酒店有免費的接送機，離機場也非常近，非常方便，酒店房間環境不錯，性價比很高，周圍也比較安靜，整體條件都很不錯

Horrible experience with transportation to hotel from airport. I check with the hotel at 2:30 in the afternoon Sunday and was told there would be a shuttle available at 8:30pm when I arrived. Found out after waiting curbside for a shuttle, and calling the hotel, the shuttle doesn’t run on the weekends. I had to pay 20 dollars out of my pocket and take a cab to the hotel. I also paid in advance for the room, but was still required to give them a $50 security deposit upon arrival.
I will not be staying here again, nor will I be recommending this location to anyone else

Last minute booking to this hotel. Booked a king suite. The check in was seamless, which was nice. But the hotel was dirty. The elevator floor was in need of repair, the hallways needed vacuumed. Once inside the room, the floor again needed vacuumed. The bathroom had hair on the floor and in the shower. The ceiling above the shower was molding and chipping away. The rest of the room was decent, but had a terrible musk. I was able to open the window about 4 inches. The bed was not comfortable at all and the sheets were clean on top, but appeared to have some sort of black staining on the underside. Pillows were terrible.

Room was a bit dated.. beds felt like they were 15 years old… worn out. Airport shuttle only runs at the top of the hour. Just an average hotel.

Terrible all the way around. We weren't told at check in that the water was going to be off for four hours.
Bathroom towels were dirty and hairy. Found a used washcloth on the floor under the ironing board. Bathroom needed a deep clean.
Friendly staff though and nice shuttle service.

It was great. It was an unexpected need to stay. They had a room ready for us so we could rest right away. Breakfast was a bonus!

I have stayed at other Country Inn & Suites and this one falls a bit towards the lower-mid in terms of overall value. My room wasn't ready after check-in. I sat in the hall for 5 minutes. The room smelled of smoke but it's a non-smoking room. There was no tub (only shower). The bed was comfortable and was quiet. The staff was friendly but slow (just being trained). The buffet was small (compared to the other locations I've stayed) but tasted good. Good coffee. The grounds were clean. Easy parking. My key stopped working but they straightened it out. I didn't use the gym so I don't know. I left feeling that the place is ready for an overhaul. Especially carpet. Must've been a smoking-ok facility in the near past.
