"Among all the accommodations on the Lugu Lake shore at Daluoshui, Three-Color Cloud River feels like the absolute best. I really love their decor style; the lobby offers beautiful views everywhere you look. The staff are all very enthusiastic, diligent, and reliable, especially Miss Zhima. She's incredibly capable and responsible, treating every guest wonderfully and taking excellent care of everyone. I often saw her bustling around, constantly busy with tasks, and her thoughtful service was incredibly heartwarming. Staying at Three-Color Cloud River truly felt like being at home. The facilities are comprehensive, with thoughtful touches like afternoon tea, evening white fungus soup, and even face masks. Every day, the room is stocked with snacks and tea. I'll definitely recommend this place to my friends."

"I stayed in a room on the 2nd floor, facing the lake. Elegant, modern and stylishly-lit interior, large and deep bathtub, and an absolutely gorgeous view. The location couldn't possibly be better (there's also an abundance of restaurants and coffee shops around the lakefront). The staff were friendly, attentive and helpful. Breakfast was another of the highlights. I'll return to Lugu Hu in the future just to stay at this place."

They shared local attractions with me so I wouldn't waste my time. They offer afternoon tea, evening desserts, and even gave me rose tea when I checked out. Super welcoming!"

"The shop was fine, but avoid the pig-trough boats at Sanjiacun Wharf, specifically boat number 12. We agreed to take the boat without going around the island, but the boatman insisted we do so, constantly complaining. I clearly stated we didn't want to go around the island, but he continued to complain, which was very annoying. He kept complaining until the very last moment, and his attitude was terrible on the return trip!! Avoid this shop!!"

"This guesthouse was definitely the highlight of our trip! Our room had an amazing direct ocean view, and the facilities were modern and stylish. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, making it feel far from any rustic, 'back-to-nature' experience. Xiao Xin and Zhaxi were incredibly attentive and took great care of us. They even brought us sweet soup in the evening, and the individual portions for breakfast were beautifully presented and clean. They also helped us arrange a private car and boat. This review is genuinely from my experience – I highly recommend this place!"

"This hotel boasts an elegant, comfortable, and impeccably clean environment. The rooms are spacious and spotless, and the balcony opens up directly to a stunning lake view. The service was absolutely first-class; they even upgraded us for free to a room with an even better view and thoughtfully brought us afternoon tea. The hotel's breakfast selection was also very rich, and I especially have to praise the rice noodles – they were absolutely delicious! We initially planned to stay just one night at Lugu Lake, but we were so captivated by the hotel's ambiance, service, and rooms that we ended up staying an extra night! When we checked out, they overheard that our car was parked in a different lot, so they graciously drove us there in their own car (even though the parking lot was only a few minutes from the hotel). You can feel their genuine warmth and hospitality at all times. I've already recommended it to friends, and my daughter says she wants to stay here again next time we visit Lugu Lake. It's truly, truly, truly excellent!"
