A bar with food was a nice option after the managers reception. We were able to sit and enjoy the game and order additional drinks and food.

Stayed in phoenix near airport. First room was great quiet and loved the layout with balcony. However there was a water leak we found the second day. But once we called fd they immediately sent up maintenance to look at it . We he’d to move rooms which new room did have more space but not laid out as well and not quite as clean. But was a nice room. Enjoyed the sailing tub. Breakfast and supper were good but variety would have been appreciated. Staff was friendly and front desk very friendly and helpful. Housekeeping could be more thorough in their cleaning. Overall we loved the location, and hotel experience. Second time for my husband at this brand of hotel and even though it was very costly he agreed it was a good choice.

Staff was great, but they did not have little things like makeup remover and hand lotion. We had to ask for towels and there is no notification in the rooms about when rooms would be cleaned or towels replaced.

I loved the complimentary meal and drinks waiting for me after a long day of traveling. I will definitely stay here again!

When we checked in our room smelled like pot. I had to call the front desk and tell them about it. There is a sign in the room that says you will be charged $250 for smoking in the room, we didn't want to be charged for something we didn't do. There were many cigarette butts on the balcony. While we were in the common areas of the hotel you could smell pot. For some people it is okay. We have severe allergies and the pot makes it hard to breathe.
The staff told us the pool is heated, however it was colder than the 68 degree outdoor temperature. The hot tub's jets did not work and it was about the temp of bath water.
The staff told us they would have the NFL playoffs on in the bar and restaurant, and then did not have them on. We were told it was a program issue. We would have went off site as well as about 5 other groups that ended up listening to the games on their phones.
We were disappointed in this hotel.

The room was not as clean as most Drury properties that I have stayed in especially the hallway and we did early check in. The bathroom floor could have been mopped better snd there was a big stain in the carpet for being newly remodeled I would think they could have shampooed the stain I won’t stay at this property but will stay at the other Drury suites in the area

Great location near the airport. In addition to breakfast they have a light dinner and cocktails in the evening, included. Would definitely recommend this place
