could sit and eat comfortably in the evenings. In the morning, we were served a variety of dishes. Dinner was prepared for us by the owner himself, and it was excellent! We highly recommend eating there. As mentioned, the hotel is a bit remote, but with your own car or a Didi, you can easily explore the surrounding sights from there.

Everything was more than perfect. The staff were so kind and helpful. The food was delicious. They invited me for tea several times, which was also great. They treated me like family even though we had only just met. If I go back I will 100% be staying with the same people. The room was perfect too. Clean, convenient location, good amenities. But the real highlight is the people running it. 一切都不仅仅是完美的。 工作人员非常友善和乐于助人。 食物很美味。 他们多次邀请我喝茶，这也很棒。 他们对待我就像家人一样对待我。 如果我回去，我将 100% 留在同一个人身边。 房间也很完美。 干净，方便的位置，良好的设施。 但真正的亮点是运行它的人。

Very nice, modern hotel in a good location near to many shops and restaurants and walking distance of the main sights (although a longish walk). Upon checking in I was given a box of oranges which was a nice touch as they are a local specialty. Would stay again if in town.

The staff were professional. However the rooms were definitely not clean. Although they changed bath towels and mats daily, the floors, bedframes, chairs, and sinks were very visibly not clean. The photo here is of the bedframe when we entered and it stayed like that throughout the room cleanings. I woke up with new bites every day, now I don't know if it's exactly from the bed itself but they definitely started from the start of my stay onwards. The cafeteria staff were very kind and respectful. The food was fresh and tasted homemade. There was variety.

Great experience! It’s a very peaceful place, the staff really cares about helping the guests, it’s also very clean. As we unfortunately don’t speak Chinese, the staff and other guests helped us translating the names of the dishes. We sang and made friends.

酒店位置不錯在中心邊上公交方便去景點，打車10以內就可以。酒店晚上有亮燈看着大氣，房間大衞生乾淨整潔，早餐也不錯品種多味道好。前台小哥辦理入住快還主動多給了一份早餐券，因為行程安排便又續住了一天。酒店有自己的停車場就在酒店後面平時車位很多停車方便！下次來贛州還來。

民宿就在江南宋城歷史文化街區裏，是老房子改造的，青磚配原木的設計，一進門就像闖進了宋代文人的小院子🍵。 公共區域能體驗古琴、品茶、寫字 選這裏入住最關鍵的就是位置！🚶♀️步行幾分鐘到宋潮不夜城，八境台、古城牆、鬱孤台這些景點都在附近，不用開車折騰👍🏻。 我們下午入住後，慢悠悠逛了八境公園和古城牆，傍晚去老館子吃贛南菜，晚上回民宿還能在院子裏吹吹風，完美適配帶娃帶長者的節奏～
