We landed really late around midnight in Phoenix and had our next flight at 7:30am. So we decided to book a hotel to be able to shower and sleep comfortably for a few hours.
The location for this hotel is just perfect. you can take a really short ride with the sky train to 44th. At the station you head across the road via a covered and beautifully lit bridge and then you reach the station for the regular metro where you literally have to cross just one lane of a road and the hotel is right there. We preferred this option so late a t night because we were very exhausted and tired and didn’t want to wait around for their shuttle bus, which I believe runs every 30mins.
We were greeted very friendly by the front desk supervisor and check in was a breeze.
We had a nice room on the fifth floor, it was quiet, clean and had more amenities than we really needed.
After a hot shower we found a few hours of good rest in a very comfortable bed.
In the morning, checkout was just as easy and the shuttle bus was right there and drove us straight to our terminal. Again the driver was super friendly and helpful.
If we had an overlay in Phoenix again, we would pick this hotel again and recommend it to anyone in the aame situation.

The lady at check in was awesome. The clerk at check out less so. Felt like I was disturbing her morning by trying to leave at a time that was inconvenient to her

Homeless and intoxicated people in and outside lobby. All trash cans overfilled throughout hotel. Smoke/chemical odor. Vomit on curb outside main entrance.

Staff were really helpful. I've never requested to ask to change my room because of the overwhelming smell of smoke. It took 3 room changes but we got there in the end.

You can hear the noise from the next room and the bathroom, little outdated when it comes to the interior.

Clean and comfy hotel. Staffs and friendly and helpful. Near the airport. Hotel has complimentary airport shuttle that runs every 30mins. Room is spacious and comfortable. Definitely recommended!
