Stayed two nights in twin room, wanted a double but none available at time of booking. Perfect location a few minutes drive from the highway and west entrance to Huashan where the managers dropped us off and picked us up on the day of our visit. Parking available in front of hotel. Rooms are simple but very clean & comfortable, we liked the water dispenser providing hot & room temperature water, good to see a Chinese hotel thinking about the environment. We stayed on the first floor which is very tastefully decorated (see photo). Shower was not always hot, but that's our only quibble with this hotel that provides excellent value for money. We ate twice in the restaurant, the food is also good value and there's cold beer in the fridge. We had a takeaway breakfast of eggs and youtiao. One warning to Huashan visitors - check the forecast! We were lucky but it started raining heavily the night after our visit and Huashan closes when the weather is bad. Highly recommend this hotel because of the location and very helpful staff. My wife is Chinese so communication not a problem, other foreigners with little or no Chinese would need to use a translate app.

We have had an amazing time at floral hotel! Our room has a perfect view of the mountains, the food cooked downstairs was absolutely incredible after our mountain exploring. It is only a few minutes drive from the tourist centre (where buses to both cable car lower stations go from) and 10minutes to the train station (huashanbei). We were given free lifts to all of these by our hosts which was incredibly kind and helpful, making a very easy stay! The hosts and family were so kind, it felt like staying at home!

The hospitality of the lady boss is absolutely phenomenal. I would highly recommend people to stay here. The room was nice, clean, and spacious. The boss handled my luggage and took it to my room. They offered pickup, drop-off, and transportation to places around town, but I didn't know about it, so I took the bus and walked 1.5 km to their location. The lady boss helped me with absolutely everything, taking me to Huashan, directing me to the ticket booth, and showing me a lot of useful information to buy tickets. She even took me to Huashan North Station to catch the train back to Xi'an, helping me carry my luggage all the way to the gate. Her kindness made this one of the best places I've ever had the chance to stay.

這次專程來登“奇險天下第一山”華山，選對酒店太加分了！酒店就在景區附近，老闆也可以包接送，步行的話十分鐘就到遊客中心，不用早起趕車，揣上裝備就能直奔登山口，為征服華山省足了力氣。 酒店的早餐也很好吃，吃飽喝足正好補充登山能量。一邊是華山的雄奇險峻、雲海仙境，一直邊是酒店的舒適便捷、暖心服務，這場旅行體驗直接拉滿！下次再來華山，一定還住這裏，強烈推薦給所有來登山的朋友！

The Best Hotel Experience in China! I have traveled to many places, but this hotel was by far the best I’ve stayed at in China! From the moment I arrived, the staff welcomed me with such warmth and kindness that I was truly, truly surprised. Their level of hospitality is exceptional—they go above and beyond to make sure every guest feels special. The rooms are immaculate, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable. The attention to detail is amazing, and everything is perfectly maintained. The service is simply outstanding, always attentive and professional, yet incredibly friendly. The hotel’s location is also ideal, making it easy to explore the city. Honestly, I can’t say enough good things about this place. It exceeded all my expectations, and I would highly recommend it to anyone traveling to China. I will definitely be coming back!

Best location, excellent room, boss & wife very friendly & practical by giving free gloves, ample parking spaces, eateries around every corners, convenient store own by same boss & many others everywhere nearby. No wonder high ratings from other customers which I totally agree. Thank you ! note: photo is entrance for hikers

The hotel is a short ride from Huashanbei Station—either take a Didi or hop on the free shuttle bus, which drops you about 100 meters from the entrance. The downstairs restaurant is decent and convenient after a long day. Wi-Fi was average and tended to drop out frequently. Also, our NZ/Australian wall plugs didn’t fit the electrical sockets here, which was surprising—this hadn’t been an issue at hotels in Shanghai, Beijing, Xi’an, or Chengdu. We had the executive suite which was nice, but it lacked a fridge.  Tip: Be adventurous and try the HelloRide e-scooters to explore the town! Just note that they’re restricted to the main township area.

I would come back again. Just that view on a mountain was awesome, birds chirping in the morning...at least until 7.30 when buses will start to drive. It actually looks better in reality. We came with a car, but it's easy to get there by public transportation too (delivery can enter as well). Twin rooms are more spacious than a tent with a bunk bed, that's what I saw. High ceilings, wood inside ( with a bit strong smell of acrylic paint that eventually disappeared, pretty comfortable beds for western standard, clean floors...a bathroom was the most outdated facility, a more cleaning in a shower area would be welcome. An AC worked normally, a water kettle, toiletries, everything was fine. Chinese breakfast, no coffee or bread, but you could choose other things for yourself. A swimming pool was not working. Great spots for barbecue, lots of shadow, little water streams, spots for kids to play outside. Kind and helpful personal, fast on answer, with basic English. Nature was amazing.

客棧離華山徒步登山口很近，位置很方便，附近也有很多吃的。客棧房間衞生整潔，睡得舒服。老闆很熱情，有什麼問題都很細心的幫我們解答。祝老闆生意興隆

The staff is lovely, the room is beautiful with a comfortable bed ! They offered the travel (with a small electrical moto and a car once we are outside the ancient city walls, so funny !) to the temple close to the ancient city station 🙏🏻
