Excellent staff who care about what they are doing, are friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Well done to all concerned. The rooms are comfortable, the hotel is quiet so you can get a good night’s sleep and help is there if you need it. Strongly recommended.

Everything works for me with this hotel apart from the WiFi.: I was given the code but still no success …

I’ve been staying here for business weekly since Jan 2024. I am always welcomed warmly, helped with any need and have only experienced a friendly set of staff. All are very nice, but Stefan is particularly attentive, kind and couteous, behaviour like that is not to be overlooked and so hugely valued. Thanks all, but big thanks to Stefan. Rooms good to the standard you can and should expect, attached establishment providing breakfast also good and of an acceptable standard you come to expect from a Premier Inn.

During my recent visit to the Premier Inn Hampton Peterborough, I had a delightful experience. The receptionist, Stefan, deserves special mention. Despite accidentally double-booking my room, he handled the situation with u**ost professionalism. Stefan promptly guided me on how to contact customer support, ensuring a smooth resolution. The rooms were impeccably clean, and the overall staff was friendly and attentive. The cozy ambiance and comfortable amenities made my stay truly enjoyable. Martina was great room clean, house keeping was fantastic and attentive, couldn’t of had a better stay compared to previous premier inns

Great stay with my partner, on arrival there was complimentary treats and some cold drinks, spoilt for choice, the team on reception were in very high spirits, and the candy cart was an awesome touch!!! Jade and Martyna went above and beyond to make our check In amazing and nothing was too much trouble! then to top it off our stay was great too. Beds are so comfy and the room was lovely and clean, great housekeeping staff also, very happy and chatty while working. Will recommend to friends and will definitely stay here again

Absolutely the worst hotel I have stayed in , really poor. Dirty, cold, very bad cleanliness in the dining area and woeful service at the tables. Bathroom dirty and towels/tea etc not refreshed on second day. Room237 had a smell of drains and a very noisy aircon fan motor. I asked to be moved. The only positive is that most of the staff are nice. Some competition in the hotel sector in Peterborough is needed.

It was a premier inn, clean, spacious, comfy bed. Location was good. And there was a pub/restaurant underneath (which I didn’t use). Easy parking and plenty near by! Price was fantastic too!
