The staff was outgoing and very helpful. I liked the layout of the room, loved having a couch to watch tv or read etc. Having a food area a bailable any time for purchase was great for me that need food at other times than restaurant available. loved the pool and jacuzzi.

WE chose it because of the pool and jaccuzi option but the jacuzzi was broken when we got there and they seem to have had the issue for a long time. Big disappointment for sore bodies needing a soak.

The hotel has decently priced nightly rates for what you get. Rooms are spacious,
Clean with modern decor. My only complaint would be the mattress could be better, but this is not a 4-5 star hotel. The cleanliness and location is what mattered most to us. Would def stay again.

The room king suite was spacious and had everything we needed.
The flooring was not flat, like the tiles were loose in places and made walking around quietly impossible. They would “pop” up behind you.
Shower was not very hot.
Finally the plugs next to the bed only work when the light is on which makes charging your devices overnight impractical

The customer service was amazing! One night the blinds didn’t go down all the way and the cars from 101 were flashing into the room all night. The next morning I went talk to them about the blind and the guy moved us to another room. You’re close to desert ridge so I recommend this hotel.

Room was very clean. Staff was great checking and checking out. Very close to great food, Medical care and shopping.
Didn't care for the Air freshener in the lobby. Thankfully it was NOT in the room. One of the beds defiantly needs to be replaced in our room. (very broken down) Floors popped every time you walked on them. Like not glued down so if someone was up in the middle of the night it woke all of us up.
Would try again.

Very little Xmas atmosphere, pretty much just a tree, no background Xmas music and very little Xmas decorations. Main reason we stay there was for the hot tub and fireplace- neither one worked. Only decaf coffee in the room. Last time we stayed there they had it ALL- fire place, nice hot tub, Xmas atmosphere and coffee in the room. Seems like the place is run down and letting things go!!!
