the hotel exceeded my expectations. butler Owen was super meticulous the moment we reached the hotel. he ensured the kids are comfortable and well fed and even gave my family member a mini celebration on his birthday. thank u butler owen for your extra effort. the hotel experience was made better by u. room was nice and view was gorgeous. can even save the sight tickets because the view from the hotel is way better without crowd. the back garden was super fun for the kids w the cat house and small corner for activity. bon fire was made alive by the host and guests who participated. only thing to improve in my view is the breakfast. we had the western choice and it was limited in options for those not taking beef and toast was abit odd and cold. i think the hotel tried to be fanciful w the food platter but wish we have a simpler and more rustic local breakfast spread. but overall 9/10 and owen scores the last 1 pt to make it 10/10

和家人一起在鑿見住了四晚，作為一個常年四處溜達的年輕客人🚶，第一次來到瀘沽湖，鑿見所有工作人員的熱情和真誠讓我們覺得非常暖心☺️尤其要感謝我的管家多吉還有前台姐姐央宗🫂從踏入鑿見大門開始就對我們無微不至地照顧 提行李 介紹房間 以及各種生活配套設施 面對我們一些細微的小問題也絲毫不會覺得麻煩🫶 晚上來到酒店以後我們一直糾結幾號看晨霧 前台姐姐央宗和管家多吉也是很熱情的在羣裏和我們聊天 安排行程 期間我還開玩笑説為什麼偷我表情包！哈哈哈哈哈哈哈哈哈哈 鑿見的各位工作人員就像自己的老朋友🧑🤝🧑讓人覺得踏實又舒服 地理位置上，酒店就坐落在大落水村附近，作為瀘沽湖內為數不多有電梯的酒店🏨上下樓真的很方便 這次我們A棟和B棟都體驗了一下 總體來説A棟的體驗感會遠高於B棟 幾乎無遮擋的一線湖景 每天早上起來拉開窗簾就是一片湛藍映入眼簾 陽光下的瀘沽湖真的美到爆！B棟的小缺點在於看不到湖 並且洗衣房在天台 晚上去有一點點黑哈哈哈哈哈 我們在瀘沽湖所有行程基本上都是通過酒店幫我們聯繫 無論是包車環湖 還是包船看晨霧 酒店兜底的感覺讓人非常安心 也幫我們避開了很多坑（belike看晨霧臨時加價等等） 出門左轉就有好吃的柴火雞 後門對面是摩梭族博物館 20塊錢一張票 裏面拓印的姐姐還有寫書簽的牛哥人特別好 大家來瀘沽湖住鑿見一定要去博物館！ 鑿見贈送的旅拍也是非常不錯 給我拍攝的芋頭全程一直會跟我溝通 完全不推銷 除了贈送的三張精修以外最後自己因為喜歡又加了幾張 在鑿見 沒有一絲一毫地商業氣息 我是一個耳根子軟的人 經不起推銷 但在這裏根本不用擔心我的錢包被掏空！成片看圖 包 你出片～ anyway 一直在誇會顯得我很像水軍…哈哈哈哈哈哈哈哈哈哈😂一定要雞蛋裡挑骨頭找點小毛病的話 就是早餐感覺可以再豐富一些就更完美了 雖然很好吃 但是還是想吃到更多的品種o（*////▽////*）q並且洗衣房的洗衣機有點人機 自烘乾沒法中途打斷 海爾出來捱打！但都瑕不掩瑜 希望下次來鑿見可以看到更豐富的早餐🥣還有“智力正常”的洗衣機 瀘沽湖作為我來雲南的最初動機 當初看視頻就覺得一定會很治癒❤️🩹然而當抵達這裏的第一天 就被清澈的湖水深深的震撼 感謝鑿見的大家🥹讓我們在工作之餘能夠拋下一切煩惱 衹靜靜地在湖邊散步 發呆 多年後的某天 我們或許會想起深夜在鑿見抬頭看着滿天繁星的日子 想起早上的第一抹陽光☀️還有熱情的大家 水無定 花有盡 終有闊別重逢時 感謝這段幸福的時光 期待下次在瀘沽湖 在鑿見 和充滿活力的大家再會！

絕對滿分的瀘沽湖入住體驗！民宿完全超出了我的預期，以後來瀘沽湖衹會選擇這裏。 酒店位置絕佳，我住的房間擁有正對瀘沽湖的180度無敵景觀。無論是清晨的湖面晨霧，還是傍晚的霞光萬道，坐在陽台上就能全部擁有，簡直像住在風景明信片裏。 房間非常乾淨整潔，設計很有品味。設施更是超級好，智能馬桶、投影儀、音響，細節處處見心思，入住體驗極度舒適，完全不輸五星級標準。 每一位工作人員都熱情友好，而其中特別要感謝小石和梅梅。 從入住到離店，始終積極主動，幫忙提行李、詳細介紹周邊玩法，有求必應，笑容特別有感染力，讓人感覺很温暖。 強烈推薦給所有來瀘沽湖的朋友！

The inn is just right in front of the lake with a walking distance. Our room is at the second floor with really nice view. The place to ride the boat is just in front of this inn too, but bear in mind you couldn’t walk straight to the beach from the inn. I think you need to walk to the main road to reach the beach. What I really impressed is their service and friendly approach. They are very proactively in assisting us in carrying the luggage up and down our room, and made us breakfast to our time. I really like their hospitality and the location. My kids love the upper floor attic, and the swing and the garden where she can run around.

到的有點晚，小姐姐還是很耐心的幫我們開門，拿行李，還安排了湖景房，房間性價比高。 瀘沽湖日出好美！ 酒店挺美的，木質結構，中庭有個大天井，很像麗江的民宿。餐廳很漂亮，環境很好，早餐豐富，坐在那裡就很想飽餐一頓，餐廳外面晾的臘肉香腸看着很好吃😋

這次瀘沽湖之行最正確的選擇就是雲水山莊！ 📍位置：大落水核心區，近湖無遮擋，出門就是湖邊，安靜又方便 🏡房間：全景落地窗+觀景陽台，湖景視野絕了，衞生乾淨，床品舒服 💁服務：管家熱情細心，主動搬行李、免費接送，有求必應 🍜早餐：豐富好吃，對着湖景用餐幸福感爆棚 整體體驗滿分，環境美、服務暖、性價比高，下次來還住這裏！

After arriving at the property, I realised it was worth having a lake view room, so I upgraded to the Double Bed with Lake View and bathtub. The room is huge and the view of the lake from the windows is spectacular. It was amazing to just sit by the window and enjoy the view and the breeze. In the morning I watched the sunrise through the window. The hotel has excellent service. The two young men at reception were very kind, helpful and gentlemanly. They insisted on carrying my small bag up to the third floor and happily resolved all my queries. The cleanliness was not bad, but there were a few strands of hair around the room. Otherwise it was clean. There were lots of amenities, the bed was extremely comfortable and the rain shower was perfect. Downstairs, you could step directly onto the lake, and the property has two very cute cats. The Lake View Double Room came with an in room afterboon tea (very much needed after the long journey to reach Lugu Lake) and a healthy Chinese style breafast. All up, an extremely comfortable stay and one of the highlights of my trip to China.

Room is quite comfortable, location is great as it is really near to plenty of restaurants and convenient stores, like a 1 min walk. Besides, staff were helpful and friendly, served us teatime at night when we are back. The lobby area is nice as well

Upon arrival, hotel manager Lamu greeted us with a warm smile and told us she could upgrade us to an even nicer room to welcome us to her lovely guesthouse. The location was great, the view wonderful and the breakfasts each morning were just right (and they served you sitting, vs. having to go through a buffet line)! The decor of the hotel is stunningly beautiful with lush gardens, rustic antiques and modern amenities all complementing one another. Lamu kindly offered to help us with any local tourism or transportation needs and easily accommodated our request to add a day onto our reservation, even giving us her personal cell phone number to contact her with any needs. We will definitely stay there each time we visit Lugu Lake!
